The White Marlin & Oysterette is a fine dining restaurant overlooking St. Joseph’s Bay in Port St. Joe, a small town on Florida’s Forgotten Coast, where we source most of our ingredients locally.
For weddings, the setting does most of the work. Couples can host the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing in one place, with a bay view deck, a pavered patio, and beachside dining with fire pits. Our outdoor spaces host up to 150 guests. With the indoor dining spaces added, the number grows to 220, and with the entire property and a custom layout, up to 300.
Because we are a working restaurant, the kitchen, the bar, and the service team are already in place. We welcome all couples and are glad to work alongside your wedding planner.
