The jewelry here is a little pricey but it is so beautiful. They allow you to trade in your diamond for an upgrade and will give you the exact amount that you originally paid. They...
carry Hearts on fire which I absolutely love and I actually chose my ring from the hearts on fire website and they ordered it for me and charged me the price from the website. Just be careful who you work with because the only thing I didn't like was our salesperson was so friendly and called us frequently until we decided which ring we wanted to order but after our order was placed she took forever to return calls when we tried to check on the status of my rings and she originally charged us the wrong price because she just wanted to close the sale the first night we went there so she tried to tell us we owed more money when she finally called me back but I ended up ordering a whole different ring that was much nicer and cost less. I guess she was a typical salesperson who says and does whatever they need to get the sale and after the sale is made they move on to the next customer. However, we been back a couple of times and the girls who work at the front desk and a couple other salespeople are really nice. I would definitely go back there but I will choose another salesperson next time.
The wedding ring shop treats each person walking through the doors with the same quality service no matter how you are dressed. When my husband was looking for engagement rings he ...
went to 2 different places that didn't provide him any service because he was still in his construction clothes but when he arrived at the wedding ring shop, they greeted him right away and treated him like family. Our experience there together was amazing also, they give you space to browse but are always ready if you have any questions. We picked the hearts on fire collection for my engagement rings and our wedding bands. Very friendly, professional, and fast.
My husband purchased my Hearts on Fire engagement ring at The Wedding Ring Shop last year, and he had a very positive experience (and I adore my ring!). We went back together a fe...
w months before the wedding to purchase our bands during a sales tax-free weekend promotion, and again received great customer service without uncomfortable pressure from the sales personnel. I go in periodically to have my ring inspected and cleaned, and we'll definitely go back for fine jewelry purchases in the future.
We were told to go to the WRS by multiple people, and my husband went on his own and picked out an amazing ring all by himself. The ring and staff were amazing, however, they orde...
red the wrong size, so when he proposed, I couldn't put the ring on :( The staff immediately started to solve the problem, but I had to send my ring back to NY for the designer to resize it, which took almost 3 weeks (out of our 3 month engagement). But once I got the ring back, I couldn't have been happier. And we had a great experience with our wedding bands, and shopping for them. I still highly recommend this place; just make sure the sizes are correct! But the service and prices are great!
I have a beautiful wedding and engagement ring from the Wedding Ring Shop. They truly do have a beautiful collection, but if you have a budget, shop around because you may be able ...
to find bigger and more elaborate bling at other stores. I'd suggest buy here if there's something you found that you love that you can't find elsewhere. Also, be sure to get a second opinion if you're trading in gold and jewelry just to be sure.
my then fiancé/i set a budget for my engagement ring and after going to an independent jeweler, i felt wedding ring shop is overpriced. their customer service was professional and...
they were patient with me & my then fiancé. i got my engagement ring from another jeweler for about half the price. for half the price, my then fiancé/i were able to get bigger carat diamonds. for those of you shopping for rings, ask around & do research. it took us about 3 months to pick an engagement ring; wedding bands were faster.
