I have tried dresses on at many boutiques, and was a little hesitant about going an hour away to the wedding boutique in Topanga, since it was far in distance from my home. My brid...
esmaids and I immediately fell in love with the boutique and their selection, but most of all, with Andrea, our stylist. You know when you get with your bridesmaids, it's immediately a fun girls' day out, and Andrea was patient with all of us, allowing us to take multiple pictures, make jokes in between fittings, and ask many questions regarding the dresses. She picked amazing dresses for me, and let me walk the floor to find my own. As we walked the floor, she got to know me, asking me questions about my Fiance' and my wedding. Andrea was so kind, knowledgeable, but most of all PATIENT. I have been to boutiques where the stylists have been curt and aggressive. Andrea wasn't like that at all. She allowed me to feel comfortable the entire time. I came here on a recommendation, and will continue to recommend brides in the future. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had stripping down and trying on dresses, and I can't thank Andrea enough for all of her kindness and help!

th Cindy for the first time, I knew that she had to be the one to see my dress process through until the end. Beyond the fact that she is sweet, kind and just overall a joy- she was so calming throughout the process which can be exhausting at times. She always had a smile on her face and she really hugs you- not just the hugs you because you have to kind of hug, but because she is a genuine person with an amazing heart. :-)
I also really enjoyed working with Sousi in alterations- I must admit I can be a big pain in the butt at times because I had a vision of perfection in my head that I'm sure had something to do with seeing airbrushed pictures in magazines but Sousi sure outdid herself before I picked up my dress and made it come to life. The constant compliment I got throughout my wedding night was how amazing the dress fit and looked- I couldn't have had it be any better, truly, and it really is one of the things I felt 100% confident about on the day which meant so much for a stressed out bride.
Cindy and Sousi- THANK YOU for being you- for allowing me to be my perfectionist driven self throughout the process and for always making me feel like your only client. I appreciated both of your help more than you know and will recommend any and everyone I know getting married to the Topanga Wedding Suit because of you.

big on the top, and the Northern CA Nordstrom really made no attempt to fix these issues. As my wedding was taking place in Southern California, I reached out to the wedding suite at Topanga and they very graciously squeezed me in for a last minute fitting, even though the responsibility to fix the dress was not theirs. The entire team was WONDERFUL! I ended up returning multiple times in the few days before my wedding and they made my dress absolutely perfect. I was so nervous and all of the salespeople and alterations department were incredibly understanding. They worked so hard, and on a limited amount of time, to fix the dress. I cannot thank them enough!
My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses through this Nordstrom and again, the team was great. Whitney communicated with me throughout the ordering of the dresses and made it very easy for the girls to choose their dresses and place the order.

rude and unhelpful. Candice was so easy to work with and helpful. She gives her opinion and also does it in a way without getting in the way! She's amazing. She also rushed my dress and made sure I had it in time for a last minute wedding. She will do anything to make sure you're happy. We shop at this Nordstrom regularly now and going there is like coming home. Every sales person knows us, know our wedding and asks about our family. It's truly a special place that made shopping for a very important day a fun and stress free part of the process.

the last one. Whitney offered deadlines for ordering my dress, set up timely appointments, and even assisted in options to support the financial aspect. Prior to the final dress fitting, I was very specific about certain details including veil length and steaming of the dress. Whitney worked with her manager and team to meet and exceed my expectations! The bridal gown is not a part of the wedding that any bride takes lightly. I trust Whitney and would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends for their bridal gown needs.
