Leave the chaos coordinating to me! I’m always up for an adventure, I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading and organizing! I have been blessed to be married to my best friend, that is what inspires me to help couples find their home here at The Willow. What a perfect place to get married for folks who want the desert experience! We got married here late November and the day could not have been more perfect: 75 degree weather, quiet area, hot air balloons in the background, and the logistics went off without a hitch. The preferred vendors also did an amazing job and helped make the planning process smoother. Thank you to the Willow staff for the beautiful venue and helping make our big day special.

My wife and I cannot express how lovely our day was at The Willow. The entire team is so attentive and kind throughout the whole planning process. We chose to have a destination wedding in the Phoenix area and they made us feel so prepared and equipped for the day! This venue and their staff are some of the best in the business and we loved our experience with them. Book them and you won't regret it!

Our wedding was at The Willow and it was even better than I had dreamed it could be. Bristol was so kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging during all of our planning. The whole staff went above and beyond helping to make the day everything we could have imagined and more. If you’re considering getting married in Arizona, this is far and away the best decision you could make to make your wedding the wedding of your dreams.

BLOWN AWAY BY THE WILLOW!!! Absolutely incredible venue and the BEST STAFF!!! We could not be more thankful for Kelsey and her incredible team for helping us put together our dream day!!! The place is stunning and a beautiful spot for any occasions!! May the Lord Bless you all at the Willow!!!

We would highly recommend The Willow as we had our wedding here in March of this year. The venue was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. They allowed us to come out to check out the venue several times in lead up to our wedding day, and were very flexible helping accommodate our schedule. Their on site staff the day of the event were amazing helping with everything. They had a great selection of vendors that they work with. And the bathrooms stayed clean throughout the entire event! Can not recommend this venue enough.

There are not enough words to say about how incredible this venue is. It was our dream venue and our guests loved their visit! We live out of state and their coordinators made the process seamless. Everyone was so communicative and flexible to help us with every question along the way! I truly was able to enjoy our wedding day and didn’t have to worry about all the logistics. The scenery is gorgeous and they are with you through every step.

I just want to start by saying our wedding day was absolutely amazing. We were traditional in the sense that we did not do a first look- so we had several photos to take after the ceremony. Thanks to our angel of a coordinator, Audri Laney, we were good on time the entire night. She worked hand in hand with the amazing team we had, including our amazing photographer (IG @ abbyhiggsphotography), amazing videographer (IG @ alexc.films) and our awesome DJ. Audri’s organization and communication with everyone involved was the reason our wedding day went as smoothly as possible. She was patient, thorough, kind, and just amazing. I am not a big planner, & I was dreading planning this wedding. Audri was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Once we met her for our final walkthrough that lasted about 2.5 hours, we knew we were in amazing hands. She eased our anxiety then and again at rehearsal and on wedding day. She is exceptional. Seriously- if you are stuck between two or three venues, she is the tie breaker. On top of that, the views at the Willow are stunning from every single angle. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we knew it is entirely because of all the amazing help we had through the Willow, especially Audri, our vendors, and our friends and family. We booked the Willow back in October 2021 for our March 2023 wedding. At that time, the Willow wasn't yet built so all we had to go off of were renderings and a gut feeling that we would have an incredible venue team during the process. Bristol was such an integral part of not only our wedding day itself, but also our wedding journey as a whole. She is so compassionate and eager to help, and is the kind of person that makes you excited for each step of wedding planning, and never like you're asking too many questions. She accommodated an endless amount of venue tours for us, too - since we don't live in Arizona and were always so excited to see the progress of the build any time we had a trip back to AZ planned. On the day of our wedding, Bristol made everything go so smoothly, and took care of the things that we didn't even have on our radar. Her relaxed demeanor made us feel so at ease, and we truly had the most special day. We have so much love for Bristol and the entire Willow team. You can't choose a better venue!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bristol from The Willow. Start to finish, Bristol was an absolute gem. She was always so easy to communicate with via email and text and never made me feel like I was pestering her with too many questions. She reached out to all of our vendors to discuss timelines, expectations, and answer any questions they had which took immense pressure off of us. On the actual wedding day, I was surprised at how calm my husband and I were and how, by some miracle, we actually stuck to our timeline (which she helped create with our photographer). To this day, we still have friends and family tell us how much fun they had and how amazing the staff was.
