s was the first place I went to start my journey finding the perfect wedding dress, and I feel so lucky to have started the whole experience here - it really set a high standard! TWR was so responsive to questions and flexible with us. Everyone involved seemed so genuinely interested in my wedding and helping me find the dress of my dreams, which I did! Valentina did an incredible job with the alterations, it felt as though the dress was truly made just for me. I would highly recommend TWR (and have been to everyone I know already)!

I was fortunate enough to work with Carmen, the owner of TWR, and she could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, and warm! Her and TWR both have the BEST energy (and dress selection)! She also was not pushy at all - I truly felt like she was just excited for me to find a dress I loved. After one more dress shopping stop later that day, Carmen was so accommodating to let us come back later that afternoon for a final appointment to say yes to the one (which by the way is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen!). It honestly felt like coming back to celebrate with friends! As an out of state bride, before my shopping experience I was planning to do alterations at home, but after my experience at TWR I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle the next steps! ses can get pretty expensive, but there are options available for most budgets! If you aren't sure, you can always call and ask if they have any trunk shows coming through or if they are trying to empty out any inventory. The space is a little hard to find in the building but once you're there you won't regret going! These lovely women are really just there to help you find your dream dress. They aren't going to pressure any sales on you. It is all about YOU. They really know how to make a bride feel like one in a million <3

got married a couple weeks before me and highly recommended the White Room while we were taking our engagement photos. I almost didn’t make an appointment because I was set on an A line and most of what I could find online was fit and flare, but I made the appointment anyways. Then I almost canceled my appointment because I didn't want to overwhelm myself with multiple appointments. Thankfully I didn’t!! I had the absolute BEST experience at the White Room. I worked with Pegeen, who was a dream. She was so helpful, honest, and a true hype girl. I not only found my dream wedding dress I also had the best experience each time I walked into their shop. I looked forward to my say yes to the dress appointment and fittings because their team was so fun to be around. I also got my veil at the White Room and a belt to really put the whole look together, it was all Pegeen’s idea and I fell in love instantly. The team’s in-house seamstress was also amazing. She made my dress fit like a glove, it was so comfortable and perfect I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night on my wedding day. Moral of the story: don't let social media influence where you schedule your wedding dress appointments and schedule an appointment at the White Room ASAP. I highly recommend wedding dress shopping there! I enjoyed every second and miss seeing the team.

was hoping to include my mother in law in the dress process while I was in town so we made an appointment just to see what they had. I described my budget and what I envisioned for myself and my stylist was absolutely incredible. She pulled a few dresses for me and I pulled a few for myself and it was within 15 minutes that I had the dress of my dreams. The stylist actually had a very similar style to me (and actually chose the same designer for her own wedding dress) so it was so easy to talk with her about my wants and my vision for that special day. Because I live in NYC, the White Room shipped my dress to me (for a small fee) and were extremely communicative during the whole process. Would 100% recommend

It had plenty of room and seating for my party and I to get comfortable. I was BLESSED to have been paired with Carmen for my appointment. She was so attentive to my needs, what I was looking for and fitting every dress to me personally. Not once in my visit did I feel pressured into making a choice or like I wasn't being heard. The dresses, veils and jewelry on hand come in a variety of styles, color and price point. They even went above and beyond by recommending me to a dry cleaners and other local vendors for my other needs. I will definitely be recommending The White Room to all future brides and cannot wait to continue supporting this amazing bridal shop.

I felt very safe being there during Covid. While my friend got her dress elsewhere, the other bride there at the same time (in a separate room and we arrived at different times to avoid picking dresses at the same time) said yes to her dress!

Even though I thought I knew what I wanted I end up needing to try on different styles to really know. The White room was great at really listening to me but also pushing me a little to try things I wasn’t initially sure on. Secondly, Carmen, the owner of The White Room is amazing! She is often out on the floor helping brides or there to check you in when you arrive. Her genuine bubbly and spunky personality makes you feel like she’s a life long friend helping you out! Her and her teams level of service is superior and comforting. During my bridal appointment my sister snagged her veil (my something borrowed) on the zipper of the garment bag as she was taking it out for me to try on. Carmen took a quick look, told us not to worry and that she would mend it herself. Weddings can be wonderful but also stressful at times, The White Room will put you at ease during the entire dress process. You are sure to leave feeling beautiful, excited, and relieved to be in great hands.

knew it was “the one.” They recommended a wildflower veil to go with my dress, and I loved the design so much, I used the wildflower pattern for my invitations and cake. On my wedding day, the dress looked gorgeous against the backdrop of the lake and the jagged shoreline. I received so many compliments on my dress and veil. The entire team at The White Room was so attentive and positive. As their client, you feel like you are a member of their family. Wedding planning in a pandemic is a rollercoaster, but every time I talked to them on the phone or went in for a dress fitting, I ended up with the biggest smile on my face. I couldn’t recommend The White Room more highly for the amazing customer service and the most memorable dress and a veil a bride could ask for.

