t great and the staff was very attentive and helpful. However, the months leading up to my wedding were very difficult. I started off working with Serena who was amazing at coordinating my wedding but we she left it went downhill quickly. I worked with a man named Jason Sessions and he was terrible. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and does not care anything about weddings. I called to complain about how disrespectful he was and how he never answered emails or phone calls and never got any help from management. If you are looking for a wedding venue that makes you feel special and is extremely attentive about coordinating your wedding, do not choose this The Westin Princeville. I was tossed around to 3 different wedding coordinators, told my wedding " wasn't that big deal at by Jason" , and did not have help from management. I will say Nichelle Obar and Cece are very nice and great to work with though. Overall, I loved my wedding but the months leading up to it were a bit stressful due to the lack of care and concern from some of the staff members.
