Caroline and Brittany were great! My caterer did not show on my wedding day and they bent over backwards and went above and beyond to not only get me 130 plates of food delivered f...
or my guests within 30 minutes but also served all of the food as well. I never once felt stressed or worried because i knew it was being taken care of. I don’t have enough good things to say. I would recommend this venue to anyone and be able to have the peace of mind knowing things will be taken care of, even if your worst fear happens. I also loved the willow house and the venue was so beautiful.
We couldn't have asked for a better location to host our wedding weekend! Lodging for guests, beautiful scenery, private but easy to get to; The Willow House checked all the boxes....
We took advantage of the many locations on site and hosted our rehearsal dinner out back by the waterfall and enjoyed s'mores by the Groom's Cabin fire-pit on Friday. Our family and friends traveled from all over the country to celebrate with us, and all loved that they were able to stay on the property together. Weddings go by so quickly so having that extra time together was precious. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend The Willow House and Social Barn for your event! The whole process with Ms. Caroline and Brittany was super smooth and very accommodating.
The day of the event ...
ran absolutely perfect! We did not run into any hiccups. As the bride, I had zero stress!
We had the weekend package with seven cabins. The entire property was beautiful! We or our guests were not ready to leave! The cost initially looks a little pricey; however, it is well worth the penny!
Our guests raved and raved about The Willow House & Social Barn! It is truly a hidden gem that we felt blessed to find!
Our wedding was a dream come true! The willow house and social barn was everything we were looking for. Having such great staff, and the best day of coordinator made the entire day...
a breeze. They helped out tremendously leading up to the wedding also. The venue itself was breathtaking, the pictures do not do it justice. Spending the entire weekend there made it feel so much more special, and made it last longer than just one night. It was perfect for our rehearsal dinner and breakfast the morning after the wedding! The river makes it seem like an actual fairytale, and made some of the most romantic, earthy pictures. The barn was just elegant and so rustic at the same time, just gorgeous! Having such an amazing variety of accommodations for our guests made for the best weekend, the entire family and lots of friends were able to make a whole weekend out of it. We would 10/10 recommend The Willow House to any couple!

wing and kept us on schedule all day. The weather was beautiful and we even had a surprise visitor—an elk! I can’t say enough good about this venue!!
We were supposed to marry here back in April of 2020. When we rescheduled for covid, Caroline was so understanding and flexible! I’m SO glad we were able to keep this venue because...
our May 2021 wedding here was absolutely perfect! The property is beautiful and feels secluded. The house accommodated our whole bridal party which made the whole weekend special. Caroline was present, quick to respond and solve any problems, and so kind the whole weekend! The value and ease of all the decor that is included took a load of stress off wedding planning, too! I highly recommend Willow House and Social Barn for a beautiful mountain wedding!
The Willow House and Social Barn is the absolute best venue for a wedding. We booked both the House and Barn for the Ceremony and Reception and couldn't have asked for more. There ...
is tons of space, the views are picture perfect, and the venue comes with a library of accessories available for use. Caroline is the absolute sweetest woman and is great at communicating with you. She was so wonderful about arranging everything on site and making sure things were going smoothly. We splurged and booked the venue for the weekend and I must say it was completely worth it (easy way to have the wedding party stay with you)! There are cabins just in front of the venue gates that make stay for guests/close family/elderly super convenient! We still have friends talk about how much they loved our venue. Thank you Caroline!

e main house and the cabins on the property (not to mention the multiple Airbnbs and hotels in the area). The price tag cannot be beat for what Caroline and her husband provide during your weekend stay (all inclusive decor and use of the beautiful Willow House and grounds for two nights). We highly recommend this place for your moderately sized wedding events!

The venue is beautiful, clean and includes everything you would need to personalize your day, with unique touches you can’t find anywhere else. at Smoky Mountains. We had our rehearsal dinner on the back porch of the Willow House and had our entire bridal party stay at the house as well. It was so wonderful to just walk upstairs at the end of the night! The Social Barn is the perfect location for a reception, with amazing wood details and enough room for plenty of guests, food and a dance floor. Miss Caroline is such a wonderful business owner as well. She was super responsive to all of our questions and had lots of decor items that she rents out for your big day. She provided a wedding coordinator, Holly, who was a dream to work with - providing creative ideas and beautiful styling! We could not have asked for a better location, venue, or experience and recommend the Willow House and Social Barn to all people looking to get married!!

dating. There were so many gorgeous place to take pictures. We stayed the weekend in the house and it was so relaxing, listening to the waterfall right outside the door. We could have stayed forever! We also loved being in the heart of Maggie Valley, yet tucked away in a private in a private little cove. We choose to get married over the gorgeous covered bridge at the entrance to the property. It made for amazing pictures of our ceremony. Definitely the most beautiful venue I have ever been to by far! Dream come true venue!
