Had our wedding earlier in June. Chef Sheena was easy to speak with before, during and after the tasting. I was able to explain to her the flavors we wanted in our dishes. She made an outstanding Coq au Vin. Fingerling potatoes where nicely seasoned. The salad was also very top notch. It reminded me of my culinary school days. I highly recommend her business.
