What an incredible group of people and musicians. The Wet Bandits were the perfect wedding band for us. There's simply no words for how amazing they were.
First of all, they are ...
extremely nice and easy to work with. They were so thoughtful and thorough with every aspect of our wedding day and accommodated every request. We had a slightly unusual element to our wedding. I have a band of my own and my fiancé and I had the idea for my band to go up and play a couple songs. Not only were they so down for the idea, they did everything possible to make it logistically smooth, from helping us sound check, bringing monitors, and setting up pedals for us on their boards.
Not only that, they also ran ceremony audio, performed our first dance and special dances live, and MC'd a photo lighting round with each table.
We had our wedding at the Mutter Museum in Philly, which is a dark romantic type of venue with a fairly large ballroom. The Bandits absolutely rocked the house. The brought lights, energy, and a perfect set list.
The most incredible aspect was the final stretch of our wedding from 10:00-12:00, where The Bandits covered 2 hours of music non stop to keep our guests entertained. They played with so much passion and they made our night so special. Our friends and family raved endlessly about the music at our wedding, and some even said that our wedding was the best "concert" they had been to in years.
If you want a wedding band with a slightly alt/emo vibe, seriously look no further.
