The Wild Rover is amazing! We worked with Adee to get everything booked and Jodi and Nikki the day of. Adee was incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel really good about going with the Wild Rover. Jodi and Nikki absolutely killed the day of coordination. If I asked for something, they found it, did it, or made it happen. They were both cool and collected, even when some stuff didn't work out quite as we had planned. Jodi made some beautiful floral arrangements for us on the spot, and helped us get our table decor just right. I have no idea how Jodi and Nikki managed to get all our our DIY decor packed away so well after the wedding, but it was all ready for us to grab the next day. Everything ran smooth and on time for the wedding too. The whole wedding party was blown away by all the effort they put in for our day. Highly recommend The Wild Rover!

I can’t say enough amazing things about The Wild Rover! I worked with Adee for my day of coordination and from the moment we started working together, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding day was perfect. She was so friendly, calm, organized and overall just simply amazing.
On the wedding day she handled all the little details so we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. She anticipated needs before we even thought of them, kept everyone on schedule, and made everything run seamlessly.
Our family couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful and helpful she was. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, is on top of everything, and will make your day run smoothly from start to finish, go with The Wild Rover- you won’t regret it!

So wonderful! Adee thought of so many items that I would not have thought of. They made me wedding day a lot less chaotic than it would have been! Super grateful for the wonderful work of this company & the affordability. They had great vendor recommendations & offered awesome bartenders as well.

We can’t thank Adee enough for working with us on our big day. She has been nothing but helpful over the last few months and is so good at what she does. She is confident, rolls with the punches, and took SO much stress off my shoulders during our wedding. Her pricing is reasonable and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is planning an event! ❤️❤️❤️

Adee was made to be an event coordinator! We booked her for our May 2025 backyard wedding as a day-of coordinator. Adee was phenomenal! She handled so many last-minute things and worked so hard to make sure everything for our day was perfect. With her guidance and knowledge, our day went off without a hitch! Not only is she lovely to work with and kind, but she is organized, quick, and pays so much close attention to detail! I would say Adee was one of the most important people/vendors of our wedding! She was a lifesaver. Do not hesitate to book with Wild Rover!

Adee was super professional from the start and upfront about her prices and what she will do. She kept in contact throughout the year and was available to answer questions outside of her reaching out to us. Very knowledgeable!
We did a walkthrough of the venue a month before the wedding so that she could get the layout of the space and go over the schedule and ask questions.
The days before the wedding, she was available to help set up the space! We gave her creative liberties in terms of decorating because there were things I didn't think about decorating and she worked with what was available to her.
The day of the wedding, Adee and her assistant Jodie (spelling) were AMAZING! No FANTASTIC. What's greater than that? That's what they were. A light string slipped and Adee grabbed a ladder and some tools to put it up in place. Wasn't asked to do it. She told us to sit and asked us what we wanted to eat so she could grab us food from the buffet. Like thank you ma'am!! Jodie was on top of things picking up plates and silverware, getting us water and drinks. Thank you!!
At the end of the night they helped cleanup. Take down decorations, take all the garbage out to the bins and helped return the venue to it's original furniture layout.
If I were to get married again, I hope not because planning weddings is a full time job, I would definitely hire Adee and her team again. I definitely recommend her!

Adee was an absolute dream to work with! Our wedding day was seamless, and that was all due to her. When we arrived at the venue everything was set up beautifully, and the entire wedding was so smooth under her direction. I cannot recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Adee from The Wild Rover—she was, without a doubt, the single most important part of making my wedding reception the perfect, stress-free, magical day it was. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me make this easy for you: YOU NEED ONE. And not just any one—you need Adee.
From the moment she arrived, she took every little detail off my plate so I could actually enjoy my wedding day. I truly believe I would have been overwhelmed, stressed, and possibly crying (okay, definitely crying) without her and her assistant. She handled everything seamlessly, anticipated needs before I even realized them, and made sure I actually ate—which, let’s be honest, never would have happened otherwise.
She kept everything running smoothly, from setup to timeline management to the tiniest of details that I didn’t even think about. I never once had to worry about a thing. If something went wrong, I never knew about it, because Adee was already three steps ahead fixing it. She made the day feel effortless, and I am truly in her debt for the peace of mind and pure joy she gave me on such an important day.
If I could give her 1,000 stars, I would. Every single couple getting married needs a coordinator, and more importantly, they need Adee. My wedding day simply would not have happened without her. Hiring her was the best decision I made (besides marrying my husband, of course), and I will be telling EVERYONE I know to do the same.

Adee was an absolute dream to work with. We hired her a little last minute, as far as planning goes, and she was immediately on top of everything. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the planning and was extremely professional and helpful during the rehearsal as well as on the wedding day. I did not worry about a single thing, as she took care of everything. The first thing my fiancé and I agreed on after the wedding was that hiring Adee was the best decision we made for our wedding. Adee was amazing! She had great questions, suggestions and was so open ideas. She got to know my sisters style and preferences so that she was in sync the day of the wedding. Everything went off without a hitch! Or, at least of there was, she handled it and we were never the wiser. Thank you for everything you did to make this day happen so seamlessly. Addie really made this wedding as beautiful as it was! She worked so hard to ensure the bride’s vision came to life.
