BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! After many many disappointing appointments with unfriendly consultants I came into this appointment weary and not excited. That quickly changed when the staff at White Magnolia swept me into their caring arms!! I was blown away by their heart to truly serve me and my dreams and not just rush me through and try to quickly make a sale. Every staff member on the floor that day made an effort to make me feel welcome and taken care of. I could not be more grateful for their hospitality and helpfulness!

This is truly the best experience that I have ever had at any store of any kind, hands down. Haley went above and beyond! She was so patient and kind and she chose the best gowns for me! I had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress at The White Magnolia! My stylist Abby was beyond helpful and made the process very smooth and comfortable. She picked a perfect selection of styles based on our consultation and had great attention to detail based on my reactions to each dress. The whole staff really made me feel special and the experience was so personalized. My family and friends were equally impressed and I could not recommend this boutique enough!

Baylie was amazing!! She texted me far in advanced to add some dress inspo to my mood board and even helped get a dress I was interested in shipped to the Jacksonville location for my appointment. Baylie was so encouraging and personable through the entire experience, she remembered so many details about our wedding through the bride survey I filled out. The shop also gifted me the sweetest bridal items when I first arrived. I appreciate that I never felt pressured to go over my budget and Baylie was always transparent if I was close to it or exceeding. Not to mention, they had everyone with me “shop” for dresses that I could try on, which was a great way for everyone to feel included and get some variety in styles. I had a WONDERFUL experience at The White Magnolia. My consultants name was Abby and from the moment she came in she made me and the rest of my group feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job pulling dresses I loved, and ultimately we found the dress for my reception! We were looking for another dress similar to one I had loved at another store for the ceremony. She did her best, but the store did not carry anything quite like it. She didn’t push me to keep looking when I had my mind made up on the dress from the other store. I feel that this really spoke to her, and the stores, level of professionalism as they did not push making another sale, but instead wanted me to go with what made me the happiest. I am so happy I found my dress here and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Kiana is the best! She was very thorough, thoughtful, patient, intuitive and not only a genuine expert and professional but a kind and delightful person! She helped guide me and my ladies through the process as I looked for the perfect dress for ME and she did it with ease, making the experience enjoyable and successful! I found THE DRESS because I had a variety of styles to help narrow down what looked and felt right for me within my budget and to arrive in time for my wedding later this year. Highly recommended!

Kiana is literally a super star! My usual size is between a 20-22 and she pulled a 14 for me to try on because it was the dress I selected in their look book. Although the dress didn’t close in the back she still managed to get it on me beautifully and I said YES TO THE DRESS!! I had the best experience!! All the ladies at this shop were just phenomenal to work with! Highly recommend shopping for your dress here!!

I came in with family and I was greeted right away. Kiana took us to our own private room and asked a few ice breaking questions. The whole experience was 10/10. Would recommend this establishment to anyone.

From the minute I walked in the door for my appointment Baylie was an immediate ball of FUN! Think Golden Retriever energy! So sweet and kind! Throughout the whole appointment her energy was so strong, she made me feel seen and not just heard! Not once did I feel pushed or forced into anything. Baylie was able to hype me up in the most genuine sense of the word without feeling forced or fake. I have no experience with any of the other girls but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else but Baylie. The White Magnolia is the place to go when your wedding dress shopping. The store is gorgeous and has large rooms with amazing natural light. Also the staff is amazing, Gabi and Kynnady were so helpful and kind. They made the experience so much more enjoyable. I knew I loved a dress I tried on at twice at another store, but did not have the best experience at that other store. The dress clips were not fitted to my body, I felt like they measured me wrong and I ended up not loving the dress that day. Since I was still thinking about the dress, I decided to give it another go at The White Magnolia in Jacksonville. It was everything I wanted and loved about it again, I ultimately said yes to my dream dress and it wouldn't of happened without the White Magnolia Team in Jacksonville.

The space is gorgeous and every person I interacted with was the sweetest and so genuinely helpful and excited for me! I worked with Kiana and she was so amazing!! She made me feel so beautiful but most importantly comfortable while trying on dress after dress. The White Magnolia is with out of doubt the best experience to find your dream wedding dress! I have been with many many friends dress shopping and no other experience had even compared. From the moment I met Kiana she made sure my experience was nothing short of perfect, but even besides that everyone working there could not have been more kind and making the experience even better. I had the VIP experience and it was 100% worth it, but beforehand you get to check out their look book online and favorite any dresses you want to try then when I got there she still gave me a change by myself to browse the racks. Then we started trying on; not once did I feel pressured and even when I was conflicted at the end and had to come back another day to try on my final dress. I will forever recommend The White Magnolia and Kiana to all my friends and I cannot wait to come back to pick up my dress 😍

Dress shopping at The White Magnolia was a dream! From the personalized name boards to being able to look through and pick out dresses myself, the experience felt very special. Kiana was an amazing bridal stylist. This was my first time bridal shopping, so she was very helpful and patient in letting me try on a wide range of dresses. The dress that I said “yes” to was actually a wildcard pick from Kiana that I ended up loving! My advice going in would be to trust the bridal stylists; Kiana knew what I wanted better than I even did! I highly recommend TWM for their beautiful selection of gowns and friendly and knowledgeable bridal stylists!!

