The wait staff and bartenders were great and the highest compliments to the chef as the food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the private rooms upstairs from the main restaurant with gorgeous views of the surrounding Lancaster County farmland. The rooms made for a quaint and personal experience with our guests. The wedding was the next day at The Willows, which is on property with the Fireside Tavern, owned and operated by the same family. Having the rehearsal dinner and wedding on the same grounds made it extremely convenient for the bridal party and family members, especially with 2 hotels a short walk from the venue. Micheal was my second favorite person in the world! He checked on me multiple times throughout the event. He even reset the lighting and fireplace in the ceremony room so we could go back to take pictures. The pricing was simplified and easy to understand. It was nice having them handle the food&bev, 1 less vendor to worry about. The venue as a location has its own unique character. It’s perfect as is or you can layer it into your own idea.

Amanda, is absolutely incredible. She is so responsive and made our wedding run so perfectly. She truly goes above and beyond and accommodates to almost any request. Mike, who also assisted with our day, was so great! He even danced with our guests while cleaning up a spill. Our guests continuously complimented how great Amanda and Mike were and how much they helped our day be so perfect. I honestly cannot say enough great things about them. I would recommend anyone plan your event through the Willows so you have the opportunity to work with them! The food was delicious. We did our trial and loved everything, it was so hard to choose. Guests are still raving about how the food was delicious and hot even with having 130 guests. Do not pass up on adding the lamb chops to your hors d’oeuvres, they were outstanding! A lot of our guests also went over to the Tavern for an after party after the wedding and had a fantastic time! The venue itself is gorgeous and absolutely perfect for a winter wedding! If I could do it all over, I would absolutely book the willows again for so many reasons. Our friends and family have also given us so many compliments and commented on how great all of the staff was on wedding day. da is an amazing resource, the absolute best in the business. As a wedding officiant, I have been involved in many weddings, and none have been as seamless and low stress as this one. The food was spectacular, and we received many comments that it was our family’s favorite wedding. There is nothing we would have changed about our wedding experience. To top it off; the grounds and location were stunning for a fall wedding. The staff at the venue truly cares about the grounds, and it always looks beautiful. It is also very helpful to have two hotels in the same compound, for traveling guests. We love the willows and will be back to the fireside for dinner soon!

ight. The grounds were beautiful and made for gorgeous photos. We worked with Amanda who is a total gem. She was so communicative and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and was a lifesaver the day of. She seemingly though of everything. My fiance and I were both really excited for our cheese steak egg roll appetizers but missed them due to pictures and Amanda made sure we still got some. When I realized that I forgot our cake knife, she provided one, and when I brought some extra decor and said "I have this but have no idea what to do with it, she made it fit seamlessly. She also consolidated everything into fewer boxes to allow for easier transport back home and packed up food for us to bring back to our hotel. The waitstaff was so friendly and attentive. I got so many comments about how above and beyond they went including jumping in for a quick assist when there was a spill by a younger guest and even stepping in to take photos for a guest when asked. If I had to plan my wedding over again, I would 1000% percent choose the willows again. I have the most amazing wedding memories and The Willows played a huge role in that. I am so grateful.

The day of the wedding was rainy, we had intended on doing an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, but the grounds were too wet for the chairs, so a last minute change was made to move indoors, all was set up beautifully in record time! Amanda was always available, I feel like she just instinctively knew when we needed her, because we would turn around and she would be there! Of course, the weather turned lovely, so servers continuously brought out trays of appetizers and drinks to the numerous guests who went outside to enjoy the sun! The servers were very attentive and friendly, and were always available when needed. The food at both the rehearsal dinner and the reception was fresh, hot, plentiful and delicious, we received numerous compliments from many of our guests. We had a wonderful experience at The Willows, and would highly recommend their venue for your special day!

After pricing out many different options, The Willows was the best value without having to perform set up and take down ourselves. All in all for approx 100 people for a buffet of amazing food and not having to worry about a single thing we spent around $9600 including the venue, decor, food, and drinks (we had a cash bar). It was worth every penny.

