The Wildwood Barn & Cottage

I do not have enough great things to say about wildwood barn and cottage. Our wedding was simply amazing this weekend! The venue was perfection, we had nothing but compliments about how unique and fun it was. Tifany and Nate were So responsive, interactive and helpful the entire process. Both went above and beyond on the day of to make sure everything ran so smoothly. Every question I asked was answered promptly. I highly recommend this venue to everyone!

Having The Wildwood Barn & Cottage as our venue made a significant impact on our day! It really changed our day for the better and helped create the most perfect day. The owners were extremely helpful and approachable.

Unmatched location. I don't know where to begin, this place is not just "a venue" it is "The" Venue. I didn't commit to wanting a full wedding until touring Wildwood Barn and Cottage. Nate and Tiffany are extremely friendly and hardworking, the venue is breathtaking, and the memories are one of a kind. Every aspect of our wedding was superb. The experience felt customized and tailored to every need we had. This is as close as one can get to having a close friend offering their beautiful farm for a wedding. Nate even gathered a team to help move the DJ equipment into the barn within minutes when a random storm popped up (which he was tracking 45 minutes before it hit). The venue is gorgeous and we had almost every one of our guests come up to us to say that it was the most amazing venue they had every been to. It feels like you rented a small town and invited all of your closest friends and family to celebrate. Words can't possibly convey how thankful we are for Nate and Tiffany's contribution to our wedding, and the pictures can't do justice for the experience you will have here. It is beautiful, and you will want to live in this wonderful location...I know this because our guests asked if they could.

WOW is all I can say about this amazing venue. Nate and Tiffany went above and beyond for us and are the most down to earth and easy people to work with/be around. We fell in love with the scenery, ambience and farm house aesthetic of Wildwood within the first couple of minutes of touring. On the day of our wedding (and every day leading up to) we felt attended to and supported... not to mention Nate even ran out to get us ice during our cocktail hour when we ran out! Highly, highly recommend booking your wedding here.

There is not one bad thing I can say about Wildwood or Nate & Tifany. The communication with them from the first tour until the morning after the wedding was AMAZING. Any questions I had were always answered within 3 hours. Nate is SO helpful giving the tours and being hands on during the set-up. Anything we needed done or moved was no issue. 10/10 recommend!! Such a beautiful day at a beautiful venue!

From the minute we toured the venue to the night our wedding ended, Tifany and Nate were amazing. They were very quick to communicate and answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. They were amazing on the day of the wedding. They were right there on the grounds getting things setup, answering any other questions I had, just having conversations throughout the morning, making sure everything was ready for our big day. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is which speaks volumes about the owners and how well the maintain the grounds. 100 percent recommend!

Nate and Tiffany were the most amazing people to work with, going above and beyond at every point. I don’t have enough words or enough room to share all the positive feedback. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly. So so so amazing and they truly made our day amazing

Prior to the wedding I had sent so many emails with questions and Tifany was amazing with getting back to me right away and making sure I had everything I needed. On the day of she was there for any help we needed in the morning and helped make sure all of our cars got unloaded. Nate was so great with making sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes. They are both so sweet. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how much they loved it! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue.

Wildwood was wonderful! From the first day we went to look at the venue, we instantly fell in love with the space and loved how everything could be held outside, from the ceremony, to dancing. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we got so many comments about it. The owners were so helpful in answering all of my questions, on top of communication, helpful in coordinating and communicating with our vendors when they arrived, and even in setting up the day of. Nate and Tifany were absolutely lovely to work with and we could not have been more happy with our wedding day at their venue. Their property is absolutely stunning for photos and we highly recommend Wildwood Barn & Cottage!!! Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect!!! ❤️

Wildwood Barn & Cottage was the perfect place for my partner and I to celebrate our wedding. We chose to rent for the entire weekend and we’re so glad that we did. The price is very reasonable when you take into account all that you will get from renting at Wildwood. Nate and Tifany, the owners, were incredible. So helpful and kind. We had storms and rain throughout the wedding day and Nate worked with us the entire time to ensure that the weather didn’t impede on our celebration. Looking back, dancing in the barn as thunder and rain was falling on the beautiful property was one of the highlights to our wedding. The cottage was so charming and comfy for our stay. The property is beyond beautiful; guests were constantly coming up to us to say it’s the best wedding venue they have ever been to. It is full of antiques and charming design, which made it super easy as we did not have to bring much to decorate the spaces. This place is 10/10. Book here! You won’t regret it.

