Jerry is the reason I have vivid memories of my wedding. He captured so many moments I didn’t see. Weddings can be beautiful chaos and because of him I was able to see and apprecia...
te it all. He was prompt. Always available night and day. He brought me out of my comfort zone to create amazing shots that I can pass down to infinite generations. If I could pay him to follow me around daily and document my life, I would. He would make the ordinary look exceptional. I would definitely recommend him.
What an awsome and easygoing experience it was working with someone as passionate and artistic as Jerry. Our engagement photos taken by Jerry captured emotion, nature and the star...
t of a strong marriage. One day when I'm old, I will look back at those pictures and remember the experience and the magestic moment s of reality captured in those pictures.
I got married in June of 2012. I must say that I had the BEST experience with The Willis Collection photographers!! I absolutely LOVE my images and my photographer (Jerry) was amaz...
ing. He captured every imaged that I could have wanted and they all looked great! My wedding book looked amazing as well. Both my husband and I, 10 out of 10 recommend this company!!! Thank you to The Willis Collection for being a part of one of the best days of my life!!! 😊
In all honesty, I didn't know what type of experience I would have doing an engagement shoot. However, from the moment we pitched the idea to shoot at Yosemite National Park, to th...
e long car ride to the location, and to the multiple stops around the park to just get that best shot...I can honestly say it was well worth it! Jerry had that amazing ability to make us feel comfortable not only with each other, but with him there so our love could translate in picture. Jerry patiently guided us through the process of shooting, multiple angles, what locations to shoot at, and providing us with a whole new purpose as to why we did an engagement shoot in the first place. Jerry is an intuitive, caring, funny, and energetic man. His ability to use his creative eye to capture exactly what we wanted is beyond words. Best pictures and moments I will forever have.
His personality is amazing!!! I was very nervous at times but he really helped me relax and get things done the best possible way! He even went out of his way to show me how to pos...

in every way exceeded my expectations. I wanted a lot of daring and adventurous shots and Mr. Willis matched my level of enthusiasm and adventure as we took on downtown Detroit for some very cool, gritty shots in front of or nearby many of the city’s landmarks.
Loved having The Willis Collection for photography for our wedding. I was already a huge fan of Jerry's work and was glad to find out he was free for our wedding! Our day was beaut...
iful and he and his team captured so many wonderful moments. Beforhand we had several chats and went over the details of what was important to capture that day as well as location and colors in order to prepare.
My only advice to all couples is to communicate clearly what is important to you on that day. And don't forget to include what important pictures of family members you want! We can't thank Jerry enough. The memories we have in photographs are worth every penny! I highly recommend The Willis Collection
So grateful I got to work will The Willis Collection on my big day! He is extremely professional and talented. I loved the creative direction given for the pictures, as well as the...
candid shots that were taken. The pictures turned out better than I could have imagined!

stic and creative vision for each project is tailored to the personalities and tastes of the couple and the setting of the venue. My husband and I got married at The Peninsula Chicago, and there was no one else better to capture the emotions of the day and glamour/drama/uniqueness of the venue. Jerry is very detail oriented and thoughtful. For example, he checked out the venue in advance to prepare and anticipate how change in natural light impact his frames. He was also very accommodating toward day of schedule/location changes, and made everyone in the party feel at ease (to draw on their natural expressions.) Lastly, his keen instinct resulted in capturing the most amazing ad hoc footage! My husband and I are forever grateful Jerry chose to work with us for our unforgettable wedding day.
