Originally, we had our wedding scheduled at a different hotel, but then Hurricane Milton struck, and our original venue was no longer going to be open for our celebration. This is where The Westin Tampa Waterside came to the rescue! With less than a month until our special day, the staff at the Westin truly stepped up. They had our date available and enough rooms open for us to transfer over our room block. They worked with us incredibly quickly, and the wedding came and went without any issues! The food was incredible, and we felt so well attended to for all our needs during the course of our event. (Special shout-out to Winnelle for being so incredible and facilitating this entire process for us!) In spite of all the last minute changes, we had such a smooth process getting everything set up with The Westin Tampa Waterside and our wedding with them truly was the greatest day of our lives!

Beautiful venue for the ceremony and reception! Jennifer was awesome to work with and the rest of the staff was great as well. I kept hearing about how great the food was that night too! Thanks Jennifer

One of our top priorities for or wedding was fantastic food. Not only did we want it to taste amazing we anted it to look amazing. The chef came out and talked with the day before the wedding and during the start of dinner service on the day. Chef Jerry didn't let us down. The plates looked to good to eat. They were all hot and fresh. The only complaint we heard was that the steaks were a little under cooked and tat the servers cleared tables of a bit too fast.

Delaynna and Natalia were such great individuals to work with! The hotel was very clean and the service was phenomenal. We had a great first night with appetizers and wine. Everyone at the hotel was attentive and courteous.

The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The service at the hotel was not up to standard at all. The wedding planning process was a complete nightmare, wedding planner was changed about 3 times and I was never informed of it until I called to talk to someone and I would find out they no longer worked there. The wedding did turn out great, but the food was not all that good for the amount of money spent. There was a leak in the roof and guests were getting water on them and their food during the reception!! If I had the choice to do it all over again I would definitely not do it at the Westin Harbour Island, go spend half the money and get double the value somewhere nicer in South Tampa
