The shop also gifted me the sweetest bridal items when I first arrived. I appreciate that I never felt pressured to go over my budget and Baylie was always transparent if I was close to it or exceeding. Not to mention, they had everyone with me “shop” for dresses that I could try on, which was a great way for everyone to feel included and get some variety in styles. an amazing job pulling dresses I loved, and ultimately we found the dress for my reception! We were looking for another dress similar to one I had loved at another store for the ceremony. She did her best, but the store did not carry anything quite like it. She didn’t push me to keep looking when I had my mind made up on the dress from the other store. I feel that this really spoke to her, and the stores, level of professionalism as they did not push making another sale, but instead wanted me to go with what made me the happiest. I am so happy I found my dress here and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Baylie was able to hype me up in the most genuine sense of the word without feeling forced or fake. I have no experience with any of the other girls but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else but Baylie. Just everything about her is so welcoming! Book the appointment and REQUEST BAYLIE! She was the perfect voice of reason and guidance when the opinions of my mom and sisters maybe got a little too loud. A huge thank you to Baylie for making my day so perfect! 🩷

nnady were so helpful and kind. They made the experience so much more enjoyable. I knew I loved a dress I tried on at twice at another store, but did not have the best experience at that other store. The dress clips were not fitted to my body, I felt like they measured me wrong and I ended up not loving the dress that day. Since I was still thinking about the dress, I decided to give it another go at The White Magnolia in Jacksonville. It was everything I wanted and loved about it again, I ultimately said yes to my dream dress and it wouldn't of happened without the White Magnolia Team in Jacksonville.

From the moment I met Kiana she made sure my experience was nothing short of perfect, but even besides that everyone working there could not have been more kind and making the experience even better. I had the VIP experience and it was 100% worth it, but beforehand you get to check out their look book online and favorite any dresses you want to try then when I got there she still gave me a change by myself to browse the racks. Then we started trying on; not once did I feel pressured and even when I was conflicted at the end and had to come back another day to try on my final dress. I will forever recommend The White Magnolia and Kiana to all my friends and I cannot wait to come back to pick up my dress 😍

na was an amazing bridal stylist. This was my first time bridal shopping, so she was very helpful and patient in letting me try on a wide range of dresses. The dress that I said “yes” to was actually a wildcard pick from Kiana that I ended up loving! My advice going in would be to trust the bridal stylists; Kiana knew what I wanted better than I even did! I highly recommend TWM for their beautiful selection of gowns and friendly and knowledgeable bridal stylists!!

creating an appointment and getting everyone I wanted to be there with me extremely simple. Baylie was easy-going, supportive, bubbly, and extremely friendly which is exactly what you need when helping find a gown. She made amazing suggestions and found something I wasn't expecting to love and made me feel like the most beautiful woman on earth. It was my first appointment shopping for a dress and my last. I am so grateful for how natural and stress-free they have made this process at White Magnolia.

en I arrived, their sales associates had pre-selected dresses for me to try on, and chose a few they recommended based on my style! They were patient, reassuring, and ultimately helped me find my dream dress and reception dress. They were very communicative about timelines, gave recommendations for alterations, and helped us preserve my dress after the wedding day. I truly had the best experience picking out my dress and cannot recommend them enough!

My stylist Baylie was so considerate, knowledgeable and FUN, she matched energy and made my experience lively and low pressure along with constantly checking in to see how I was feeling. The location itself was stunning, the suite my entourage and I were in felt upscale and bougie and surreal which made us all feel very special. The prep work done beforehand by TWM where they give you surveys and a Bridal Portal where you can favorite specific dresses and look through their whole inventory before even setting foot in the boutique was honestly a game changer for me. I was so anxious that I wouldn't be able to find a dress I loved in my price range but Baylie navigated my tastes with expert ease and put me in enough dresses that I felt satisfied, even after finding The One early into the appointment. I never felt rushed or pressured to love something and the whole process during check out was smooth and easy. Thanks TWM team, you really were a dream come true :)

so thorough in getting to know you and your style before you even walk into the space! I had the pleasure of having Bailey as my stylist, she was so kind and immediately made me feel comfortable as if I was hanging out with a friend. I really loved being able to walk around the store with her, and my family I brought along with me, to browse the dresses. The space is very well organized and they are very transparent about pricing, and make sure to help you stay below your budget. My appointment felt very personal here, and I ended up saying yes to a dress!! Bailey brought out champagne to celebrate and I was given a little bit to hangout, in my dress, and enjoy the moment. They even gave me a little goodie bag before I left which I thought was a sweet touch. I couldn’t recommend this place more for any bride searching for their wedding dress!

ylie who was my bridal assistant. She already had dresses pulled for me from my look book and others she thought aligned with my vision and budget. She truly made me feel so at ease. It came down to 3 dresses that I loved and I said yes to the dress! I never once felt pressured or rushed, something I had experienced at other bridal shops. Baylie gave me so much time and it gave me the opportunity to make a sound decision. She gave us champagne to celebrate and after taking my measurements she let me get back in the dress to FaceTime my sister in law who wasn’t able to be there at the appointment. My family and I left feeling so happy and will remember this day forever! Thank you to TWM and Baylie for making dress shopping so easy and fun!

eone who is not used to being the center of attention - I was so incredibly comfortable in the studio; Khiana made me feel so welcome and just all around comfortable in the environment. I am so excited for my dress to come in! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking!
