She just quietly got to work as if she had done it a hundred times before and hammered out a bunch of garments! At some point, we started distracting her and she was so fun to chat with! She was professional, great at her service, and very quick! And my wedding gown looked fantastic! And we added on a suit last minute (by “last minute”, I mean as she was packing up to head out) and she was able to squeeze it in. Highly, highly recommend!

As mother of the bride, I was overwhelmed with the dress but Monica had the post shipping wrinkles out and the dress looking perfect for the big day! She also steamed 14 bridesmaids dresses to perfection. The day of the wedding she went above and beyond to ensure that the Bride’s gown was perfect, even staying to help bustle the gown for the reception. The Wedding Steamer knows what she is doing! Fully qualified when working with exquisite fabric and handling heirloom gowns. I will 100% use her again and thrilled she was a part of my daughter’s special day!
