The Wexford at Emerald Greens

olutely stunning - wooden beams, chandeliers, open floor concept with huge windows to let the sunlight in and a beautiful view on the patio onto the golf course for cocktail hour. The staff was incredible to work with, extremely responsive, answered all our questions, organized and made our day stress-free. The Wexford has fun getting ready rooms for the bride and groom, a huge space for guests to go to the bar, open-concept and plenty of space to host large parties, easy parking access for guests, numerous bathroom stalls, a gorgeous outside ceremony spot and a variety of picture spots throughout the grounds. We even had our rehearsal dinner at Bogeys Pub the night before and had a great experience there too! Highly recommend!

The bridal and groom suites were carefully designed to have everything you would need on your wedding day. Our second favorite element was the ceremony space. It is set on a moat with a beautiful waterfall backdrop. Truly breathtaking. We loved how it looked like an outdoor worship service space with the long aisle and pews. To all future brides: that long walk down the aisle seeing all your family and friends before you marry the love of your life is a memory to cherish forever. Being on a golf course, there are many beautiful spots to go for pictures, especially for those coveted sunset photos. The staff help you find the best locations and will take you to anywhere you want to go. Another gem feature of the Wexford is the balcony. My biggest recommendation for all couples is to get a group shot with all your guests by having them out on the balcony and the two of you on the grounds in front. It is one of my favorite pictures from the day! The balcony is also great for during the reception - guests can choose to party on the dance floor or enjoy the space outside to chat. Our friends got to enjoy the dance floor while our older family members got to chat with one another on a beautiful Minnesota summer night. The Wexford staff are phenomenal. Jen and Val are fantastic to work with. During checkins they make sure all loose ends are covered and are always available to answer questions that arise. They love what they do and want all couples to have the most memorable day. The rest of the Emerald Greens staff is also amazing - my family met the head grounds manager and was so excited for our special day and worked to make sure it all went perfectly. We were truly blessed by our experience at the Wexford and would go back there in a heart beat!
