The team made the entire wedding process from start to finish as easy and stress-free as possible. The day of was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better group of individuals or venue to celebrate our love!

The staff at The Wilds was very thoughtful and thorough in helping us plan our day. They provided us with so many materials to help us plan, and reminded us of important deadlines to help us keep on track. We found their team to be incredibly accommodating and generous and feel they went out of their way to help us bring our vision to life.

Being able to have my wedding at The Wilds was truly a dream come true. It was everything that my husband and I wanted. I loved the fact that I could borrow their decorations instead of buying my own. If you are planning your own wedding or someone’s else’s, getting rid of the decorations after everything is settled is hard. This way I didn’t have to try and sell anything, I just borrowed it from them. I told them what I wanted and they were able to fulfill AND set up everything for you! They did a lot of the decorating for me. It was totally a stress free environment. The staff were there to help if I needed anything last minute. I couldn’t imagine setting the venue up myself and still have time to get ready.

Everyone getting married in the Indiana (or surrounding) area should get married at The Wilds. Not only is it the most beautiful venue - the staff (especially Claire N) is there for you EVERY SINGLE step of the way. I trusted that the entire day would go smoothly because of how in tune the staff was with our wants and needs. IT DID! It was by far the greatest day of our lives without one single hiccup. The wilds is the best wedding venue in Indiana! SO affordable, the wedding coordination team could not have been more professional and attentive to our needs. They provide an entire planning spreadsheet workbook that helps you plan each and every thing you're going to need for the wedding. It was incredible! Would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at The Wilds! They have great communication and go above and beyond! It was awesome to have the ceremony and reception a few steps away from each other. My older family members loved the short walk. They listened to every detail I wanted and made my vision come to life even better than I dreamed of. Completely seamless transitions from start to finish. The get ready house and overnight stay house was perfect for my family. Made us feel right at home with everything stocked and clean. I definitely recommend The Wilds! We are not only their customers…we became friends with people that worked with us.

Set in a secluded section of Brown County in the Yellow Forest, the venue has a covered pavilion perfect for outdoor ceremonies and a beautiful reception space with tons of natural light that can be used for indoor ceremonies too. We loved having so many options for pictures with guests, family, and friends. The team at The Wilds responds promptly to emails and is willing to answer all questions. Their website is transparent and detailed, and they even provide resources for wedding planning, including vendor recommendations, open houses, decorations, and more. We had the best experience, and our day was perfect thanks to this beautiful venue and amazing team!

I cannot say enough about how amazing the wilds staff is. We pulled together a wedding in a short span of time for my daughter which was a challenge and they were absolutely amazing and the venue is gorgeous and we totally recommend the airbnb they have have for the family to stay in. They have everything covered for an amazing wedding but most importantly they were just amazing to work with. Hailey and Claire and all the staff we dealt with went above and beyond.

Oh my gosh, to even explain this venue!! I don't think there are words to put into just how much we LOVED every aspect of planning and having our wedding here. As being a planner myself, this venue has thought of it all and the coordinators make the wedding planning aspect go just about as smooth and easy as it can. Besides the venue being absolutely stunning the staff is exceptional. I would recommend this venue to absolutely anyone. I truly wish we could relive this day over and over again.

It was truly the best day ever. The venue is a blank canvas and so beautiful. The staff was so helpful and responsive the entire day and also in the months leading up to the wedding. Day of, they did a wonderful job at setting up the details, checking in, keeping us on track, etc. Having experienced and caring staff on your side is priceless! I can’t say enough about Alison and her team. Our day felt effortless thanks to them! Side note more as a tip! Make sure to have enough family/friends at tear down time. That part is more hands on since it’s taking a couple hours worth of work into a shorter time period and fewer staff members.

