I had the best experience at The White Room! Jillian was my bridal consultant and she made the experience so much fun! They have an amazing selection of dresses ranging from super unique to timeless and classy. I also used their in-house alterations which turned out perfectly. The seamstress nailed it on the very first try! I highly recommend The White Room to all brides!

Went to four different wedding dress shops in three different cities looking for my dress and was so lucky to find The White Room! Their dress selection was great - so many amazing designers and options for someone looking for a more non-traditional dress that still felt timeless. Found a dress that I loved and the ordering/tailoring process was very smooth. Carmen and the team were so lovely to work with! Cannot recommend them enough!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the white room! My consultant Nikki was awesome at helping me find my perfect dress in a low pressure way. I also appreciated that the dress prices were clearly labeled and they didn't bring in dresses above my price point(not the case at other places I went). The in house alterations were also great. A great experience overall!

Not only does The White Room have a gorgeous and unique selection of wedding dresses, but everyone (especially Pegeen and Carmen) made me feel so beautiful, excited, and helped me find the dress of my dreams! From the selection to the service, the white room provided a wedding dress shopping experience that was better than I could have ever imagined! (As a lifetime watcher of say yes to the dress, that is saying a lot!) If you are shopping in MN - you HAVE TO come here!! I was fortunate enough to work with Carmen, the owner of TWR, and she could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, and warm! Her and TWR both have the BEST energy (and dress selection)! She quickly picked up on exactly what my vision was, provided the perfect amount of guidance, and was a master of using clips to make the dresses fit so well (which was not always the case at other places and made a huge difference). She also was not pushy at all - I truly felt like she was just excited for me to find a dress I loved. After one more dress shopping stop later that day, Carmen was so accommodating to let us come back later that afternoon for a final appointment to say yes to the one (which by the way is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen!). It honestly felt like coming back to celebrate with friends! As an out of state bride, before my shopping experience I was planning to do alterations at home, but after my experience at TWR I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle the next steps! The staff here is incredible! I loved each experience I had walking into the store. They always knew who I was walking in and greeted me so warmly and are just so so friendly! Dresses can get pretty expensive, but there are options available for most budgets! If you aren't sure, you can always call and ask if they have any trunk shows coming through or if they are trying to empty out any inventory. The space is a little hard to find in the building but once you're there you won't regret going! These lovely women are really just there to help you find your dream dress. They aren't going to pressure any sales on you. It is all about YOU. They really know how to make a bride feel like one in a million <3

WOW!!! absolutely stunning gowns, and radiant loving fun staff. Peggy, Jo, & everyone else I had forgotten are truly the best. I had no idea what I wanted, and the options they have are endless! They helped me find my dream dress and took it every step of the way until the big day. Alterations were done in house and executed perfectly. They are kind, communicative and truly make you feel like the most important bride in the world. I cannot imagine getting my dress anywhere else.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at the White Room! I had the best experience every step of the way! A little background I think is ironic -- my photographer got married a couple weeks before me and highly recommended the White Room while we were taking our engagement photos. I almost didn’t make an appointment because I was set on an A line and most of what I could find online was fit and flare, but I made the appointment anyways. Then I almost canceled my appointment because I didn't want to overwhelm myself with multiple appointments. Thankfully I didn’t!! I had the absolute BEST experience at the White Room. I worked with Pegeen, who was a dream. She was so helpful, honest, and a true hype girl. I not only found my dream wedding dress I also had the best experience each time I walked into their shop. I looked forward to my say yes to the dress appointment and fittings because their team was so fun to be around. I also got my veil at the White Room and a belt to really put the whole look together, it was all Pegeen’s idea and I fell in love instantly. The team’s in-house seamstress was also amazing. She made my dress fit like a glove, it was so comfortable and perfect I didn’t want to take it off at the end of the night on my wedding day. Moral of the story: don't let social media influence where you schedule your wedding dress appointments and schedule an appointment at the White Room ASAP. I highly recommend wedding dress shopping there! I enjoyed every second and miss seeing the team.

The White Room is hands down my favorite bridal salon ever but especially here in the Twin Cities. Carmen was sooo amazing to work with as she helped from the get go of what I was looking for and my vision and made it happen. Ever appointment I had I was so excited to be there with Carmen and her team as it felt like a family. So thankful for the experience and finding my dress there. Will definitely return down the road for my vow renewal dress.

