The Willows at Historic Strasburg

Amanda was so helpful throughout the whole process of planning our rehearsal dinner! She allowed us drop items off in advance and everything was prepared for our arrival. Food was excellent!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Firestone and it was great! The venue was cute and well decorated, the staff was very attentive, the coordinator was very responsive and last but not least, the food was amazing!! It was such an easy event to plan thanks to the Fireside staff!

We had an amazing experience with the Willows. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and our guests had amazing things to say about the venue, the food, and the entire flow of the night. The grounds were beautiful and made for gorgeous photos. We worked with Amanda who is a total gem. She was so communicative and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and was a lifesaver the day of. She seemingly though of everything. My fiance and I were both really excited for our cheese steak egg roll appetizers but missed them due to pictures and Amanda made sure we still got some. When I realized that I forgot our cake knife, she provided one, and when I brought some extra decor and said "I have this but have no idea what to do with it, she made it fit seamlessly. She also consolidated everything into fewer boxes to allow for easier transport back home and packed up food for us to bring back to our hotel. The waitstaff was so friendly and attentive. I got so many comments about how above and beyond they went including jumping in for a quick assist when there was a spill by a younger guest and even stepping in to take photos for a guest when asked. If I had to plan my wedding over again, I would 1000% percent choose the willows again. I have the most amazing wedding memories and The Willows played a huge role in that. I am so grateful.

From day one Amanda was attentive to all my questions with quick responses via email. Food was absolutely amazing and had nothing but positive remarks from all the guest. They had everything set up perfectly the day of and clean up was a breeze as the staff helped package everything up at the close of the reception.

Wow! We were blown away with this venue! The service we received for our 100 person reception was unlike any other wedding I have ever attended. Amanda was wonderful to work with to create our 1920s theme wedding. We received MANY compliments on the food! Everything about this venue from the location, the staff and the food was simply amazing!

My daughters wedding was held at the Willows on October 14, 2023. The food was amazing, the service was second to none and the venue was elegant and beautiful. Amanda Kramer, the coordinator for the Willows was far and away the best I’ve ever seen. She made the reception amazing with her availability, knowledge and professionalism. Whatever they pay her, it is not enough. She was flat out sensational.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our daughter's wedding reception at the Willows, and especially the excellent service from Amanda Kramer, the coordinator for The Willows! From our first meeting, Amanda was kind, considerate, informative and ALWAYS on top of every detail. The day of the wedding was rainy, we had intended on doing an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, but the grounds were too wet for the chairs, so a last minute change was made to move indoors, all was set up beautifully in record time! Amanda was always available, I feel like she just instinctively knew when we needed her, because we would turn around and she would be there! Of course, the weather turned lovely, so servers continuously brought out trays of appetizers and drinks to the numerous guests who went outside to enjoy the sun! The servers were very attentive and friendly, and were always available when needed. The food at both the rehearsal dinner and the reception was fresh, hot, plentiful and delicious, we received numerous compliments from many of our guests. We had a wonderful experience at The Willows, and would highly recommend their venue for your special day!

We would recommend The Willows without a doubt! Amanda was amazing in helping us plan out our perfect day and kept us on track. In addition, Amanda was responsive any time we had a question and an over all pleasure to work with! The servers that worked our wedding were also very kind and attentive. We had a great experience with the Willows right from the start! While searching for a reception venue, the Willows stood out as Amanda was prompt at communication without being overly pushy. We absolutely loved having our wedding here! Every aspect of planning was smooth and Amanda was beyond helpful! Our guests were raving about the food and everyone said they loved the ease of the venue with everything on site! The staff was extremely helpful, and made sure we could enjoy our night. Being able to have drinks, catering and venue in one place was the easiest way to plan, and the Willows did not disappoint at all. I can not recommend this place enough.

If you are looking for a formal wedding venue with great customer service and quality of food this venue is perfect. The coordinator, Amanda, and her team were there every step of the way to make planning our reception a breeze even through Covid delays. The food and service was also exceptional; an overall great experience.

We could not have chosen a better wedding venue for our special day. With an all inclusive package we didn't have to worry about a single thing. All of the set up and take down was taken care of for us, even the decorations that I made were carefully set out then packed up for us at the end of the night. The space was so beautiful that i would not have even needed my own decor if I didn't want to worry about it. Their event coordinator Amanda went above and beyond and made everything flow so nicely. From the moment we expressed interest in having our event there until the end of the night of our wedding she handled every detail perfectly. Her communication was always prompt and kind. The food was fantastic and everyone at the end of the night was saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had! We just could not be happier with our choice and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the future. After pricing out many different options, The Willows was the best value without having to perform set up and take down ourselves. All in all for approx 100 people for a buffet of amazing food and not having to worry about a single thing we spent around $9600 including the venue, decor, food, and drinks (we had a cash bar). It was worth every penny.

Perfect venue! Loved being able to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, photos, reception, etc. all in the same place. Staff was friendly, and the Wedding Coordinator (Amanda) was amazing, detail oriented, super attentive, and organized throughout the whole process.