The online planning tool was very helpful with keeping things organized during the planning process so that everything would go smoothly on the wedding day. It was evident that everyone involved was very informed about every single detail. Our day-of coordinator (shoutout to Haley!) only had to ask me two very easy questions the entire day because she was so on top of it! Alison's husband Brian helped the rest of the staff clean everything up at the end of the night and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger. I have received so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was! Our entire wedding day was perfect and we were able to relax and enjoy it because of the team at The Wilds! I could not recommend them enough!

This venue and team is quite literally a dream come true. I had the best time of my life because of the space they have carved out for people to come together and celebrate love. I grew up in the hills of Brown County so I may be a bit biased by my love for the land, but the fact that the owners of The Wilds chose this spot specifically out of anywhere for its beauty and functionality speaks volumes! And actually, their service on top of the foundation they have laid speaks even louder. The team offers everything you could think of and everything you couldn't even imagine - like the most organized Google Docs ever and the most present and helpful staff ever throughout the whole process. Take the fact that I spilled an espresso martini on my white wedding dress for an example and the team had a Shout stain remover ready to go immediately and saved my dress (and mood honestly)! Truly, you can't find better value than this for the best wedding you could imagine throwing in the hills of Southern Indiana! I am forever grateful!

We booked the Wilds for our wedding and gosh, I don't know how we would have pulled it off without them! What you don't realize about this venue is that along with a gorgeous space, you get a team of professionals who are ready to support you with any questions, recommendations, and encouragement. This business has LEGENDARY response times. I mean seriously anytime I emailed Alison, I think she got back to me within the hour whereas with other vendors, I'd wait til the end of the day or sometimes multiple days. Our wedding was pretty severely impacted by omicron but on the day of, the Wilds staff let me enjoy my day and handled the chaos of re-doing table assignments. They decorated the venue beautifully before we even arrived which was so awesome for me, my mom, and my godmother since we felt like we could just go through and enjoy the day. With all this support, you'd think that the staff was hovering over us constantly but honestly somehow they managed always be around so that I could get help quickly if I needed it but were also totally under the radar. This venue is worth every penny - I can't express that enough. Their team made it so that I actually got to enjoy my wedding day (an experience many brides have not shared!) and countless guests were complimentary of the beautiful space.

I could not have been any more excited to marry my now wife. However, I was not exactly excited about all of the stressful lead up to the wedding. Of course we needed the perfect venue, perfect vendors, perfect flowers, and so on. We went to a few different venues in the Bloomington area. They were all lovely! Then we came to The Wilds… Right away I was captivated by the scenery, and then quickly as captivated by the professionalism, attention to detail, and calm that Allison(owner) brought to our first meeting. This place was clearly special! It didn’t take long before I realized, if we wanted to have the most stress-free, well-organized, and thoughtful venue, then we should look no further than The Wilds. Alison and her team are sharp as can be, and have thought of every last detail to make your wedding seamless and without worry! It was the perfect day we had always dreamt of.

The minute we pulled up to The Wilds the beauty of the black and white building had me sold, and then we talked to Alison. There was no turning back. Alison is knowledgeable and personable and has created the perfect venue. The location is gorgeous, nestled in the trees with color and texture year round. Her list of preferred vendors is the A-list of wedding professionals in southern Indiana. Alison's wedding planning spreadsheet was AMAZING. It had all the details that could easily be overlooked during the chaos of wedding planning. The day of our wedding was an absolute dream. Every member of The Wilds staff was attentive and organized AND loving and caring about our day! We felt like a member of The Wilds family. I would plan a wedding at The Wilds every year if given the opportunity. There are not enough gracious words to describe Alison and the whole The Wilds team.