My husband and I highly, highly recommend booking the Wildwood Barn & Cottage for your special day! From the very beginning, the owners proved to be incredible, were very responsive to questions and helpful throughout the wedding planning process, not to mention, made it apparent how hard they have worked to develop and host weddings at their gorgeous venue. Many of our family and friends commented on the beauty of the venue and even compared it to a real life Pinterest board! We absolutely could not have imagined our wedding being hosted anywhere or by anyone else!

Nate and Tifany (the venue owners) were fantastic. They took care of so muchfor us on the day of our wedding. I highly recommend the whole weekend. Nate setup a binfire for us on Friday AND Saturday. They were very laid back and super accomodating. I cannot recommend them highly enough! 110%, Absolutely worth it!

Tifany and Nate have the most gorgeous venue and we couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else! Our guests raved about how cool and unique it was. We loved the ability to have our dog be a part of the ceremony as well as the ability to stay at the cottage that night. We couldn’t be happier with our choice, highly recommend!

The Wildwood Barn was absolutely perfect! Nate & Tifany are wonderful and extremely accommodating for whatever you need. We were able to have our engagement photo session on site to allow our photographer to get a feel for the venue for day of. My favorite perk was being able to book the whole weekend of the wedding, which allowed us to come in on Friday, get things set up and we even had the option of having our rehearsal dinner on site! As well as having gift opening and tear down on Sunday. This also allowed my husband and I to use the on site cottage for lodging for Friday and Saturday night. As for the day of, everything went so smoothly, Nate was on site all day and available for any needs and questions our vendors had, including if we needed to make a weather call for our ceremony set up. We were able to bring in as much of our own decorations as we wanted, my husband and I didn't feel too much extra was necessary as we loved the natural look and character of the grounds. They also have a horseshoe pit, corn hole boards, as well as a bonfire pit that Nate sets up for s'mores later on in the night. The Wildwood is perfect for the couple looking for a rustic, open plan, and weather flexible venue.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience at Wildwood Barn and Cottage. From the beginning of our planning process they were incredibly helpful with any questions and had a fast response time. They were also accommodating to requests we had and gave us plenty of freedom to be creative with the space. We got several of our vendors off of their recommendations list and they were all amazing as well! We got so many compliments by our guests about how beautiful and unique the venue was.

So happy were able to have our wedding here! It was the last venue we toured and we knew right after it was the one. It's a beautiful space that comes with a lot. We also loved the flexibility for ourselves and our guests, there are different outdoor gathering areas for everyone to explore and congregate. Every space is well maintained. Nate and & Tifany were quick to answer any questions and they were so nice. Kind of want to get invited to a wedding here too so we could experience it as guests! Highly recommend!!

This venue was everything we were looking for, for a rustic wedding. The owners were very helpful throughout the entire process and respond back in a timely matter. Our wedding day couldn’t have gone more perfect! I will recommend this venue to everyone!

We are so glad we came across The Wildwood Barn & Cottage. Tifany and Nate both were responsive and attentive to all our wedding planning needs and set up/break down on the day of. They went above and behind to make sure that all of our carefully chosen details had a chance to shine!! Having a separate space for the girls in the cottage and guys in the grooms garage to get ready allowed for some much needed bonding and relaxing before all the craziness. If we could do it all over again we wouldn’t change a thing!

