The entire planning experience was organized and seamless. And then came our wedding day, where Alex truly went above and beyond. Alex was my “captain” for the day, and having her there gave me complete peace of mind. I genuinely did not have to stress about anything because I knew she had it handled. She was constantly anticipating what needed to happen before I even had to think about it. She listened to every request, respected exactly what I envisioned, and offered her professional advice when she thought there was a better way to make something work. She did SO much more than simply coordinate our timeline. She kept everyone where they needed to be, protected our timeline without me ever having to get involved, made sure all of our details were taken care of, and handled the little emergencies that inevitably happen on a wedding day. When my bustle broke, she literally helped me safety-pin it back together! She was constantly checking on us, making sure things were moving smoothly, and taking care of details behind the scenes so that we could simply enjoy being newlyweds. Our getaway car was lined up perfectly, transitions happened seamlessly, and every little detail felt thought through. Her communication, experience, professionalism, and ability to stay calm and proactive made her superior to any other coordinator I have personally worked with or interacted with at friends’ weddings. She allowed me to actually be PRESENT on my wedding day, which is something I will forever be grateful for. And Omari was just as incredible! He was SO much fun, kept the energy high all night, knew exactly when to switch songs, and did such a great job getting everyone involved. Our dance floor was never empty! He truly read the room and kept the celebration going without it ever feeling forced. I was also so impressed that he made sure my aisle song was perfectly lined up — something that seems small, but meant so much to me. Alex and Omari worked so well together and truly made the entire day feel effortless. They were the perfect combination of organization, professionalism, energy, and FUN. Now when my husband and I watch our wedding videos, we genuinely remember the day like it was yesterday. We have so many happy thoughts and memories every time we watch them, and we truly believe Alex and Omari played such a huge part in making our wedding day what it was. They were a DREAM TEAM. 🤍 If you are considering getting married with White Sparrow, I cannot recommend this team enough. From the planning process to the very last song of the night, we felt taken care of, heard, and completely confident in the people we trusted with our wedding day. We would choose them all over again!

Big shout out to Lindsay she knew exactly what was needed to done after only saying it once. The day 100% wouldn’t have been as perfect if she did not orchestrate my vision behind the scenes. That also goes for all the help Hannah did as well. I thought it was an exaggeration when people say their wedding day is the best day of their lives but after booking this venue and have an awesome coordinator I now know that to be true.
