Hi there, I’m Megan! Not only am I a Springs Manager, I am also a Springs Waxahachie bride! I said “I Do” there in October of 2024! I attended Texas Tech University where I got my master’s in marketing and I joined the Springs team in June of 2024. My favorite part of working here is seeing other couples feel the same joy I felt when I got married here! I love all things wedding, thrifting, exploring national parks, and my dogs. I can’t wait to meet you!!

tions for ceremony, reception, & cocktail hour locations, beautiful bridal & groom's suites, private location, well landscaped grounds, buildings that were taken care of, and a one-stop shop style for all things vendor related.
Prior to our special day, we had the amazing opportunity of ironing out the small details with our TSE coordinator, Sky. Sky went above and beyond to carefully think through our timeline, ask questions we hadn't thought of, adhere to the wishes for our wedding day, but most importantly, she sought to build a rapport with us. Between Sky's ability to make a connection with us and her organizational skills, I truly went into our wedding day with zero worries. Sky, TSE catering, linens, Corn & Rye Bartenders, our DJ Rob, photographers Jessie & Dylan Schultz, along with our outside coordination team Petals & Pearls Unique Designs worked together seamlessly to make our day run smoothly. Even when we had to pivot, Sky handled it well and made decisions with our wishes at the forefront.
Our guests gushed over how spectacular the venue was, impeccable staff, quality selection of beer, wine, & liquor, and that the food was "the best wedding food" they've ever had! It brings us great pride & joy that our guests recognized & verbalized these kind words.
Overall, The White Sparrow is the perfect venue if you are looking for the dreamiest location and staff that helps to make your vision come alive. I cannot recommend TSE (especially our girl Sky!!!) enough. Our day was beyond perfect and turned out better than I could have imagined. I will forever stand by the fact there is no better venue than The White Sparrow!

Leading up to the wedding our coordinator, Hannah, was fantastic to work with and made me feel so much more at ease with the event. Additionally, she, Gessica, and Revka were so pleasant to work with on the wedding day and made it feel like I was also a guest at my wedding which took so much stress of me and my family. We also worked with DJ Marcus who was amazing and brought such a great energy for our group! He had material for every age group and music genre and had fantastic interactions with our guests! Overall, this was such a gorgeous venue with AMAZING staff and I highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, all-in-one package!!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, organized, and completely taken care of. Amanda has such a peaceful and confident presence, she handled every detail seamlessly behind the scenes while making sure we were fully present and enjoying every second. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed, which says everything about how incredible she is at what she does.
The White Sparrow itself is absolutely stunning!! The natural light, the bright airy space, and the romantic charm made the entire day feel so magical. Every corner of the venue photographed beautifully, and it created the most perfect, timeless backdrop for our wedding.
Amanda went above and beyond in ways both big and small, whether it was keeping the timeline running perfectly, helping with last-minute details, or simply checking in to make sure I was okay. She made me feel so supported, and I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her.
If you are considering The White Sparrow as your venue, do it! You will not regret it! And if you have the chance to have Amanda as your coordinator, you are truly in the best hands. She is a blessing and such a huge part of why our day was so perfect.

t we had no worries all day they took care of everything especially me haha. Ashley even curled my hair before the ceremony after the humidity destroyed it, she decorated the wagon that my son was supposed to ride in, she took the time to record the day and our friends with our personal camcorders, busted some moves on the dance floor with us and still have time to find my crocs multiple times throughout the night and at the end of the night they were perfectly placed at the entrance of the venue waiting for me to make the grand exit! Kaylee was a great addition to the team and I so appreciate the extra care with decor pieces already available at the venue to add some special touches to our big day.
