I looked at a few places before here and was a bit dishearted by the process, but White Magnolia's was everything you could ever want and more for picking out your perfect dress! The ladies listened to my input and brought me the most stunning gowns to try on, and I seriously don't think they make a bad dress! They made what can sometimes be awkward into such a fun experience that I truly felt beautiful and listened to throughout the experience. Wedding dress shopping is stressful given it's a big decision, but at White Magnolia, all the worries melted away and I ultimately ended up with a gown better than anything I could have imagined! I could continue writing about this special experience all day but I think you all get the gist! If you want to not only find the most stunning gown but also have a day-to-remember experience, go to White Magnolias, you won't regret it!

I (respectfully) cancelled the ones after because The White Magnolia was it for me!

I traveled from out of town to visit this shop specifically, and trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed. I was with Maegan, and she did a wonderful job of picking out styles that fit exactly what I was looking for. She gave great advice, and I never felt pressure or overwhelmed during my time with her. I ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on! The white magnolia even accommodated me by allowing me extra time to think and process before making such a big decision. Overall it was such an amazing experience and I 100% recommend it to any brides!!!

Alayna was a dream to work with and I am so eager and excited to see her again when I pick up my dress!

They didn’t have the dress but they were able to ship it in from another store of theirs for me to try, and they truly made the process so easy. If you’re looking for a laid back experience with bridal consultants who really listen to your vision this is the place to go!

the first appointment of the weekend and was such a great experience. Stylist Rachel Greenwood was patient and positive as I worked through each style and narrowed down my preferences. She even matched my quick speed of changing in and out of dresses to fit as many in as possible. There was no pressure to purchase and I felt confident that the choice was all mine. I left pretty confident that I knew which dress I wanted and despite having no open appointments the rest of the weekend, Rachel and TWM fit me in to try the dress on again and finally purchase. All in all such a great experience for a first time bride and I am forever grateful that it was my first stop that weekend.

I can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the entire dress shopping experience. The fitting suites are beautiful with plenty of space to spread out and there is comfortable seating for multiple guests. Everyone working in the shop was very helpful and professional. We worked with Meagan and she was the best! The whole process from scheduling the appointment to sharing a pinterest board/dress ideas, trying on gowns, reviewing the contract, and finalizing the purchase was easy and very professional. Highly recommend!

u have the whole place to yourself. Stylists are helpful and welcoming. The not so good: I went in for a second try in appointment. They had a 10% off sale going on, nobody told me, I had to ask. Their communication when you are outside of the store is not very good. No matter if you email or call, half the time I didn’t get a response. When I did order my dress over the phone, I was told I would be called by a manager in 3-5 days to place the veil order because the veil promotion had to be done under the manager. She never called. Turns out the message was never passed along and I would have missed the promotion. Then, I asked to speak to her over the phone and the manager never called. I’m very worried that something will be wrong with my dress. Most of the negative stuff came after I placed the order and paid.

Thankfully, the White Magnolia had a few dresses that were "almost perfect", so they simply asked the designer to combine two dresses (with a few extra tweaks) to create the dress of my daughter's dreams. Essentially, she got a "custom-designed" couture wedding dress for an off-the-rack price! And though our search was laser-focused, they have a large variety of dresses of every kind from which to choose. From the setting (beautiful decor and large, private dressing suites) to the customer service (Carolina could not have been more gracious and helpful), this place is top-notch. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.

re’s one available during the time you’re dress shopping…. GO TO THE SIP & SEE! It was so nice to be able to see the dresses up close and choose the ones you liked, or in my case…. LOVED! I chose about 20 dresses! I was able to meet Meagan in person and walk around the shop with her as she wrote down every style of dress I chose for my appointment that following Saturday. I am happy to say, I SAID YES TO MY DRESS! Meagan felt like family and my parents had nothing but great things to say about her and her professionalism!! She made it so easy! ❤️

n Nebraska, I was having a hard time committing as each dress (although beautiful) was missing something and I couldn’t pinpoint what. As a result, when we went for a weekend of wedding planning in Nashville, I figured why not see if any dress shop in Nashville had available appointments? Maybe they had a different selection! I had no realistic belief that I would actually buy a dress being from out of town! Carolina (the manager) managed to get me in for an appointment with 48 hours notice. More importantly, she actually read my appointment request (which probably said something like “uh…I found dresses I really like, but can’t figure out why they aren’t the ‘one’”… very articulate) and immediately texted me to ask me to send her pictures of my top contenders and my hesitations about each one in order to make sure she had a selection that would not waste my time. From our texts, she curated a beautiful selection of dresses that were spot-on in the realm of what I liked! At our appointment, she gave amazingly helpful tips in narrowing which dresses were dresses we wanted to revisit at the end of the appointment and which should be knocked out right away. She blended the perfect combination of being supportive and soothing, but also realistic and serious about the dresses in order to guide me (a master in indecision) to making choices and actually figuring out what I wanted. At the end of it all, I left the shop with 2 dresses in mind, and booked a follow-up appointment to come back two days later before I flew out. When I threw her a curveball an hour before the appointment to ask if I could revisit one dress that we had earlier tried on, but had not made the “top 2” cut, she responded immediately with affirmation and supportive words – she never made me feel like a burden! By that afternoon, I had settled on that 3rd dress (a dress she had pulled for me at our first appointment that I may have never picked out on my own) and left the shop with a receipt in hand (as well as some congratulations goodies!) and gratitude that Carolina carefully and respectfully guided me toward a dress that I am extremely excited about. As an aside, the White Magnolia-Nashville location is truly a pristine and beautiful little shop – I wish that I could borrow the interior decorator for my own home! Thank you to Carolina for easing my worries and helping me finally find my dress!