I had the best experience at the White Room. To be completely honest, I booked an appointment just to go through the motions, 100% not expecting to find my dress. I live in NYC and was hoping to include my mother in law in the dress process while I was in town so we made an appointment just to see what they had. I described my budget and what I envisioned for myself and my stylist was absolutely incredible. She pulled a few dresses for me and I pulled a few for myself and it was within 15 minutes that I had the dress of my dreams. The stylist actually had a very similar style to me (and actually chose the same designer for her own wedding dress) so it was so easy to talk with her about my wants and my vision for that special day. Because I live in NYC, the White Room shipped my dress to me (for a small fee) and were extremely communicative during the whole process. Would 100% recommend

It was very important that my bridal gown fit my personality and I cannot say enough amazing things about The White Room. Their dresses are so unique, beautiful, bridal, and it felt like the dress was made just for me. Everyone at The White Room was so kind, attentive, skilled, and excited - it felt like I was shopping with longtime friends. Also, I cannot say enough amazing things about Pegeen! She worked her magic, scheduled a trunk show so I could try on (and say YES to) my dream dress, and was by my side for every appointment, to ensure everything was perfect (which it was)! I bought my dress from The White Room over a year ago and finally wore it for my mini Covid wedding last month, and I cannot recommend them enough. By far, the #1 compliment I received that day was on my dress. Not only are the employees and tailors extremely kind and thoughtful, their dress selection is simply stunning. My taste is fairly minimalist (this is an understatement) so I was really nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a wedding dress that felt like "me." I ended up buying the first dress I reached for (after they patiently let me try on 10 more) because it felt so right. If you are looking for something modern, minimalist, but still breathtaking you should check them out!

As a bride, one of the most intimidating choices you make is on a wedding dress. Walking into The White Room I literally felt as though the anxiety, fear and stress was taken off my shoulders. The space itself is literally a breathe of fresh air. The place has amazing natural light, a beautiful openness and is extremely well maintained. The room I was given was just gorgeous. It had plenty of room and seating for my party and I to get comfortable. I was BLESSED to have been paired with Carmen for my appointment. She was so attentive to my needs, what I was looking for and fitting every dress to me personally. Not once in my visit did I feel pressured into making a choice or like I wasn't being heard. The dresses, veils and jewelry on hand come in a variety of styles, color and price point. They even went above and beyond by recommending me to a dry cleaners and other local vendors for my other needs. I will definitely be recommending The White Room to all future brides and cannot wait to continue supporting this amazing bridal shop.

The girls at The White Room are the most genuine group who truly take into account WHO the bride is and what she wants. They are incredibly professional, passionate about their craft and the most CHIC group of women I have ever met. ALL of their gowns I would have walked out of the salon with. They helped me find my gown with one try! I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal salon to ANY and EVERYONE looking for a bridal gown.

The kindest and most professional bridal boutique i went to. Not only is Carmen great at her job, she is going to make your day so much fun. I am so happy to have found my dress at the white room. Nicki was an amazing consultant during my friends appointment! We truly had a blast. She let the bride pull dresses, and she also pulled a few based on what the bride said she wanted; Nicki really did a great job listening. Prices ranged from $1,900 to $2,700 for the dresses the bride tried, and Nicki was wonderful at answering questions about alterations cost and time. I felt very safe being there during Covid. While my friend got her dress elsewhere, the other bride there at the same time (in a separate room and we arrived at different times to avoid picking dresses at the same time) said yes to her dress!

i have never been so impressed with professionalism. from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave they are making sure you are comfortable, heard, and having fun!! pegeen helped me find my dress and did a fantastic job! i felt like I was trying on dresses with a best friend and can’t wait go back! i love this place and the experience is something I’ll never forget!

Highly recommend the White Room. It is utterly impossible to meet Carmen and not have a wonderful experience at The White Room. First off The White Room has an incredible mix of designers that cover a wide range of styles. I found some of the other bridal shops lean into one style more than another, I.g. Boho or modern. Even though I thought I knew what I wanted I end up needing to try on different styles to really know. The White room was great at really listening to me but also pushing me a little to try things I wasn’t initially sure on. Secondly, Carmen, the owner of The White Room is amazing! She is often out on the floor helping brides or there to check you in when you arrive. Her genuine bubbly and spunky personality makes you feel like she’s a life long friend helping you out! Her and her teams level of service is superior and comforting. During my bridal appointment my sister snagged her veil (my something borrowed) on the zipper of the garment bag as she was taking it out for me to try on. Carmen took a quick look, told us not to worry and that she would mend it herself. Weddings can be wonderful but also stressful at times, The White Room will put you at ease during the entire dress process. You are sure to leave feeling beautiful, excited, and relieved to be in great hands.