Nate and Tifany we’re amazing! We can not say enough how easy going they were, and how they responded quickly to all my questions. Not only were they great, the entire venue is beautiful. The groomsmen garage was a perfect touch for the guys to get dressed as well as the cottage for the girls. Nate made sure to make the rainy day transition beautifully! He made sure everything was how I had envisioned. From setting up the outside ceremony area to moving into the barn for the dance he really took the time to make sure it ran smoothly. The venue itself was gorgeous and made for great photo opportunities. I would recommend The Wildwood Barn and Cottage to anyone wanting an elegant vintage barn/outside setting. The Wildwood Barn and Cottage is a DREAM outdoor wedding venue!! I fell in love the moment we took our first tour. It is definitely a sight to see for yourself on how amazingly beautiful the venue is! Words cannot describe and pictures cannot do justice on how gorgeous Wildwood Barn and Cottage is. The venue has a charming characteristic with antique decorations all around. There are so many different areas guests can enjoy and games to entertain themselves with as they wait during the cocktail hours. I have to mention that the bathroom smells amazing, the bathroom!! Tiffany and Nate are absolutely amazing to work with! They are quick to reply to my endless questions during the wedding planning process and right before the wedding day. They made sure my wedding ran smoothly even with the unexpected early morning rain shower which changed the ceremony plans and transporting so many pumpkins outside to inside for the aisle. Tiffany and Nate has such a positive vibe and want to accommodate the bride and groom. Such as, the enjoyable the golf cart rides, which helps limit walking in heels (thank goodness!), to take pictures in many breathtaking locations around the venue! I had all of my guests expressed how beautiful the venue is and how welcoming Tiffany and Nate are as they arrive to the venue. Everything was perfect and I wouldn’t want to have my wedding anywhere else. I love their wedding tradition to plant a tree on their farmstead to honor our marriage. It just made everything so much more special.

This place is gorgeous. It is the perfect place to have a wedding. Everything all in one place. It's a photographers dream. The owners Nate and Tiffany are an absolute treat to work with. The entire experience was wonderful. The cottage for the girl's was perfect. The groom's garage was a hit for the men. The guests had such a fun time and it's nice they don't have to travel. You can't imagine the views they are stunning. We we were beyond pleased with the entire day.

I don’t think I can put into words just how beautiful this place is. It’s spacious but still feels intimate and has its own unique charm. As soon as we walked through the entrance I knew this was where I was going to get married. I pictured everything right away and what I loved most was that I just had to bring some flowers and table decor. It’s perfect as is though. This venue gave us the freedom to choose our own vendors. They do offer a list of preferred vendors they work with but you are in no way obligated to use them. Also, THE PRICE! We had a pretty strict budget to stick to so when we found out the tables, linens and chairs were provided I was sold! I didn’t think it could get better, then we started working with Nate and Tifany. Nate and Tifany were so helpful through the craziness of planning a wedding. They answered questions quickly and gave their recommendations when asked for / needed. Nate helped so much with set-up the morning of our wedding. I had him moving barrels around for our s’mores and flower arrangements. He was also there later in the afternoon to direct the vendors on where to go and assisted them with anything they needed. This allowed us to relax and just enjoy the day. I decided to use Tifany for my and my bridal party’s hair & makeup and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! These two are just the sweetest, most genuine and down to earth couple and we really really enjoyed working with them! Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Just absolutely perfect! Nate and Tifany, thank you so much for everything you did & continue to do for your couples. You guys did such an amazing job with this venue! I can’t wait to visit and see where our tree is planted and to relive that unforgettable day! I highly recommend The Wildwood Barn & Cottage!

We had the luxury of getting married at the Wildwood Barn and Cottage venue. I cannot express enough how much we loved this venue. The venue itself is large and allowed for adequate spacing for the comfort level of our guests. It is simply and incredibly beautiful location as well. On top of the spacing, much of what we would have had rented was included with the venue. Something that stood out even more, was the exceptional service of the venue owners, Nate and Tifany. They were attentive, gave quick responses, and overall helped our day go as smoothly as possible. Our day was incredible with their helping hands. This place is as amazing as it looks and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks!

This place follows through on everything. They are easy to work with and they work with your special ideas as well. The place is clean and well cared for. There are many things to do, nature walk, games, look at the many "old" things that would have been used on a farm, besides dancing and socializing. They work with caterer to get them setup so you can talk to your guests. They work with music so they have the power to make your day/night musical as well as magical. I recommend them highly.

If you are looking for an enchanting outdoor wedding reception venue with as little hassle as possible, look no further! Our experience at the Wildwood Barn and Cottage was simply amazing. Truly one of the best nights of our lives. The space is great. It is the perfect blend of a large and small venue; something new around every corner, but not so big as to get lost or feel lonely. There is plenty of space to set up your own decorations or just enjoy the rustic ambiance that comes with the venue. They have plenty of unique places to take photos, lots of green space, modern amenities, and just interesting places to see and hang out with people. We especially loved the outdoor dance floor! It really was something that we had never thought of but now, we couldn’t imagine it any other way! It’s really just a fun place to be. Never felt like there was a dull moment. What really impressed us were the owners. We were so impressed by their genuine kindness and concern for us throughout the whole process and especially the weekend of our wedding. We appreciated their no-nonsense, all-inclusive pricing. They helped provide all the extra things that other venues will charge you extra for like tables, linens, chairs, etc. They were also very prompt and professional in their responses to our many questions, always responding within the day. They have a great list of vendors to consult; each one we chose from the list was great to work with and helped make our day fantastic. They both seemed so willing to help us with whatever questions or troubles came our way. I felt like we were in good hands through the entire process. We would highly recommend you check them out! Our day was as close to perfect as it could be, and we owe a lot of it to the Wildwood Barn and Cottage!

