There are not enough words for this review . Melissa has been planning our wedding for two years and she made it more magical than we thought it would be. After interviewing several planners for our destination wedding , two minutes into our conversation with her, we knew she was the one . From the quick responsiveness with calls, texts, emails (not everyone is like that ) , coordinating with our vendors , she nailed every aspect. She has a calm aura about her which was nice because my head was constantly spinning. The experience, advice, and suggestions she had really helped. We had an idea of the type of wedding we wanted and she listened to my concerns and just amplified my ideas .GO WITH HER- her expertise is worth every dollar and then some. An Absolutely Incredible Wedding Planner! We cannot say enough great things about Melissa! From the very first meeting, she was organized, professional, and truly cared about bringing our vision to life. Planning a wedding in Marco Island from afar could have been stressful, but Melissa made the entire process easy, seamless and enjoyable. She handled every detail, from coordinating with vendors to managing timelines with such calm and confidence that we were able to relax and actually enjoy our day. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. Melissa was the day of coordinator for our wedding this August in Marco Island. She was absolutely incredible! She was very communicative leading up to the wedding insuring I had everything in order for everything to run smoothly on the day of our wedding. She made my wedding day completely stress free, I was able to focus on enjoying my day knowing all decor and vendors were being dealt with. I am so happy we decided to use her for our big day and would highly recommend her!

Melissa and I worked closely for a little over a year to plan my dream wedding! We would meet once a month to discuss what tasks were needed and how we could work together to get them done. She had great guidance and a plan to ensure it wasn’t too much all at once. I was not stressed for one minute during planning due to this! She is connected with some incredible vendors which helped us make informed decisions (all of our vendors were incredible!). Melissa is calm, action oriented and personable! Her response time is so quick and she was always willing to jump on a call. Even when we had an issue with rentals in the last few weeks, Melissa stepped up to help us make a game plan which ultimately saved us hundreds of dollars. Thank you Melissa for all your hard work before and during the wedding! Everything went so perfectly!! Hire Melissa if you want personalized service throughout an intense process!

Melissa did an exemplary job planning my wedding. I knew from our first phone call that she was the woman I needed to hire. Because of my father's illness, we needed to move the wedding up and closer to home, so we didn't have a lot of time to plan. She jumped in barely three months before the event and pretty much planned everything from scratch. Our wedding was incredibly beautiful and I had full confidence in her at all times due to her communication, professionalism and high level of responsiveness. She also steered me towards a package that was appropriate for us instead of just recommending her most expensive package, which tells me she's not just in this for the money. I highly recommend hiring Melissa, it was the best decision we made for our wedding.

Melissa had meetings with me, she was very quick to response to my emails or texts, and communicated several times with all my vendors. She handled the rehearsal and made sure the entire wedding day was Perfect!!! It came down the last minute and I was in a panic. On the first time we spoke, her voice was calm,kind and gentle. I immediately felt confident she was knowledgeable and was everything I was looking for. At all times she had a plan and a plan B for every scenario. With most everything I initially had planned,we had to go to her plan B. After speaking to her the first time, almost everything was planned within a week. I fell flat on my face 5 days prior to my wedding. Talk about feeling doom and gloom!!!! She said a special prayer for me, She is the planner with the plan. Within 15 minutes she had a professional make up artist to cover up my black eyes. She is absolutely amazing inside and out. You will not be disappointed with her professionalism, and excellence in all aspects.

All I can say is ‘WOW!’. Melissa did such an amazing job making my dream wedding come true. Not only was she tasked with planning and coordinating the wedding, but she was tasked to coordinate a wedding at a venue that doesn’t host weddings. We had to rent EVERYTHING, down to forks and spoons. With Melissa’s help, you would have never known this venue did not host wedding on the regular. Everything leading up to the wedding and day of was seamless. She handled the set up, the timeline, the vendor communication, and making sure the bridal party had everything they needed. She thought of the little details that I would not have known to think about myself. She made sure to understand our ‘vibe’ so she could make recommendations that were specific to us as a couple and matched our vision. I would HIGHLY recommend Melissa for your wedding needs.

I thought I could plan our wedding myself but shortly into the process I became overwhelmed with all the details that had to be attended to. That’s when I called Melissa, the wedding MD, and it was by far the best decision I could have made. From the beginning Melissa knew what had to be done and when it needed to be done. She eliminated all my worries and stress and that was priceless and made the experience fun. When I walked into the reception I was amazed to see my dream come true! Melissa had even surprised me by adding candles to the bridal table that made it glow. I couldn’t speak more highly of Melissa’s professionalism and attention to detail. She is everything and more that I wanted in a wedding planner.
