e top notch! They were extremely organized. The food and service was incredible. We have lived part time in the Vail Valley for over twenty years and we highly recommend this resort to all our guest.

g Sales and Event Manager was terrific. She was our primary contact in planning the weekend and our wedding. She had the best recommendations and made planning each event held at the Westin a seamless task. We kicked off Friday, 08/11/2023, with a welcome party in the Osprey Room, where the space was incredible. This room could fit 100-150 guests; We also used the outdoor space for cornhole and ladder ball for the guests who wanted to play something. We were able to customize the food and alcohol served for our guests, and I would recommend the Charcuterie and cheese board! After our welcome party, we had our rehearsal on the ceremony lawn at 4 pm; Rachel was there to help guide the bridal party and our other wedding coordinator for the best entrance and timing of everything. On our wedding day, since the Westin did not have a bridal suite, Rachel had suggested the Osprey room again for the bridesmaids and me to get ready, where we had done our hair and makeup. There was breakfast, coffee, tea, and a mimosa bar set up for us for the morning. Talk about luxury! From a bride's perspective, the room had beautiful lighting for pictures and just an overall dramatic background. I felt like an absolute queen. The groom and groomsmen had a breakfast set up similar to ours in the groom's room with a beer bar. The day flew by too quickly, but everything about our wedding day was beautiful, peaceful, and lovely. There are many great places to get photos done; the service was terrific, and the food was THE best. We even got to rent a ping-pong table for our wedding for our guests to play, which was a big hit. We had our ceremony on the ceremony lawn, then cocktai lhour on the terrance behind the ceremony lawn, then our reception in the ballroom behind the terrace. Knowing our guests did not have to travel a far ways to enjoy our big day helped decrease the stress of the day. If you're wanting a mountain wedding with beautiful views and a wonderful venue with excellent food and staff. I would HIGHLY recommend having all of your wedding festivities at The Westin, They have everything that you would want and are very accommodating. Booking rooms through the room block was super easy thanks to Sally Corcoran. We have had many guests who attended our wedding, come to my husband and I to compliment us on our wedding. Having your wedding here will create memories for years to come!

g, was so great. She was able to keep all of the details of our wedding straight and her organization was awesome. She made recommendations for the structure of the rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and wedding itself so that everything was smooth for all the events. We had our rehearsal dinner at Stoke & Rye restaurant - the food and service was amazing. Our wedding ceremony and reception were held at the Westin Riverfront as well. The scenery is unmatched - the backdrop for our wedding is so phenomenal. Our guests loved the fact that everything was at the Westin Riverfront, yet all events were held in different areas of the resort. I would highly recommend!

ooking side was so calm, patient and organized as she worked her magic with room placement and reservations. NOT ONE COMPLAINT FROM OUR GUESTS. Rachel, who assisted us on the catering side was professional and saw to every detail. She listened to us and heard us. We scheduled two meals, one formal Friday night white cloth table service the second a cocktail/dinner buffet reception and they both went off without a hitch. The presentation was beautiful and the food tasted great and was plentiful. They even accommodated our spontaneous silent ecstatic dance party on the lawn …..in the rain….If you are searching for a wedding venue, look no further - Weston Avon is the spot.

’t be happier with the selection of this venue. The location is everything that beautiful Colorado Mountains offer, and it’s a breathtaking area with the riverfront and mountain view’s. Our wedding ceremony was hosted out on the terrace with the CO wilderness as our backdrop. The weather was unbelievable and the esthetics of this venue were great. The hotel itself is amazing and had everything we were looking for in one place to include the lodging, pool, restaurant/bar and stellar spa. Our guests really enjoyed the stay, and enjoyed the food provided on site. They were even able to do our wedding cake! The best part was our amazing event coordinator, Rachel Thompson! I was so enamored by her kindness, professionalism and her willingness to ensure that our event was perfectly organized. She took the time and really understood the assignment. She is keen on the details and really took such great care of us in preparation for and upon our special day. Rachel is truly on a level above the rest and provided us a genuinely wonderful time celebrating our wedding day with our friends and family. I highly recommend working with Rachel to plan the wedding day of your dreams in a location that delivered it all. We had nothing less than raving compliments from our guests on the event location, their stay, the spa and restaurant/bar. These days, and I know most people have recognized this, it’s hard to find good service and value for your money. The entire experience was excellent because of the staff that worked hard to make our event successful. When it matters, you need competent people who care about what they provide and I am confident that this venue could handle any important event. We have such gratitude for Rachel and the staff at the Westin Riverfront for everything they did for us and our guests.
