BRIDES BEWARE!
Where do I begin? If you’re looking for an honest company that prides themselves on customer service and providing their brides with authentic gowns like the ones that they display in their store, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THR WHITE DR...ESS. I purchased my wedding gown 7 months before my wedding day. It was a beautiful gown that I fell in love with and couldn’t wait to wear. Leading up the the purchase of my dress, customer service was good. 5 months later, my gown arrived from the designer. Looking at the dress, I didn’t notice much difference. I was too distracted by all the deep set wrinkles that were in it. Still, I decided to ignore the wrinkles and assumed they would eventually steam and/or press it out of the dress. The seamstress told me she would take care of it. I showed up to my second fitting and she told me she had done all she could. She pressed it and steamed it. The bottom of the dress felt like paper. It was supposed to be a smooth, heavy, beautiful silk and it had been made to feel like paper. Still, I thought, maybe it’s just me. Maybe she’ll press it one more time, and it’ll be identical to the dress on the floor. I had even scheduled for someone to come to my house the day of the wedding to steam my dress just Incase it got wrinkly during transfer. I got a call two days before I was scheduled to pick up my dress to take home, and was told by one of the staff members my dress should not be steamed. The only thing I should do to the dress is get it pressed. I showed up to the store that Sunday to pick up my dress and they RUINED the dress. It bad been steamed to a crisp and had vertical Abrasions on the mid section of the dress. I couldn’t even believe that this was the dress that I was taking home 5 days before my wedding day. IT WASN’T WEARABLE! It still felt like paper, had bumps all over it, and now, it was completely damaged. The store offered for me to use the floor sample because they all agreed it looked completely different. I was forced to take the floor model that was soiled and 5 sizes too big. I ended up wearing a floor sample dress on my wedding day representing a fraudulent store whose only concern is their own pockets. The owner had the audacity to say that I’m responsible for paying for the sample dress. I was told by one of the managers I’d receive a refund for my alterations, that was a lie. I didn’t receive any sort of refund on any of the mistakes they made. Instead, I was told that it was my choice to go with the floor sample and to that they’d take my dress to the cleaners for me to get pressed... 4 days before my wedding. THAT’S IT! I’ve provided pictures for you to see. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THE OWNER IS A FRAUD AND WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE YOU THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE.
