Amazing experience at The White Rose Bridal, would highly recommend!

Came to these ladies five years ago for my mother of the bride dress. Absolutely wonderful experience. They were so helpful. Going again this year for my mother of the groom dress. Looking forward to it!

This was the first store I went to when looking for wedding dresses. I was super excited and with my mom. When I got to the store my mom and I looked around and pulled some dresses. I didn't really like any of the ones that I had tried on. However, there was one that I liked but it was in a size 8, much too small for me. The owner was helping us. I asked if she had anything similar in a larger size. She told me that with my hips, that style of dress wouldn't look good on me and proceeded to put me in 20 other dresses, all that I hated. When she couldn't find anything I liked, she got out Quincenera books and told me I could get all of those dresses in white. COME ON! 90% of the dresses in the store are blinged out beyond belief. I'm all for bling, but unless you want your dress covered in sequins, beads, and crystals, don't go to this store. When shopping for a bridal gown, it's supposed to be a good experience. The owner of this store made me feel like a piece of sh$t and I left the store on the verge of tears. I would actually give it 0 stars if it were an option.

They have the best customer service and selection around. The staff makes you feel like family and makes you feel as if your wedding is as important to them as their own! They truly help the bride feel that their opinion is the one that matters most. This was the first bridal shoppe I went to out of 4 and none of the rest came closed to comparing. They take pride in their inventory, store, and customer service. I made a day trip out of it since I no longer live in the area…and would recommend to anyone that it is worth the drive!

I came across this vendor at a bridal fair. I met the owner who let me try on this dress I was eyeing back stage! She fit us in outside of her schedule and was the most accommodating lady ever! Not to mention the store is gorgeous, and I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress :)

I went to White Rose Bridal this weekend and Sandy (the owner) was fabulous and made the experience wonderful and unforgettable. She knew without much explaining exactly what I was looking for. Every dress she showed me was a style I liked and they looked great. We did find the one dress! When we knew it was the dress, she put on a veil, hair piece, and jewelry to complete the look! I can't wait to my wedding! Sandy and the store were wonderful! The whole place has a great atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to go in with my mom to find a dress for her.

They had such an amazing selection of wedding gowns as well as bridesmaids dresses! They are super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend them to every bride!!!

The White Rose was a great place to get my wedding dress. It's located in an old church, which gave it a cozy, different-than-the-typical-bridal-shop atmosphere. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and made the experience fun!

I loved the small town feel of the building and everyone was super nice! They were very helpful with suggesting people for alterations. And most importantly, they had BEAUTIFUL dresses! I loved everything about White Rose Bridal and would recommend them to anyone!

These ladies are AMAZING! They took the time to help me, and only me. They showed true customer service that I never really got anywhere else. The owner stayed with me TWO hours after closing just so I was beyond sure it was 'the dress!'

I had gone to SEVERAL bridal shops in the Twin Cities area and Rochester, White Rose was my last stop. I came in and showed Kim my pictures and ideas of what I wanted...she came back with the first dress that had all of the checklist, and more! That was it...perfect dress, great service all the way through!

My experience here was WONDERFUL!!! Sandy was SOOO helpful and brought out points that i never thought of. I was quite unsure of what I wanted going into looking for a dress and she stuck with me for 3 hours until I finally found the perfect one! She was personably, funny, reasonable and the setting was just beautiful with the main area featuring the front of the church. I loved having carpet in the store with the "no shoe rule." It kept everything nice and clean and made me feel good about leaving my dress there! I wouldn't have traded this experience for any commercial bridal store. This made my wedding experience AMAZING with the intimate feeling and excitement!

The ladies at White Rose are wonderful. You will never feel rushed throught your appointment or pressured to purchase. They will listen to what you are looking for but also bring their expert opinions in. You will also be kept abreast on the wedding party attire as well.

Loved their one to one service, expertise and patience! I tried on six dresses not expecting to find that the second one I tried on would be 'the one'!

They did such a great job working with me. They pulled a perfect dress for me one that I had originally passed over and the owner asked me to try it on and once i did i knew it was the one!!

Cute store and accommodating for me. I ordered and shipped my bridal dress and my bridesmaids dresses from this store. We had to call measurements in for my bridesmaids. When none of the bridesmaids dresses fit around the rib cage (not one of the measurements asked for) I was pretty upset. We got all the dresses altered. But had we decided to return them, they would have only taken two back since one worker had falsely written down that one of my bridesmaids had decided to go with a smaller size when she had been counseled to do so. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had a great experience here. The owner is super friendly and found me the perfect dress the first time I went shopping. When my first dress came in with a snag, they made sure the second one got here. I had a little panic attack but it worked out just fine. Professional, helpful and kind service and a great selection of dresses. The most expensive dress they carry is $1,000 so most dresses are affordable.

Unique shop in a church to find your dress- the service was pretty good as well.

After hearing what I wanted, she walked over to the rack, pulled a dress and said "This is your dress"--it happened to be the dress I ended up purchasing! Loved them!

The Owner ad staff were great while I looked for my wedding dress. They didn't pester or push me into anything I didn't want. I had trouble finding shoes to go with my dress and the owner showed me a personal pair she had that looked great with my dress as I decided to go with a very tiny heal. They made the dress process go very well and ordering bridesmaid dresses were easy. The shop is in an old church which makes it a sight in itself.

They did a really good job with helping me find the right dress. They understood I had to keep it under a certain budget. I could not have been happier with my dress--it was GORGEOUS!