The White Room made my wedding dress dreams come true. I knew I wanted a timeless and modern dress for our Lake Superior beach wedding. The moment I tried on my Sarah Seven dress I knew it was “the one.” They recommended a wildflower veil to go with my dress, and I loved the design so much, I used the wildflower pattern for my invitations and cake. On my wedding day, the dress looked gorgeous against the backdrop of the lake and the jagged shoreline. I received so many compliments on my dress and veil. The entire team at The White Room was so attentive and positive. As their client, you feel like you are a member of their family. Wedding planning in a pandemic is a rollercoaster, but every time I talked to them on the phone or went in for a dress fitting, I ended up with the biggest smile on my face. I couldn’t recommend The White Room more highly for the amazing customer service and the most memorable dress and a veil a bride could ask for.

I had such a great experience working with The White Room! I visited from Chicago to go dress shopping with my sister who lives in Minneapolis. The whole process was easy, and I appreciated their prompt and clear communication. They did a great job of explaining steps and timelines I needed to be aware of. Their space is so beautiful! My sister and I had a great time shopping with Nikki, who understood my vision and provided excellent suggestions and advice. I loved their selection of unique dresses and appreciated their inclusion of local designers and dresses for all sizes. I ended up purchasing the most beautiful Vegan gown by Irish designer Edwina Arya- I didn't know cruelty-free bridal fashion was a thing! I honestly didn't end up shopping anywhere else... I had planned to, but the experience and dress were perfect so why bother? And to top it off, my dress came in earlier than anticipated, even during the global COVID pandemic. I did not get my dress at The White Room, but had such a great experience! It is a very cute boutique and the owner, Carmen, is super sweet and helpful! I thought there was great selection and there were private rooms which made for a great experience with my group. The lighting in the rooms were dark, but once I found my favorite dress, I went out where there was better lighting to stand on a pedestal. I’d highly recommend this bridal salon.

I loved working with The White Room from start to finish! When I first made an appointment, I didn't think I would be able to find anything within my budget. Once I walked in, I instantly had a feeling that I would find my dress there. The space was so hip, fun, and light and most importantly not overwhelming. I think I could have been happy in every single dress in the shop - it was just a matter of finding MY dress... and this didn't take long at all! Pegine (sp?) was the absolute best! She allowed me to look at the dresses before asserting her opinion, and she helped direct me to dresses in my budget.The first dress I tried was THE dress, and she thought so, too! Through the fittings, everyone I worked with was so wonderful and personable. They really got to know me and made me feel beautiful inside and out! Carmen did AMAZING work on my veil... attaching the tulle from my mom's veil to my grandmother's bridal cap! It was SO special. I loved working with the White Room!

Carmen and the entire crew at TWR-- OMG!! All the platitudes in the world wouldn't be enough to capture my love for these people. You will never find a more varied and luxurious collection of bridal outfits in MPLS... but more importantly-- I felt SO welcome and glamorous. I found an incredibly unique look from The Law. It was made just for me, fairly priced, and can't be found anywhere else in Minnesota. Every time I went into the shop for a fitting, after hugs and champagne, a gander through the gowns was an exercise in FOMO. I cannot say enough about The White Room and the girls who work there! From the beginning, trying on dresses, until my last fitting, The White Room made me feel like a princess. They treated my made of honor and I just like old friends! The dresses are beautiful and one of a kind; The White Room was the first and only boutique I went to and I was sold! I had my alterations done through The White Room as well and they did a beautiful job; my dress had to be altered quite a bit and the finished product was perfect. This past weekend we went to a few different bridal shops in the Twin Cities and afterwards my group unanimously agreed that The White Room was the best experience we had - hands down. Carmen and her team are amazing! I came to them with a sample dress that was a bit small and needed a lot of work. I was super nervous about all the changes that needed to be made but as soon as I started talking with Carmen all my nerves disappeared. She made me feel so comfortable and the whole process was a joy. They did an amazing job altering my dress, it fit like a glove!! They also altered my mom's wedding dress so I could wear it to my rehearsal dinner and the transformation was amazing. They turned an old school 70s dress into and a cute high low cut dress. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about the white room and Carmen. She’s fabulous, the shop is fabulous, the garments are FABULOUS. Every other shop I went to I felt so much pressure and it really turned me off. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured here and solidified my choice. At an extremely stressful time, I appreciate every time someone makes my life easier and they SO did that. Can’t wait to work with them throughout this process and recommend them to friends in years to come.