Wedding dress shopping can be kind of daunting with all the appointment making, phone calls to the boutique, wedding quizzes, confirming appointments, etc. The White Magnolia made creating an appointment and getting everyone I wanted to be there with me extremely simple. Baylie was easy-going, supportive, bubbly, and extremely friendly which is exactly what you need when helping find a gown. She made amazing suggestions and found something I wasn't expecting to love and made me feel like the most beautiful woman on earth. It was my first appointment shopping for a dress and my last. I am so grateful for how natural and stress-free they have made this process at White Magnolia.

I cannot say enough great things about the White Magnolia Jacksonville! I completed a survey before even stepping foot in the doors, so they knew exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived, their sales associates had pre-selected dresses for me to try on, and chose a few they recommended based on my style! They were patient, reassuring, and ultimately helped me find my dream dress and reception dress. They were very communicative about timelines, gave recommendations for alterations, and helped us preserve my dress after the wedding day. I truly had the best experience picking out my dress and cannot recommend them enough!

Just went to TWM Jacksonville in late December and it was a dream come true. I went to two bridal boutiques before this one and while those experiences were nice this one absolutely takes the cake. My stylist Baylie was so considerate, knowledgeable and FUN, she matched energy and made my experience lively and low pressure along with constantly checking in to see how I was feeling. The location itself was stunning, the suite my entourage and I were in felt upscale and bougie and surreal which made us all feel very special. The prep work done beforehand by TWM where they give you surveys and a Bridal Portal where you can favorite specific dresses and look through their whole inventory before even setting foot in the boutique was honestly a game changer for me. I was so anxious that I wouldn't be able to find a dress I loved in my price range but Baylie navigated my tastes with expert ease and put me in enough dresses that I felt satisfied, even after finding The One early into the appointment. I never felt rushed or pressured to love something and the whole process during check out was smooth and easy. Thanks TWM team, you really were a dream come true :)

I cannot say enough good things about my time here at White Magnolia in Jacksonville! From the beginning my experience was great, booking your appointment is a breeze and they are so thorough in getting to know you and your style before you even walk into the space! I had the pleasure of having Bailey as my stylist, she was so kind and immediately made me feel comfortable as if I was hanging out with a friend. I really loved being able to walk around the store with her, and my family I brought along with me, to browse the dresses. The space is very well organized and they are very transparent about pricing, and make sure to help you stay below your budget. My appointment felt very personal here, and I ended up saying yes to a dress!! Bailey brought out champagne to celebrate and I was given a little bit to hangout, in my dress, and enjoy the moment. They even gave me a little goodie bag before I left which I thought was a sweet touch. I couldn’t recommend this place more for any bride searching for their wedding dress!

There are not enough words to adequately convey my incredible experience working with The White Magnolia Bridal Collection team at their Jacksonville location. Baylie and Gabi were knowledgeable, accommodating, and incredibly personable. The true highlight, however, was the fact that this was only my second time entering a bridal gown boutique - I arrived with the sole intention of browsing, given that I had made the appointment the day prior and was visiting from out of town. I think the fact that I walked out of The White Magnolia with a receipt and a dress delivery date tells you everything you need to know and speaks volumes about the level of professionalism and attentiveness with which the team operates. Baylie and Gabi's patience is worth an accolade in itself but most importantly, they really listened to what I wanted and helped me to curate a vision better than I could have imagined. If you’re newly engaged, and don’t know when to start this place is a MUST. I had no idea where to even begin with dress shopping! The White Magnolia was the first thing that popped up when searching for a dress shop near me with styles that I was interested in. From what I could see they had a great variety of styles to choose from. I quickly emailed them, and the professionalism and amazing customer service started there. Through email alone I was greeted with exceptional communication that was responsive and attentive. Even just through email I was asked about inspiration, and making a bride profile to better understand my wants and needs which was a huge weight off my shoulders because they truly helped me narrow down what I was looking for. The day I came to the bridal shop for my appointment all the staff were wonderful, Kiana at this location took care of my family and I which I’m so glad she did because her personality and work ethic made the day amazing. I was able to quickly make my decision because she had pulled dresses that were curated for me through the information that was given from the get go. I couldn’t believe the dresses that were perfectly curated for me that were picked out for me to try. I felt heard, satisfied, and so happy all because of this experience at the White Magnolia.

