Found my dream dress!Reviewed on 11/02/2012 Erin W
I went in with an idea of what style of dress I wanted, and came out with a different one, but I NEVER felt pressured to buy anything. They tirelessly retrieved dresses and gave objective opinions until I found THE one. These ladies were very respectful of my price range and never, ever were pushy. The shop is more of a boutique; it's cozy, clean, and you feel very attended to. At the end of my appointment, I was in between two dresses, unable to decide, so they accessorized both dresses, and I fell in LOVE with the necklace that paired with one dress. That sold me on everything. Then they poured us champagne. My dress arrived ahead of schedule, too! FYI: There are no alterations done at the store.
The perfect fitReviewed on 8/07/2012 Jill H
The White Dress was my second bridal store to go to. I had a horrible experience at the first one and thought I would come prepared the second time. I reviewed their website and printed out all the dresses I liked. I went in to the store with my mother and was greeted by a warm hello. I know from the moment I walked into their elegant shop with hundreds of dress, I would find the perfect dress. Our sales rep was extremely helpful and nice. She got all the dresses I wanted and even brought out a few I might like. After trying on my third dress, I found my dream dress. The moment I zipped up the zipper, I knew it was my wedding dress. The whole experience was very memorable and I highly recommend go to The White Dress.

The women in there were so helpful! By chance of a sale, my dress was reduced by $600. Definitely go there!
I found my dream dress! After trying on A LOT of dresses at A LOT of different places. I finally went to The White Dress (courtesy of my incredible wedding planner, Lisa Gorjestani). I spent almost two hours wearing my dream dress in the store! Nancy was so helpful and even gave us champagne when I said yes to my dress!
BRIDES BEWARE! Where do I begin? If you’re looking for an honest company that prides themselves on customer service and providing their brides with authentic gowns like the ones that they display in their store, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THR WHITE DRESS. I purchased my wedding gown 7 months before my wedding day. It was a beautiful gown that I fell in love with and couldn’t wait to wear. Leading up the the purchase of my dress, customer service was good. 5 months later, my gown arrived from the designer. Looking at the dress, I didn’t notice much difference. I was too distracted by all the deep set wrinkles that were in it. Still, I decided to ignore the wrinkles and assumed they would eventually steam and/or press it out of the dress. The seamstress told me she would take care of it. I showed up to my second fitting and she told me she had done all she could. She pressed it and steamed it. The bottom of the dress felt like paper. It was supposed to be a smooth, heavy, beautiful silk and it had been made to feel like paper. Still, I thought, maybe it’s just me. Maybe she’ll press it one more time, and it’ll be identical to the dress on the floor. I had even scheduled for someone to come to my house the day of the wedding to steam my dress just Incase it got wrinkly during transfer. I got a call two days before I was scheduled to pick up my dress to take home, and was told by one of the staff members my dress should not be steamed. The only thing I should do to the dress is get it pressed. I showed up to the store that Sunday to pick up my dress and they RUINED the dress. It bad been steamed to a crisp and had vertical Abrasions on the mid section of the dress. I couldn’t even believe that this was the dress that I was taking home 5 days before my wedding day. IT WASN’T WEARABLE! It still felt like paper, had bumps all over it, and now, it was completely damaged. The store offered for me to use the floor sample because they all agreed it looked completely different. I was forced to take the floor model that was soiled and 5 sizes too big. I ended up wearing a floor sample dress on my wedding day representing a fraudulent store whose only concern is their own pockets. The owner had the audacity to say that I’m responsible for paying for the sample dress. I was told by one of the managers I’d receive a refund for my alterations, that was a lie. I didn’t receive any sort of refund on any of the mistakes they made. Instead, I was told that it was my choice to go with the floor sample and to that they’d take my dress to the cleaners for me to get pressed... 4 days before my wedding. THAT’S IT! I’ve provided pictures for you to see. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THE OWNER IS A FRAUD AND WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE YOU THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF YOUR LIFE.
Loved the White Dress! It was just my mom and me shopping and when I found the dress they were very festive. They popped champagne and made you feel like the bride you are. A wonderful experience, friendly staff and beautiful shop. Highly recommend.
I went to multiple bridal shops to find my perfect dress! I found my dress on day one but wasn't ready to fully commit so I went back to the white dress a second time and my consultant was Michelle Garcia. She helped me try on even more dresses (my idea) even though I still went back to the first dress I loved! She was so sweet, gives you that little Nudge when u need it, is honest she will not lie if something doesn't look good and was so knowledgeable about what dresses they carried in store. She then recommended a great alterations person as well as someone to clean and preserve my dress and veil after the wedding! I loved the white dress and their selection but if you go you have to get Michelle! She is the best. The Whites dress has an amazing selection in all different price range, they aren't pushy at all and I was able to to try on any style I wanted and my consultant never rushed me!
I and all of my invitees LOVED this bridal salon. It was a stroke of luck we even ended up here and it must have been meant to be! It's small and super lush and eloquent but cozy! As most brides I'm sure, I walked in thinking I had an idea of what I wanted and ironicly left with the exact opposite and the same all at the same time! My Fashion Friend Nancy pulled dresses she thought went with my overall idea and kept them moderately in budget and also allowed me to pull the one offs i saw and fell in love with. All of my items (Dress, Veil, and Belt) all came in ahead of time and employees were on it with notifying my when items come in. It is important to remember they do not do fittings in house. I had slight alterations done at Alterations by Mahtab and couldn't be happier! She was recommended by the store and now by me! Mahtab also had great rates!
got my princess dress!Reviewed on 7/23/2014 Lauren H
went in to just "try on" and walked out with my dream dress. The sales people were so nice. I took my mom and 4 of my bridesmaids. We had plenty of room to try on and hang out and drink champagne. It was the total experience that I was looking for.
I felt like a princessReviewed on 2/26/2011 Jessica H
I got my beautiful dress from the White Dress where they made me feel like a princess. However, I do not recommend you use the alterations lady "Tara" that the store recommemds. My experience with her was a nightmare and she was not professional at al and even through my dress on the floor! Please know that I do highly recoommend The White Dress, but please be careful if you do chose to use their alterations recommendation.
Great service, great dressReviewed on 10/25/2010 Raianna B
I initially went to the white dress to chose my brides maids dresses. The staff was so fun and accomodating they convinced me to look for myself considering I had already picked a dress but was not committed to it. I ended up finding my dress and falling in love with a dress from the Vineyard collection in Priscilla of Boston. When the dress was picked they celebrated with champagne, which was just sauch a wonderful touch to their specialized treatment. I love how they dedicate an individual moment for you instead of lining up 15 brides in a row like alot of other shops. The only thing I did not like is the majority of the dresses were sample sizes and they did not have alot of selection of sizes to try on, and the selection there is a little more pricier than I was expecting. But in the end I would not have traded anything for the dress I chose.

Gorgeous dresses but do your research on pricing before going in to purchase.