HANDS-DOWN BEST BRIDAL SHOP IN MPLS. So, I'm planning a very small wedding in Mexico this winter and had originally planned on purchasing an inexpensive gown <$1k online. After trying on several different dresses, I realized I wasn't going to find the quality and craftsmanship I was hoping for for such a special occasion. I began my search around a few of Mpls' bridal shops that had been recommended to me by girlfriends. My experiences at these shops were fine, but they didn't feel special and the services received often felt lacking and impersonal. It wasn't until I stopped into the White Room that i felt like I finally found the "right" boutique for the vibe I was going for. I was immediately greeted by Pegeen and the shop's owner, Carmen. My bridesmaids and I were welcomed with sparkling wine and easy conversation as we began our search. I never felt pressured to find the perfect dress that day, and Pegeen and Carmen were more than helpful in offering dress selections and styling suggestions to help my vision become a reality. I found so many lovely dresses that I didn't purchase anything on my first trip, I just couldn't. I waited a couple months before coming back to try on my favorite pieces again, and the girls were more than patient and just as welcoming as before- if not more so. I was able to land on the PERFECT dress for my vision, and truly look forward to going back to the shop for fittings, and to hang out with Carmen and Pegeen and to feel beautiful. Seriously, if you're looking for top quality service and want a unique dress that will make you look like a sartorial wedding beauty, GO HERE. *I didn't purchase any accessories (yet!), but their selection is very uniquely curated as well, not to mention gorgeous.

AMAZING, One of a Kind Dresses and Wonderful Team!!! I don’t even know where to begin on my overall experience I had when I worked with the Carmen and her team at The White Room. I not unlike most brides was looking for the “experience” when shopping for my dress. As the day went on, I became discouraged. I wasn’t feeling special, I didn’t have that dress that made me cry and at one point it became so overwhelming, I wanted to stop. TWR was our last stop of the day. The boutique is intimate and unique with a very cool vibe. We were greeted at the door by Carmen, a sweet, funny and energetic soul (who I later found out was the owner). She got my guests and I situated and brought us sparking wine. She was so helpful on how to begin looking for a dress, understanding what I was looking for and then allowing me to look through the beautiful and one of a kind dresses. I had never seen such gorgeous dresses, except in the bridal couture magazines. I found my dream dress that I have always imagined. There are so many stresses in planning a wedding. This is the ONE recommendation I would have for the bride-to-be. TWR will handle the fittings in house and answer any questions on alterations.

The ladies at The White Room made me feel like the most special bride in the world each time I came in. The seamstress at The White Room was BEYOND amazing with my dress. I am a very short bride (5ft to be exact)and she needed to take my dress in from the middle. After, you could not even tell alterations had been made because she was that AMAZING. I was sad when I picked up my dress only because I would not get to see the wonderful ladies here anymore! All around best experience I could have asked for as a bride and so happy I bought my dress here!

My fiancé has a connection with this space and the two AMAZING ladies that started The White Room, he helped their studio come to life. So, when I had the pleasure of seeing the space and then making an appointment to find my dress, it just felt right. I will never forget the moment I put on my dress. People say you put on a dress and you just know, I had that moment. I LOVE my dress and wish I could wear it everyday. Searching for your wedding dress is not only about the dress though, it is about the people helping you search. My mom and I fell in love with the ladies of the White Room and felt so comfortable and special at every single visit. The White Room has the most beautiful dress selection for every bride. I went in unsure of what my style was and fell in love with multiple dresses from the shop. Nikki and Carmen were so helpful and excited to help me find THE dress. I am obsessed with The White Room. The first time I walked in, I knew I had found my wedding dress haven. Anne and Carmen are absolutely incredible and passionate. Them, combined with the most stunning and unique dresses, make TWR unlike any other bridal store. From my first visit through picking up my wedding dress after final alterations, my experience was unmatched. Not enough good things to say about this homey boutique. I'd give it 10 stars if it was possible. I had such an amazing experience - better than another other bridal shop I visited during my search. I walked in on a random Saturday (without an appt. - I know now walk-ins are hard to accommodate so always make an appt. if possible :) ) and they graciously let me browse the racks and even try a handful of dresses. I had just come from a rather "pushy and assertive" bridal appt. from another high-end boutique in Minneapolis, which was a HUGE turn off and I left not wanting to purchase from them as a business as a whole. My experience at the White Room was completely different. Pegeen was the sweetest and most thoughtful stylist I could ask for. She was patient and never gave me pushy salesmen vibes - she cared about my experience as a whole, not about selling me a dress. She was (and still is) a bride's dream and now I'm both happy + proud to call myself a White Room Bride. I have since moved and now I too, work as a bridal stylist at a cute boutique in downtown Orlando all because of my experience at the White Room. Not kidding! I go into work everyday striving to give brides the same experience Pegeen gave me because that's what every bride deserves. The White room was such an amazing bridal boutique to work with. Every time you walk into the door the associates not only know your name, but remember which dress is yours. Carmen, Anne and Roxanne are incredible people and truly care about their brides, their inventory, company and just love life. They are always happy and giving you hugs . When I finally left with my dress we even shared a few tears. It actually took me a bit to leave too as I felt like part of their culture there! Their new location is also beautiful and really fits their style. If you are looking for a great, elegant dress in a warm and quite environment- this is the place to go! The White Room was the first place I went to put on a wedding dress, and it was the most amazing introduction to what a dress shopping experience should be. I worked with Carmen, one of the owners, and her professionalism and expertise was above the level of any other shop I've been to. Although the dress selection was unique and wonderful, I ended up finding my dress at another place. And if I didn't live in another state, I'd definitely be using Carmen for my alterations, which she gracefully offered her services for once we followed up with each other.