The Wildwood Barn & Cottage is such a charming venue and perfect for an outdoor wedding (with great back-up options for indoors too)! The owners were quick to respond and easy to work with, helping us create the atmosphere we dreamed of. The venue made decorating very easy on us as it was amply supplied with decor, signs, linens, wine, barrels and just about everything you need for a rustic wedding. We would highly recommend this venue to all friends and family and couples getting ready to start their lives together!

I recently went to a wedding at THE WILDWOOD BARN & COTTAGE...what an AMAZING PLACE!! The grounds are BEAUTIFUL!! Nate the owner is an amazing person!! Very friendly, and was there on the grounds helping any way he could. I would recommend WILDWOOD BARN & COTTAGE, TO ME THEY ARE RATED A 10+ ❤️❤️

Nate and Tifany are wonderful people who made our big day special and worry free. The Wildwood barn & cottage is an enchanting and magical place to say I do and start your forever life. The property has a myriad of beautiful photo opportunities and places for your guest me to venture and enjoy their time.

We loved having our wedding reception here! We got to be really creative with the decor and it ended up being such a dreamy space (and you get LOTS of space). So much more fun than a typical banquet hall. I’d recommend hiring a coordinator to help with the details and set-up/break down, but other than that everything went PERFECTLY!

Honestly? The Wildwood Barn and Cottage was amazing. They’re a smaller operation — just a husband-wife duo with family help — and some portions of the venue continue to improve as their popularity grows (they just built amazing new air-conditioned bathrooms, for instance, and I’m sure more stuff like that is on the way.) That being said, even with small improvement possible here and there, the venue was absolutely spectacular. The property was beautiful, there were many gathering places like a room with a pool table and an area of barrel-tables set up around a fire, so that people could wander around to different locations. The tent was huge and spacious even though we were one of their biggest weddings. They also had their own decorations and linens for us to use! On top of that, Tifany and Nate, the husband-wife duo, were extraordinarily responsive and helpful. She handled all communications and she was always to call and/or email to give extra help, clear up concerns, and bring up possible plans for the venue. Nate helped set up and take down the day off, as well as gave tours of the property, and his help was so appreciated. A freak storm happened during our dinner from 5-6:30 only, and then cleared off, and he ran around and set up flaps on the tent to keep rain from coming in and then took them off as soon as the rain went away. He also helped with some of our disabled relatives and was just so kind and willing to do whatever we needed. Our experience with the Wildwood was unmatched. They’re truly an amazing place we’d highly recommend for a mostly outdoor wedding!

We had our wedding at The Wildwood Barn on May 15th, 2021 and it was absolutely perfect! My sister liked the venue so much she is getting married there in 2023! Our guests also LOVED the venue - it's so unique with all the buildings spread out and it’s rustic charm. We received so many compliments. The owners, Tifany and Nate, are so sweet and helpful -they definitely want to make sure your day is perfect. They are also very prompt with answering any questions you may have via email. The cottage is adorable and quaint- perfect for the girls to get ready in the morning. The two bars were great for a wedding size of 140, and being able to bring your own booze was a huge perk (and $ saver!!). We were able to utilize the beautiful outdoor ceremony space, but you can set up the barn for your ceremony if need be! If your wedding calls for cold weather at night (or even during the day) there are large heaters for both the reception tent and the barn. You can bring your own indoor space heaters for the groomsman garage, boxcar bar and downstairs bar to keep them warm too. There is even space in the boxcar bar to set up a photobooth! The grounds are so beautiful, there are so many great places to take pictures, including the large field, fountain and by the barn. Our photographer was amazed at the different shots she was able to get during the day and at night. Did I mention that it is also an easy shuttle ride to Sun Prairie for those that drank a little too much!? We can't say enough great things about this venue and can't wait to be back in 2023!!

