While the property is absolutely stunning, the team at the White Barn is what sets it apart from other venues. From the day we inquired about checking out the venue, Alicia Cocks (Director of Events) was warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with. We felt we could go to Alicia with any question or ask her for help and she was always happy to assist. Working with her and her team truly made our planning process smooth and enjoyable. Our wedding day went perfectly, and we know Alicia and her team's expertise played a big role in the success of the day. We feel we got to know Alicia as a friend, and we recommend anyone who is considering the White Barn to choose it for their event!

The grounds are gorgeous and very well taken care of. There is ample power, a great catering kitchen, and clean and beautiful bathrooms. I can't wait to work here again! icult task, until, I stumbled upon The White Barn. After completing my venue tour with Alicia, I knew The White Barn was where I wanted to get married. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Alicia and her team, they truly go above and beyond for their clients. They never give NO as an answer, they always work overtime to make sure the bride dreams become a reality. I think my wedding at The White Barn in September 2022 will be a wedding every vendor, guest, and bridal party member will remember forever as it was the first wedding at The White Barn where it rained. Yes, you read that correctly, we got married under blue skies on the grass area at 2pm and by 4pm when reception doors opened, it was pouring down rain. One would think as the bride, I would be freaking out, however, I truly embraced the moment. Alicia and team had everything under control and made my day absolutely AMAZING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHITE BARN TO EVERYONE!:)

nuary 2021, the team was incredible. Alicia was always so helpful and responsive when we had any questions about the venue or needed a second opinion on a vendor choice or event decision. She was an excellent partner to our wedding planner and our entire vendor team which made the day go so smoothly. In addition to the team being wonderful, the venue itself is stunning! It is so well manicured and you just can't beat the landscaping. The barn has an ability to be transformed no matter what your vision is which made it so easy to bring our vision to life. The layout of the property is also conducive to an enjoyable event experience for all guests. Having everything close together on level ground made it easy for grandparents to move around the venue creating a stress free day for all. We could not be happier with our choice to celebrate our special day here.

ntain views to the modern barn, it was perfect for us. I’ve been married for over 2 months and I STILL get compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We were on the fence about renting the homes on the property, and I'm so glad we did! It was such a beautiful setting for my bridal party and I to get ready in. Even though the venue is amazing, the best part was Alicia and her team. We initially were going to get married in 2021, but had to postpone because of the pandemic. Alicia was extremely accommodating and helpful during that tough time. She also made the planning process so easy! Anytime I needed recommendations or had questions, she was readily available. The one time I hired someone that she didn’t recommend, I ended up regretting it and firing them. I truly feel our day was only perfect because of the vendors we hired (that Alicia recommended). Alicia was especially helpful the day of the wedding. I was having a ton of anxiety (I had a panic attack the morning of) and she said something that I’ll never forget. She told me that even though I’m having anxiety now, the second I walk down the aisle all that anxiety will go away because I’ll be looking down the aisle at the man I love. She of course was right. She always went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect. Alicia + team, I can’t thank you enough for helping facilitate the wedding of my dreams. I wish I could get re-married to Zach every year just so I could hang out with you guys!! You all are the best <3

s we navigated rescheduling that came with the pandemic. We were lucky enough to use this venue twice: an intimate wedding in 2020 and our big celebration this past summer. The White Barn is a truly special place just outside of SLO on the Central Coast. Beautiful landscape, tons of space, and great weather for our summer wedding. It was truly the perfect canvas to create the wedding my wife and I wanted. Nothing but love for the White Barn!

cles to work around. We had a pretty big guest list so this was a plus for us when we were looking for our venue. The outdoor space is beautiful and surrounded by hills and dreamy views. There is plenty of parking, a kitchen for your caterer's use, and really nice and clean permanent bathrooms on the property. Alicia (Director of Operations & Events) went above and beyond when our plans changed multiple times due to COVID. She was professional, really friendly, encouraging, and extremely supportive especially through the tough decisions we had to make with rescheduling our wedding. We knew she had our backs the entire time and she made the whole experience as smooth as can be. Thank you to Alicia and The White Barn team for the wedding of our dreams. When people think barn, they think a working ranch, but this barn is so much more than that! With so many options and open space, you really do have the opportunity to create something spectacular!

The natural light that seeps in between the slats of its wooden frame highlight the character of its exposed wood interior making for a surreal setting for your day. What really sets the White Barn apart, though, is its incredible staff. Alicia, the events coordinator, and her staff are extremely detail-oriented, organized and, overall, a joy to work with. Alicia takes the time to get to know couples personally and truly helps them envision their wedding day. Early in the planning process, we asked her which planners she felt would fit well with our style and personalities and the 2 she suggested (1 of which we hired after a very difficult deliberation) could not have been more perfect for us. She continued to be a tremendous resource for us throughout the process helping ensure that everything about our weekend would run smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff and she did exactly that and helped deliver the wedding of our dreams without a single hitch - or at least none they allowed us or our guests to notice. Our advice to anyone considering the White Barn: the gorgeous backdrop for your wedding and reception is one thing, but the people that work there make this venue truly special. Cheers! D&S

autiful. There is a cute little windmill and fire pit which was a huge hit with our guests and plenty of space to have multiple lounges and set up lawn games. Alicia and her staff recommend fantastic vendors and I can honestly say our wedding day went on without a hitch (if anything went wrong, I still don't know!). We live about 3 hours away and Alicia and her team were so accommodating when we were in town and needed to meet with vendors or if we just wanted to stop by, they are so welcoming. Another great thing about the property are the houses, it was so special to stay at the venue and watch our wedding come together from across the fields. We stayed for 4 days and it was a great way to be involved with our wedding but also have a little hideaway not being at the hotel with everyone. We can't wait to stop by the barn and stay at the house the next time we're in the area. The White Barn is a truly special venue!
