Gorgeous venue with wonderful and helpful owner
The venue has a little clearing in the woods along a path through the woods and a large barn for receptions. Unfortunately it raine...
d on my wedding day, so we also had the ceremony in the barn, and it was still so beautiful and wonderful! There are lots of twinkle lights all through the barn that made the whole atmosphere.
The owner is so kind and helpful as well. He is quick and easy with communication and very flexible. He is willing to help out where needed and sets up all the chairs and tables, both at the ceremony site and reception site.
This venue also has decorations you can rent, including linens, tables, and florals.
There are two rooms for the wedding party to get ready, with mirrors and outlets galore.
Literally the only thing to give pause is there are only two, one-stall bathrooms.

ere! The Wilderness was the part of my wedding that guests talked about for months after. Even still to this day they rant and rave! If you’re looking for an outdoor/indoor venue and you don’t want to be taken advantage of or let down, the Wilderness is for you! They provide up to 350 chairs for the clearing/ceremony area, and tables and chairs for up to 350 people in the reception barn! The customer service that the Wilderness team provides is top notch! They made my day their priority, and it showed! I would suggest anyone to book their day at the Wilderness. They will not disappoint you! Rustic, classy, Chic, boho. Whatever type of wedding you want, the Wilderness can make it happen!
