The Willow House and Social Barn

We were supposed to marry here back in April of 2020. When we rescheduled for covid, Caroline was so understanding and flexible! I’m SO glad we were able to keep this venue because our May 2021 wedding here was absolutely perfect! The property is beautiful and feels secluded. The house accommodated our whole bridal party which made the whole weekend special. Caroline was present, quick to respond and solve any problems, and so kind the whole weekend! The value and ease of all the decor that is included took a load of stress off wedding planning, too! I highly recommend Willow House and Social Barn for a beautiful mountain wedding!

The Willow House and Social Barn is the absolute best venue for a wedding. We booked both the House and Barn for the Ceremony and Reception and couldn't have asked for more. There is tons of space, the views are picture perfect, and the venue comes with a library of accessories available for use. Caroline is the absolute sweetest woman and is great at communicating with you. She was so wonderful about arranging everything on site and making sure things were going smoothly. We splurged and booked the venue for the weekend and I must say it was completely worth it (easy way to have the wedding party stay with you)! There are cabins just in front of the venue gates that make stay for guests/close family/elderly super convenient! We still have friends talk about how much they loved our venue. Thank you Caroline!

Willow House & Social Barn was an absolutely perfect setting for our wedding weekend. It was beautiful, elegant, and serene, and our guests were comfortably accommodated in both the main house and the cabins on the property (not to mention the multiple Airbnbs and hotels in the area). The price tag cannot be beat for what Caroline and her husband provide during your weekend stay (all inclusive decor and use of the beautiful Willow House and grounds for two nights). We highly recommend this place for your moderately sized wedding events!

Beautiful venue. Caroline was awesome and very helpful. The extra decorations available are awesome and very helpful. Being able to stay at the venue made it so easy for a destination wedding.

The Willow House and Social Barn was the best venue we found in western North Carolina and we looked at almost all of them. Caroline worked hard to answer every question we had, and to make sure everything we wanted on our day happened. She’s kind, generous and a true hostess! The venue is beautiful, clean and includes everything you would need to personalize your day, with unique touches you can’t find anywhere else. We will forever remember this venue and day and couldn’t imagine it being anywhere else!

This venue was the perfect place for our wedding! The view was spectacular and the spaces used were beautiful. They also let you use their inventory of wedding decor, which I loved because it saves you on some expenses.

Such a beautiful place! Caroline was very generous and kind to us and our families the entire weekend. We are very glad we picked this location for our weeding. Make sure you rent the house too!

Our wedding at the Willow House & Social Barn was everything we could have dreamed of and more! The venue is breathtaking, sitting right on a river, with views of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. We had our rehearsal dinner on the back porch of the Willow House and had our entire bridal party stay at the house as well. It was so wonderful to just walk upstairs at the end of the night! The Social Barn is the perfect location for a reception, with amazing wood details and enough room for plenty of guests, food and a dance floor. Miss Caroline is such a wonderful business owner as well. She was super responsive to all of our questions and had lots of decor items that she rents out for your big day. She provided a wedding coordinator, Holly, who was a dream to work with - providing creative ideas and beautiful styling! We could not have asked for a better location, venue, or experience and recommend the Willow House and Social Barn to all people looking to get married!!

I can not say enough amazing things about this gorgeous venue. This venue far exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding! Caroline and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. There were so many gorgeous place to take pictures. We stayed the weekend in the house and it was so relaxing, listening to the waterfall right outside the door. We could have stayed forever! We also loved being in the heart of Maggie Valley, yet tucked away in a private in a private little cove. We choose to get married over the gorgeous covered bridge at the entrance to the property. It made for amazing pictures of our ceremony. Definitely the most beautiful venue I have ever been to by far! Dream come true venue!