I truly cannot say enough good things about The Wildwood Barn & Cottage. Covid made our original wedding plans completely fall through and it was really disheartening. Our date of October 17th was our 5 year anniversary and it was very important to us that we got married on that day. I knew the moment I walked onto the property that we had to get married there. We were going for a boho style wedding and this venue fit that vision a tee. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Nate walked us through the venue and was very thorough. After booking the next day, Nate and Tifany helped us every step of the way. They took so much stress off of our shoulders after what had been a many months of disappointments. Tifany wrote up an entire wedding day timeline for us to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Also, she even does makeup onsite and did mine and all my bridesmaids makeup and we were all incredibly impressed with her work. Nate was so helpful with setting up and made sure everything was in order by the time of the ceremony. The added bonus is being able to stay at the cottage the night of the wedding. It was so convenient and it's just a beautiful place to stay. I don't have a single negative thing to say about this amazing venue. I would highly recommend The Wildwood Barn & Cottage for your special day.

Amazing! If I could do our wedding day over again I wouldn't change a thing! We changed our wedding venue to the Wildwood Barn and Cottage exactly 2 months before our wedding date, we chose to move outside of Dane County to allow more guests due to COVID restrictions. That being said, I was astounded at how easy and stress free the change was. Tifany and Nate were a dream to work with, from the start we had an e-mail response within the hour, I never felt that they did not have time for me! They made the venue change stress-free and seamless. The extra effort that they put into our day was amazing, Tifany and Nate were even getting drinks for the wedding party during photos so we wouldn't miss out on cocktail hour! Little details like this is what makes a venue truly special and I cannot thank them enough! Not to mention the venue is breathtaking with a million different photo options!

Their love for the property, commitment to sustainability, and excitement to host a wedding of our dreams made them ideal hosts. Tifany was extremely prompt in answering any and all questions that came up. They both were attentive and available exactly when we needed them on the day of the wedding. On top of that, the venue is STUNNING with endless possibilities for customizing your day. We had an intimate ceremony/reception but it can easily handle large weddings, as well. I had to bring very few decorations because the venue truly speaks for itself. Having the venue for the whole weekend also made it feel more special and relaxed. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that includes almost everything you need and is owned by a genuine, loving family, I highly recommend Wildwood!!

The Wildwood Barn & Cottage exceeded all expectations as our wedding venue. Tifany and Nate who run the wedding venue & Airbnb were the best hosts we could have asked for. Due to Covid-19 our original wedding plans fell through, so we were in a pinch to find a venue to host our now, mini wedding. As soon as I reached out to The Wildwood Barn & Cottage, they were more than willing to accommodate our needs to host our wedding within one short month. Tifany and Nate truly have a knack for hosting a wedding. Every detail we didn't think of, they did; clearing the trials, cleaning the pond, golf carting around for pictures, setting up tables and chairs, I could go on! They are by far one of the nicest, and easygoing couples, let alone, wedding venues that we've met. Our wedding was truly pulled off thanks to The Wildwood Barn & Cottage. We will be back to visit in the future!

My fiancé and I just toured this venue and all I can say is WOW! What a great little compound for a wedding venue! We loved all of the little buildings that were decorated so beautifully with antiques. They created trails through the beautiful woods and the cottage was gorgeous. This was a nice, secluded and private location on 40 acres! Tifany is extremely responsive to emails and Nate was a wonderful tour guide, taking us around on his golf cart. Great place, great people!

The Wildwood Barn and Cottage offers the natural beauty of the surrounding woods, and is elevated by how tastefully decorated the barn, outbuildings and cottage are. We loved all the antiques, the beautiful, rustic barn, and the cottage is so quaint, with special touches like organic bedding on beautiful brass beds. Tifany and Nate are wonderful hosts who are very responsive to any questions you have. Book this place--you won't regret it!

We loved our stay and we love the serenity and beauty of the property. There is a lot of history here and you can tell how special this place as soon as you drive in. It is one of a kind property thoughtfully appointed with era appropriate structures and antiques. So romantic! A lovely setting for photos any time of year. My husband and I highly recommend this property for your special day, you won’t be sorry!

What a spectacular venue for a wedding; lovely natural setting with intimate wedding barn, tastefully decorated outbuildings, and charming cottage. The Loeffler's invest a lot of time and effort into making sure everything is spot on for your special event. Living very close to the property makes them readily available to respond within minutes.
