Situated on fifteen bucolic acres in Northeast Ohio, The Wellspring offers a one-of-a-kind venue experience that marries rural, rustic outdoor scenery with modern, light-filled architecture. Featuring a large pond, creek, evergreen forest, mature woods, and nature trails, our natural setting can’t be beat. Indoors, guests have access to our intimate, window-lined chapel building as well as a separate reception hall with a feature wall of windows and attached party patios. And because design is at the top of our mind, we intentionally crafted bright and airy interiors to serve as the perfect blank canvas and backdrop for your big day. Below is an overview of features and amenities we offer to help make your wedding day as smooth and comfortable as possible. Our intimate chapel building was designed for indoor ceremonies and holds up to 170 people. Perfect as a year-round ceremony space, or as a convenient backup location in the case of inclement weather. Our main reception hall holds up to 200 people and was designed for parties and large gatherings. Both buildings are heated and cooled all year, and feature light, bright interiors with more windows than you can count. Our main hall features six sets of modern glass doors that open completely to a full 10-foot width onto two timber-framed party patios with lights and fans so that guests can stay comfortable indoors and out. On a pleasant day, throw the doors open and bring the outdoors in! Our professional prep kitchen and commercial refrigerator are equipped for your catering and cuisine needs. Our custom-made mobile bar is included and ready for use anywhere on the property. We provide all tables and chairs, including six 24-inch round cocktail tables, 25 eight-foot wooden tables, and 210 matching wooden crossback chairs. Your wedding package includes a personalized floor plan and all tables and chairs set up for your event. Need privacy, storage, or space to get your group ready? We offer two private, beautiful bridal party suites to use as needed on your big day. Have you always dreamed of an outdoor wedding? Are you wanting unbeatable natural backdrops with a variety of photo ops? Looking to unplug and enjoy the outdoors? We’re situated on 15 private acres of land where you’ll find a spacious pond, mature woods, an evergreen forest, babbling brook, spring wildflowers, summer berries, fall foliage, and winter snowfalls - truly the perfect natural setting for incredible photo opportunities all year long. In between our buildings, we’ve designed a courtyard of green space for fresh air, mingling, outdoor cocktail hour, and yard games. High-speed internet and wi-fi are available. Our entire property is ADA compliant. Trash, recycling, and on-site parking available.
