The capacity is reduced to approximately 120 for a more traditional seated celebration. From the Community Room to the Outdoor Terrace, you can rent out individual rooms or the entire property, whatever you need, to guarantee a memorable day for your nearest and dearest.

We received prompt and thorough communication throughout the entire process. Who you work with is crucial, so things came together seamlessly without a single issue! Initially, I was not aware of how well equipped the Museum is as an alternative event space. Our caterer was thrilled to have a fully equipped kitchen, so their facilities allowed for efficient service throughout the evening. We are so grateful to have found such a special space for a very memorable evening!

d to say. If you want an intimate perfectly beautiful room with helpful and friendly staff i say choose this venue. Adding the extra hours for our guests to enjoy the galleries during the first 2 hours was an added bonus. We are still getting compliments and the event and the venue.

eremony, I ended up contacting Megan and her team at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art, and wow is all I have to say, I am so glad I did. Megan made the planning process so easy, and she was so helpful with everything. Even though we didn't have our reception here she still treated me like I was, walking me through everything, giving her expert advice, and keeping me sane through COVID. She and her team worked so hard to make sure I can have every single person at my ceremony, we ended up having it outside on the beautiful front steps of the museum, and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Her team worked with me when it came to the songs to walk in and out to, they were able to cut a song down to the exact minute I wanted to walk down the aisle to, I almost started crying I was so happy. They had water for all the guests, and set chairs up that were compliant with the 6foot rule, getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs was simply amazing, she had everything we could have wanted. There are not enough things to say about how amazing Megan and her team are.
