Heather at The Wild Hare Flowers made the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding day. The flowers and colors chosen were perfect for my wedding day vision. Heather was easy to work with and her prices were very fair. On the wedding day we had a centerpiece that was on a pillar outside that fell over. Heather came back to the venue right away to help secure them for us. I am even getting my bouquet preserved. I highly recommend The Wild Hare Flowers for your floral needs!

Heather, thank you for your response. I appreciate you finally getting back to us. We asked for a quote, not for you to lose money. My bride and I are willing to pay a fair price for beautiful flowers and professional service. We don’t understand how you didn’t know how to quote us. We sent you photos of examples that we liked and answered your questions promptly. As we waited, we made other arrangements for some of the items. At no time during our conversation was it brought up that you have a $2,500 minimum order. We would have sought a better match instead of waiting for you. Additionally, we understand our order was on the smaller side and would have been willing to pick up or make accommodations to work around your other events and make it make sense for both you and us. Or perhaps, you could have referred another vendor that is a better match if you didn’t think we were a fit. If you would have set clear expectations, about minimum order size or that you were on summer break, this wouldn’t be an issue. But the way we were treated by you is worth sharing to us. I am extremely hesitant to leave reviews, but this is perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The biggest problem my bride and I have is you teased us and lead us on for 35 days and then THREW US AWAY at the very first chance, the moment the opportunity arose. Now we’re 51 days from our wedding without a florist. We don’t understand how you have 30 years in business with such an unprofessional approach to sales.

Unprofessional!!!! Waited over a month for a quote for our wedding. We provided samples of styles/flowers/colors that we liked. When the quote finally came back I felt very disappointed, they didn't look at anything that was sent in and just gave a very generic price and flowers of thier choice.

Very poor service and communication. Asked for a quote on June 12. We were pushed aside until July 9. Then finally received quote on July 15. We asked a clarifying point and was responded to with this: “We thank you so much for considering The Wild Hare. Unfortunately, your date has been booked and we will no longer be able to be of service.” Additionally, she set up a phone call with us and never called. I had to reach out to her. Very miserable experience for this extremely important day. Brides and Grooms Beware!!!