And as someone who doesn't really especially enjoy the aspect of shopping either, I was feeling extremely overwhelmed. Enter TWR... honestly, such a breath of fresh air. The moment we walked in, I felt at ease. Carmen is absolutely amazing, and such a sweetheart! She took the time to listen to my vision, and wasn't afraid to given me her honest opinion about the dresses I tried on. After purchasing my dress, Roxanne absolutely killed it on the alterations! And every time I went into the salon, I was greeted as an old friend, vs. a customer. Seriously, go with TWR, it's more than just an amazingly unique dress. You're going to get an absolutely gorgeous dress AND you're also going to have such an enjoyable experience throughout the process. Let's be real, there are a LOT of elements of wedding planning that are NOT fun-- take one of them off of that list And support two kick-ass small business ladies in the meantime! My experience with the White Room was an absolute dream! They were so attentive and made the entire experience from shopping to alterations so easy and stress free! I found the perfect dress there and was able to come in for a last minute appointment the following day with my Dad to try it on once more before purchasing. The dress was a little large when I first got it and it made me really anxious, but they did a great job of walking me through and normalizing the alterations process and their seamstress did an AMAZING job! It was absolutely perfect! They seriously go above and beyond for their brides! The morning of my wedding, I had an issue with my veil and they came personally to help me sort it out! You cannot do better than the service and styles at the White Room. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants a great bridal experience!

Magic. This place is pure magic. Anne and Carmen have put together the perfect combination of passionate employees, a calm, beautiful space, and gorgeous dresses to make the best wedding dress shoppping experience. I went to the White Room after feeling discouraged about wedding dress shopping. My fiancé had emailed The White Room to see if they might have anything in my budget. I was welcomed as if I were an old friend and was given space with my mom to look through dresses, but Carmen was close by if we needed her. I decided to purchase my dress from the White Room a few days later. Every alteration was a dream. Roxanne, the seamstress was able to work magic on my dress so it fit like a glove. After one alteration, I had a bridal panic and emailed Carmen, who was incredibly reassuring to a hysterical bride :) The staff at the White Room make you feel as though you are the most important bride in the world, they are so sweet and so genuine. I could not recommend the White Room more highly. They are excellent in what they do.

My experience at TWR was by far, the best I have ever had. I felt like a bride, but more importantly, I felt like me- not just another bride. I didn't get the "sales" vibe or felt forced into a dress. They took the time to get to know me and understand my needs.Their service was beyond exceptional and recommend all soon to be brides to make an appointment.

Where do I begin! I cannot say enough about these amazing ladies, their beautiful shop and stunning dresses!! My experience was truly one of a kind. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams but the whole process of looking for a dress to the final alterations was simply perfection. Their team went above and beyond to make my experience personal, relaxing and memorable. I'm sincerely going to miss my fitting appointments because Carmen, Anne and Roxanne were so great to be around! My first advise to every bride I encounter is to check out this shop! I cannot say enough about how much I loved my experience at The White Room. It was my very first time trying on wedding gowns, and let me tell you, they made me feel absolutely at home. My mom is still raving about the experience to her friends. Their selection of dresses is astounding. Their collection is smaller, but they take the time to choose each dress that is on their floor. Also, every dress is unique. I recommend every bride to book an appointment. :)

This was the last shop I visited while dress shopping in the twin cities and it was by far the favorite for my whole party!! Anne & Carmen are very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere of their shop is just perfect. You get great one on one service and you are not crowded in with other brides. And the natural light that their space gets makes a world of difference when looking at dresses!