I think I could have been happy in every single dress in the shop - it was just a matter of finding MY dress... and this didn't take long at all! Pegine (sp?) was the absolute best! She allowed me to look at the dresses before asserting her opinion, and she helped direct me to dresses in my budget.The first dress I tried was THE dress, and she thought so, too! Through the fittings, everyone I worked with was so wonderful and personable. They really got to know me and made me feel beautiful inside and out! Carmen did AMAZING work on my veil... attaching the tulle from my mom's veil to my grandmother's bridal cap! It was SO special. I loved working with the White Room!

It was made just for me, fairly priced, and can't be found anywhere else in Minnesota. Every time I went into the shop for a fitting, after hugs and champagne, a gander through the gowns was an exercise in FOMO. but as soon as I started talking with Carmen all my nerves disappeared. She made me feel so comfortable and the whole process was a joy. They did an amazing job altering my dress, it fit like a glove!! They also altered my mom's wedding dress so I could wear it to my rehearsal dinner and the transformation was amazing. They turned an old school 70s dress into and a cute high low cut dress. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

rying on several different dresses, I realized I wasn't going to find the quality and craftsmanship I was hoping for for such a special occasion. I began my search around a few of Mpls' bridal shops that had been recommended to me by girlfriends. My experiences at these shops were fine, but they didn't feel special and the services received often felt lacking and impersonal. It wasn't until I stopped into the White Room that i felt like I finally found the "right" boutique for the vibe I was going for. I was immediately greeted by Pegeen and the shop's owner, Carmen. My bridesmaids and I were welcomed with sparkling wine and easy conversation as we began our search. I never felt pressured to find the perfect dress that day, and Pegeen and Carmen were more than helpful in offering dress selections and styling suggestions to help my vision become a reality. I found so many lovely dresses that I didn't purchase anything on my first trip, I just couldn't. I waited a couple months before coming back to try on my favorite pieces again, and the girls were more than patient and just as welcoming as before- if not more so. I was able to land on the PERFECT dress for my vision, and truly look forward to going back to the shop for fittings, and to hang out with Carmen and Pegeen and to feel beautiful. Seriously, if you're looking for top quality service and want a unique dress that will make you look like a sartorial wedding beauty, GO HERE. *I didn't purchase any accessories (yet!), but their selection is very uniquely curated as well, not to mention gorgeous.

I not unlike most brides was looking for the “experience” when shopping for my dress. As the day went on, I became discouraged. I wasn’t feeling special, I didn’t have that dress that made me cry and at one point it became so overwhelming, I wanted to stop. TWR was our last stop of the day. The boutique is intimate and unique with a very cool vibe. We were greeted at the door by Carmen, a sweet, funny and energetic soul (who I later found out was the owner). She got my guests and I situated and brought us sparking wine. She was so helpful on how to begin looking for a dress, understanding what I was looking for and then allowing me to look through the beautiful and one of a kind dresses. I had never seen such gorgeous dresses, except in the bridal couture magazines. I found my dream dress that I have always imagined. There are so many stresses in planning a wedding. This is the ONE recommendation I would have for the bride-to-be. TWR will handle the fittings in house and answer any questions on alterations.

I walked in on a random Saturday (without an appt. - I know now walk-ins are hard to accommodate so always make an appt. if possible :) ) and they graciously let me browse the racks and even try a handful of dresses. I had just come from a rather "pushy and assertive" bridal appt. from another high-end boutique in Minneapolis, which was a HUGE turn off and I left not wanting to purchase from them as a business as a whole. My experience at the White Room was completely different. Pegeen was the sweetest and most thoughtful stylist I could ask for. She was patient and never gave me pushy salesmen vibes - she cared about my experience as a whole, not about selling me a dress. , Anne and Roxanne are incredible people and truly care about their brides, their inventory, company and just love life. They are always happy and giving you hugs . When I finally left with my dress we even shared a few tears. It actually took me a bit to leave too as I felt like part of their culture there! Their new location is also beautiful and really fits their style. If you are looking for a great, elegant dress in a warm and quite environment- this is the place to go! ne of the owners, and her professionalism and expertise was above the level of any other shop I've been to. Although the dress selection was unique and wonderful, I ended up finding my dress at another place. And if I didn't live in another state, I'd definitely be using Carmen for my alterations, which she gracefully offered her services for once we followed up with each other.