I can't say enough good things about our experience: Amanda was amazing--she was the glue that held everything together; the bartending staff was attentive to our guests, but also took extra special care to make sure the bride and groom had everything we needed; the hot and cold hors d'oeurves were the appropriate temperature and the soup and main meal were delicious. It is rare that you find a place that has good ambiance, as well as good food! The clean up process after the wedding ( getting all our wedding favors and décor ) was also painless for me thanks to the Willows staff-- they were thorough, fast and efficient! I was able to focus on the important things on our special day.

was perfect for our smaller wedding as well (90ppl) with the bridal lounge just across the hall. The food was amazing, and you get a lot of options for sides. Our guest could not stop talking about how good everything they tried was!!! They were so accommodating as well to 2 of my guest who had very specific dietary restrictions. Most of all we couldn’t imagine how we would have gotten through the day without the day of planner Amanda and her amazing team! Seriously, they were so supportive, accommodating and on top of everything with the friendliest biggest smiles! It was raining that day and they were so on top of getting chairs and tables dried and everything set up on time for us, while even setting up the backup indoor location just in case. Amanda checked in with us all day and night to be sure we had everything covered and didn’t need anything. Even our guest commented how impressed they were at how on top of things she and the entire team was, and the cost was perfect, unlike other venues they don’t try to be ridiculous because it’s a wedding. They made sure my husband and I felt extra special throughout our day and were incredibly kind. The food was amazing, and the space is beautiful. The venue has provided decor, but you are also allowed to add anything extra you would like, so we were able to add personal touches without lugging a bunch of stuff to the venue to worry about. The venue staff oversee setup and tear down of all your decor, so we could really focus on enjoying our day, and the convenience of having hotels within walking distance made it feel like a weekend resort getaway with our family and friends! It is impossible for me to describe all of the things that make this venue the absolute best, but The Willows and the staff there are true gems! Book them…you won’t regret it!

d her team were simply phenomenal! The rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception were everything we imaged and more. We had about 155 people at the ceremony and reception. The reception space was plenty large enough to accommodate our group. Every food item served at both the rehearsal dinner and the reception were delicious and plentiful. Many wedding venues come with a reputation of subpar food. The Willows is by far an exception to this reputation. The serving staff, specifically Bridget, also paid close attention to specific foods and drinks that the bride, groom, and their families were consuming throughout the weekend. During the reception and rehearsal, serving staff made sure these folks always had their preferred drink in their hand. This was a very personal touch! I will note that we had small gluten-free cake for the bride and groom to cut which was supposed to be then cut for the guests. Somehow that got overlooked even though it was indicated on the BEO. A very minor detail as there were plenty of other desserts, just not GF. I apologized to the groom and the other affected guests. They were very understanding and said they had filled up on the delicious food from dinner and didn’t need dessert! I should have been on top of it earlier than I was. We had 8 females getting hair and makeup done in the bridal suite throughout the morning of the wedding day. The setup for the suite worked perfect for our group. There were two smaller dressing rooms that were used for hair and makeup. The rest of the group hung out in the suite which had plenty of seating, music, a bathroom, and a food serving area. Amanda was very helpful throughout the planning process to ensure that my daughter’s wishes were fulfilled for her day. Amanda was also very visible throughout the wedding day to make sure everything went according to plan! Her communication with the vendors was impeccable and she was pivotal in reducing last minute questions that were directed to the bride on her wedding day. As we saw the temperature for the wedding day rising a few days prior to the wedding (95 degrees), Amanda also accommodated a last-minute request to distribute ice cold water to the wedding guests during the ceremony. Not only was Amanda a wonderful coordinator; she even bartended, served, and cleared plates as necessary to make sure our day stayed on schedule. Amanda was extremely attentive to the bridal suite during the morning of the wedding to make sure we always had everything we needed to remain stress-free! The Willows is the perfect all-in-one venue. Some wedding guests also ventured down to the Fireside for the after party which was an added onsite perk! I would highly recommend The Willows for your dream wedding day!

When the big day came, she always managed to be there exactly when we needed her, and even helped my mom bustle up my dress prior to the reception. She is a fabulous coordinator. The food was amazing; seriously, everyone was talking about it. Their famous tomato bisque really is that good! The servers were great, and one server even provided the wedding party food during cocktail hour so we wouldn’t miss it. Overall, the day was amazing and absolutely worth waiting for, and I would wholeheartedly recommend The Willows to anyone! Also, the Fireside Tavern is great, we had a little after party at the bar!
