They also provide a list of preferred vendors for photography, florals, makeup, and transportation, which made choosing the remaining vendors simple and seamless. I booked one of their preferred vendors for florals, and it was amazing since they knew the space for floral decor and what would look best in the space, we also booked one of the preferred transportation vendors which was also convenient since they knew the space and where to go.  The entire staff at The Wheeler House was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and consistently positive from the moment we booked through our wedding day. Having one location for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception made the day run so smoothly. We also loved having both indoor and outdoor options. We had a winter wedding, and while the southern weather allowed us to be outside, knowing we had a beautiful indoor backup option gave us so much peace of mind during planning incase it rained or was too cold.  We also booked The Wheeler House cottages for our wedding weekend, which made getting ready and overnight accommodations extremely convenient. Having our family and bridal party together all weekend made the experience even more special. While The Wheeler House may initially seem more expensive, we absolutely got our money’s worth. Because so much is included, we actually had less to plan and book on our own, which saved time, stress, and additional costs. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue in North Georgia that offers incredible value and includes so many essentials, I highly recommend The Wheeler House.

I walked down the aisle, they were 100% helpful, professional, friendly and on point! I worked mainly with Laiken throughout the process and then my day of coordinator, Emma, who was fantastic! I never knew how stressful planning a wedding would be, but it was worth every moment once the big day finally arrived. It was nice working with the preferred vendors that The Wheeler House uses, they all work together so well and it takes the stress out of planning. I live out of state so sadly I wasn't able to make it to one of their open houses, but every vendor I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. You will not be disappointed if you choose The Wheeler House for your wedding day, it is an absolutely beautiful venue. The outdoor space for the ceremony is elegant and so pretty. The barn is gorgeous inside with a huge chandelier and fireplace. It's so amazing to see everything bare bones and then how it completely transforms once all the flowers, decor, food, people and music make everything come alive. The actual Wheeler House itself is the perfect backdrop for all the pictures, which really ties it all in. Our families also stayed in the cottages just down the road from the venue and it was the perfect touch! The cottages were so beautiful inside. Its perfect for families or the wedding parties to sleep and get ready in. We were happy we stayed there, it came in handy that they were so close. All my guests had so much fun, I received so many compliments on how perfect everything was and that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been too! I couldn't be happier or more pleased with our experience!! On our wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—not just for us but for our guests, many of whom had traveled long distances to celebrate with us. The Wheeler House itself is breathtaking, offering the perfect mix of Southern charm and elegance. Every detail was beautifully executed, and our day was more magical than we ever imagined. We cannot recommend The Wheeler House enough—if you’re considering it for your wedding, don’t hesitate!

I'm not exaggerating when I say almost half of our guests said this was one of the best weddings they had been to, and people are still raving about how good the food was! They are so convenient and the fire pit was such a fun place to continue celebrating after the wedding night ended. 10/10, I LOVED this venue and all the people who work here. ve and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of spectacular. We met with her twice before our wedding date and went over little and big details. We discussed things I would have never even thought about. For our rehearsal, she was very thorough with our whole wedding party about who needed to be where and when. On the day of our wedding, Emma and her team made sure each piece of decor was placed where it needed to go and no detail was left untouched. They did a phenomenal job of bribing my vision to life. Leading up to the ceremony and even during the reception, Emma made sure the day flowed smoothly by keeping track of the timeline and letting us know when we needed to do certain things. My husband and I keep talking about how perfect our day was and that we wish we could relive it over and over again. We are so glad we chose to have our wedding at The Wheeler House and we wouldn’t have changed a single thing!

Our original day of coordinator switched without us knowing then our second one was very knew and kind of clueless. We were told it was an all inclusive venue with a day of coordinator but that’s just it they recommend vendors but you have to reach out to everyone one and pay each one separately except the catering is included. We met with the caterer 5x before finally deciding on decent tasting food and ended up actually loving the food more than the venue experience. Our coordinator acted confused when asked by bridesmaids about the simple things and couldn’t help them so they did a lot of it on their own. We did get the cottages for an additional charge and I’m thankful we did with 10 bridesmaids there’s no way we’d all be ready in 2hrs. Only getting the venue 2hrs before the ceremony made everything feel rushed. We enjoyed the day because you only get one wedding and made the best of it, but I wouldn’t recommend this venue without extensive research on exactly what you’re getting and asking for the most experienced coordinator.

The bridal suite was plenty big enough for my 7 bridesmaids, 1 flower girl and myself to get ready in. We also rented the cottages that are offered.