When you think about the wedding and the entire process from planning to the day itself you quickly find out how stressful and detailed it is. We decided to book The Wilds for our wedding in September 2021 and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. After looking at several other options in the Indy area, we found The Wilds through a chance Instagram tag and immediately were smitten. Allison and her team were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process (we did most of it from the East Coast!). Even though we had a wedding planner, we appreciated all of the vendor recommendations and built-in rental options that come with the venue. The day of we received so many compliments from our vendors and guests about how stunning the space was and how wonderful The Wilds team was to work with. We absolutely loved having out wedding at The Wilds. The property has so much to offer and they have really thought through all the necessities to make a venue beautiful but also comfortable. We loved being able to have our dance floor outside and the sunset was perfect for our photos. We did have to provide our own sound system/mic set up as we did not have a DJ and The Wilds does not provide such equipment (something that we thing the option to rent from the venue would've been amazing). There were a few things that on the day got loss in communication, but nothing that cause any major issues! Brian was also amazing at the end of the night making sure we had gotten all of our stuff. Thank you The Wilds!

(Though they do offer AMAZING rental decor packages that help take some of the stress off!) Alison even went as far as grabbing several of her husband's ties from their home before our ceremony that matched our colors when my little brother misplaced his. I absolutely loved this venue and the people who work there. The entire venue is white. As an artist, it was a blank canvas to be transformed. I emailed back and forth with Alison to bring my ideas and sketches to life and her team made it happen the day of the wedding. Even if there's a few bumps the wedding day, I knew I didn't have anything to worry about!

From their plan B options to an option of outside and inside the bar, they have almost everything you can need for your wedding day. They are with you every step of the way to help you with everything and even provide you a team the day of your wedding (how amazing and helpful is that?!!). I don't even know where to begin when describing how great this venue is. I am from Indiana and was so unimpressed with the Indiana venue offerings that my fiance and I were strongly considering a destination wedding. When we found The Wilds we were blown away. The location is perfectly tucked away in the hills of Southern Indiana and the design of the property is elegant, modern, and welcoming. The owners have created the most stunning blank canvas for a ceremony that you could imagine. Beyond the property itself, the venue is family-owned and from the very beginning of the process, the owners are there to help you, answer questions, and make recommendations as you plan your perfect day. They were there, jumping in to help, through the entire planning process and the day-of. The venue owners worked directly with my vendors to streamline decision making and day-of coordination. I am so happy we chose this venue and would strongly recommend the space to any couple.

The venue is gorgeous, with handcrafted details everywhere you look, and is surrounded by the most scenic rolling hills and forests of Southern Indiana, but I was even more impressed with the behind-the-scenes. After signing, Alison sent us a carefully thought out spreadsheet, which proved invaluable at keeping us organized, plus an extremely helpful resource document. As a planner, I can’t say enough good things about these. I had no stress on the wedding day knowing our day was in such good hands. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

From offering a decor shop with everything we needed to decorate to replying to questions via email promptly leading up to the day of, their attention to detail is unmatched. My husband and I lead pretty busy lives with our school/work schedules and this venue made our wedding day possible - there were so many little things their team took care of that we didn't realize until looking back. The only thing I wish I could change about our wedding is making the day last longer!! We love The Wilds and you will too! :)

The Wilds Wedding and Event Venue is so, so special. It first drew us in for its beauty - set on a hill on a beautiful farm, it's picturesque, absolutely stunning. It was after meeting the owners, however, that we were sure we had found the perfect venue for our wedding! The open houses, endless consultations, planning templates and timelines, preferred vendor lists, and decor inventory is something out of this world! I can’t say enough great things about the WILDS. I was a very nervous bride. I worried about it all. The day before I was a mess. The WILDS team talked to me reassured me that my day was going to be amazing. When I walked into the venue it was like a dream. The decorations were perfect. The drapes I had picked out where amazing. I even had table runners I still needed to steam and they told me not to worry about it they would do it. (I could have cried when they said that, it was a weight off my shoulders). I wouldn’t have had a perfect wedding if it weren’t for the details that the WILDS puts into their venue. From the online planner to the meetings and the rental packages they have got it all. I didn’t have my family staying after the night cleaning up because the WILDS team did it. Overall I don’t regret a single thing for my wedding day. It was truly a perfect day ❤️
