This was such a great decision that is so important if you’re traveling with your gown (or suit or bridal party clothing, anything really!). We were traveling for a New Orleans destination wedding from all corners of the country, so we really needed their help! This was so easy to organize and we were so grateful for them. We booked through Amy and the service was performed by Nicole. She was excellent! She just quietly got to work as if she had done it a hundred times before and hammered out a bunch of garments! At some point, we started distracting her and she was so fun to chat with! She was professional, great at her service, and very quick! And my wedding gown looked fantastic! And we added on a suit last minute (by “last minute”, I mean as she was packing up to head out) and she was able to squeeze it in. Highly, highly recommend!

Amy arrived on time, steaming my wedding dress, veil, flower girl dress and mother of the bride dress to perfection! Coming from a bride who irons her t-shirts and everything she wears, I couldn't have found someone better to handle our big day! Thank you! Highly recommend for a wonderful stress free experience!

Amy was super professional, punctual and did an amazing job. We found her fairly late in the game but she was very accommodating. she steamed my suit and her dress at an amazing price to boot while coming to us. Amy also provided great conversation to my wife to help her with her nerves leading up to the wedding. couldn't recommend enough.

I can’t say enough good things! She was available last minute, and I mean LAST minute lol. She came to my location! I feel like this was probably in my top 5 best customer service interactions in my LIFE! My dress was dry iron only, no steam. It turned out perfectly! I will always recommend her to anyone from here on out! Thanks, again!

We could not have done it with out The Wedding Steamer! I can not say enough words to describe the peace of mind that Monica provided on Wedding Day! My daughter had an out of state wedding and her cathedral length wedding gown required shipping. Monica took charge of the dress and was familiar with the delicate fabric. As mother of the bride, I was overwhelmed with the dress but Monica had the post shipping wrinkles out and the dress looking perfect for the big day! She also steamed 14 bridesmaids dresses to perfection. The day of the wedding she went above and beyond to ensure that the Bride’s gown was perfect, even staying to help bustle the gown for the reception. The Wedding Steamer knows what she is doing! Fully qualified when working with exquisite fabric and handling heirloom gowns. I will 100% use her again and thrilled she was a part of my daughter’s special day! The Wedding Steamer is worth every penny for peace of mind that your wedding dress will be picture perfect on wedding day and in photos for years to come!
