Heather values communication and makes sure every thing is planned and purchased in advance. She is there to answer any questions and responds extremely fast. She provides a fun atmosphere and is the perfect addition to your big day!
Heather was so fantastic! I hired her for my Salon Grand Opening and she made it seamless, fun & so magical! She helped me decide on a menu, make a list for the store, and had a very quick & easy set up for my event!

You WILL NOT regret hiring Wild Pony Express Bar for your next event, party or wedding. I recently used their service for my wedding and they were a hit! First of all, Heather (owner) is AMAZING and was the best vendor I worked with. She is very organized, communicable and hands-down the nicest person. Her team is wonderful and my wedding guests had a blast with all of them. Not to mention, the mobile bar is the cutest thing ever! I cannot wait to host another event so I can see Heather and her team again. Your guests are guaranteed to have a wonderful time if you hire them.
Wild Pony Express Bar was AMAZING at my son's wedding! Heather is very professional and passionate about what she does. Her set up was the perfect compliment to our outdoor wedding, her communication with us prior to the wedding on decorations and color schemes were spot on! I am glad WPE was part of our special day!
Wild Pony Express Bar bartended our wedding in October at The Grand Texana. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Heather and her team on our big day. The trailer is SO adorable and could not have fit more perfectly with the style of the venue! Heather was SO communicative and responsive prior to the day, and she really went above and beyond with all the personal touches - helping us make our drink choices, recommending where to purchase, answering my/my family’s million questions, creating the custom bar sign, and more. We recommend them to anyone!