I loved my experience of finding my dress. I had recently moved to FL so my mom and sisters and friends from home couldn't join, and they were so nice and allowed me to bring my laptop to set up a video call with my mom and sisters. We ended up finding the perfect dress, and the ordering and pick up process was easy and fun. They also helped me find a veil that I had tried on in the store with the dress but didn't buy that day and it was hard to track down at first, but they communicated with me a lot over email until we finally found it! Their online portal was very helpful for creating my wedding dress vision. The boutique itself is gorgeous and the private rooms made it an intimate experience for me and my friends and family. Emily came prepared with an understanding of my venue and remembered the dresses that I had favorited in the portal. She asked me lots of questions during the process about what I liked or didn’t like about a particular dress and was able to bring me more options that aligned with my responses. She was extremely patient when I felt indecisive and made sure that I was making the best decision for myself, regardless of the opinions of others. I’m so happy to say that I found my dress and this was the only boutique that I went to!

First off I just want to say if you are looking for a place to buy your wedding dress, The White Magnolia in Jacksonville is the place to go! I traveled two hours to get there and was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with warmth and professionalism and my stylist Kiana was nothing less. She went above and beyond to make my experience the best and got a feel for what I liked right off the bat. She also made my party feel just as important and included them in every step. I could not envision a more perfect dress for me and the Toni Federico Goddess veil she picked out to go with it was the icing on the cake so to speak. I would give them 10 stars if possible!

Wow! I had the best experience at The White Magnolia! I was dress shopping for the first time by myself so I was a little nervous but my stylist, Kiana (who was amazing!) made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The shop is so beautiful and welcoming. The staff is so friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. And can't forget the assortment of stunning gowns! You'll be sure to find what you are looking for at TWM.

The White Magnolia team in Jacksonville is UNMATCHED!! I went to several other bridal boutiques in the area and none matched the customer service and knowledge of this crew. Baylie was my dress coordinator for the day and she continued to check in with me the few days / weeks following my original appointment and offered great suggestions to help me find the right dress to meet my expectations and budget! She even let me come in one Sunday for a short appointment by myself to try the dress on for another time by myself to be sure it’s what I wanted and ended up changing my dress to one that I found that day that met all of my ”wants”. While this is a little pricey what you get in exchange for that is confidence and trust in the team ordering your dress and handling the ins and outs and a personal assistant to guide you through the ENTIRE process… from first day trying on dresses to the final fitting! I would highly recommend. If you are going other places go here LAST so you aren’t disappointed so much in the other bridal shops!!

I loved working with Emma and I had such a great experience to find my dress! I was discouraged before going in there that I may not find one that I LOVED. But they helped me try on so many styles and allowed me to look and pick out dresses myself. Looking at the gowns the store had and picking the ones I loved before my appointment really helped me narrow down the look I wanted. I would recommend this store to any new bride!

The White Magnolia is an absolute gem and I could not have asked for a better business and their team to make me feel special and more welcome, especially given the fact I had two appointments because they have so many beautiful gowns to offer and they are so knowledgeable and will point things out to consider that I never would’ve thought of because they truly want what’s best for their customers. They go out of their way to assist you and make the most of your appointments by reaching out to you personally before and after your appointments in an effort to ensure they can help assist and guide the bride to be to the fullest extent. A few of my closest friends’ wedding dresses were from TWM and I had the honor of going to their appointments over the past 9 years. When I saw the way TWM took care of my friends and how special they make the shopping experience for each bride, I knew TWM was my first choice for wedding dress shopping. I was blown away by all the efforts they made to make me feel special. Those efforts continue even after you’ve purchased your gown as they also provide you with extremely helpful information such as the next steps to take post-purchase including their top recommended seamstresses in your local area, and so much more. I am extremely picky when it comes to dresses and also had 4 months before my wedding date when I was dress shopping. They take all of your personal plans and details of your big day into consideration in the process of planning your appointments to make the most of your experience. I cannot recommend The White Magnolia enough.

This was the most amazing experience! First I went to the Sip & See event which was amazing! They save your choice of dresses on your account and offer free champagne and snacks. When I saw a dress very similar to the one I said yes to that was only there for a small amount of time, they were very accommodating in setting me up with an appointment. For my actual appointment, we were treated so well! We had the entire boutique for ourselves, and my stylist, Bailey, was amazing in every way! She allowed me to try on as many dress as I wanted and made amazing recommendations, which led to my dream dress! 10/10 would recommend