The Willows is an awesome place to have a wedding! My husband, myself and especially our daughter were very pleased. When my daughter and I first saw the ballroom, we were in awe! I cannot express how amazing Amanda and the whole staff at the Willows were. Our wedding was flawless because of them! The food was FANTASTIC and our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the day was. The courtyard was beautiful and we are so grateful for the fabulous decor and extras they provide. Having an all-inclusive venue like the Willows made our day so much easier and was definitely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Huge thank you to Amanda! We had an amazing experience from start to finish at The Willows! Amanda was a dream to plan with, she is extremely efficient and has high attention to detail. The food was amazing and the space is gorgeous. We have memories that we will cherish for a lifetime thanks to everyone’s hard work!

A perfect wedding day and experience. Amanda and her team were consummate professionals and ensured that there was no detail left undone. She was able to anticipate my every need so that I did not have to worry about anything; she managed both the big and the small details so we could enjoy our guests and our very special day. I can't say enough good things about our experience: Amanda was amazing--she was the glue that held everything together; the bartending staff was attentive to our guests, but also took extra special care to make sure the bride and groom had everything we needed; the hot and cold hors d'oeurves were the appropriate temperature and the soup and main meal were delicious. It is rare that you find a place that has good ambiance, as well as good food! The clean up process after the wedding ( getting all our wedding favors and décor ) was also painless for me thanks to the Willows staff-- they were thorough, fast and efficient! I was able to focus on the important things on our special day.

The entire experience at The Willows and The Fireside Tavern was EXCEPTIONAL; from Amanda, our coordinator, who was so attentive and helped to make for the perfect day, to the food, atmosphere, amenities, and the list goes on and on! The food was fantastic at both the rehearsal at Fireside and at the reception at The Willows. The outside ceremony was so lovely. My son and daughter in law's day at the The Willows was perfect. Would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about our experience here. We loved the location, people, food and cost! We had our ceremony in the romantic outdoor garden which was perfect. The reception hall was perfect for our smaller wedding as well (90ppl) with the bridal lounge just across the hall. The food was amazing, and you get a lot of options for sides. Our guest could not stop talking about how good everything they tried was!!! They were so accommodating as well to 2 of my guest who had very specific dietary restrictions. Most of all we couldn’t imagine how we would have gotten through the day without the day of planner Amanda and her amazing team! Seriously, they were so supportive, accommodating and on top of everything with the friendliest biggest smiles! It was raining that day and they were so on top of getting chairs and tables dried and everything set up on time for us, while even setting up the backup indoor location just in case. Amanda checked in with us all day and night to be sure we had everything covered and didn’t need anything. Even our guest commented how impressed they were at how on top of things she and the entire team was, and the cost was perfect, unlike other venues they don’t try to be ridiculous because it’s a wedding. This venue for my wedding and reception was a dream come true. The venue was beautiful and elegant in every way. Amanda was the day of coordinator and she was absolutely the best….she was professional and very attentive/helpful. She and her staff worked very hard to make my day the best and went above and beyond to make it happen. The food was delicious and many of my guest expressed how they loved the food and location. I highly recommend this establishment for weddings….you will not be disappointed!

The Willows at Historic Strasburg is THE BEST venue in South Central PA! I cannot say enough good things about how amazing our experience was from start to finish. Amanda was incredibly responsive throughout our planning and as we finalized our guest counts, she even suggested an alternative reception layout that ended up being perfect for us and our guests. They made sure my husband and I felt extra special throughout our day and were incredibly kind. The food was amazing, and the space is beautiful. The venue has provided decor, but you are also allowed to add anything extra you would like, so we were able to add personal touches without lugging a bunch of stuff to the venue to worry about. The venue staff oversee setup and tear down of all your decor, so we could really focus on enjoying our day, and the convenience of having hotels within walking distance made it feel like a weekend resort getaway with our family and friends! It is impossible for me to describe all of the things that make this venue the absolute best, but The Willows and the staff there are true gems! Book them…you won’t regret it!

The rehearsal dinner evening was lovely. The event space was elegant and comfortable. We received many compliments on the delicious meal and great service. Amanda and her staff are spot on professionals. The tone for the rest of the weekend was set nicely.

My daughter and her husband had their wedding and reception at The Willows at Historic Strasburg. What a wonderful venue!! We could not have been happier with the day. Amanda and her team were simply phenomenal! The rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception were everything we imaged and more. We had about 155 people at the ceremony and reception. The reception space was plenty large enough to accommodate our group. Every food item served at both the rehearsal dinner and the reception were delicious and plentiful. Many wedding venues come with a reputation of subpar food. The Willows is by far an exception to this reputation. The serving staff, specifically Bridget, also paid close attention to specific foods and drinks that the bride, groom, and their families were consuming throughout the weekend. During the reception and rehearsal, serving staff made sure these folks always had their preferred drink in their hand. This was a very personal touch! I will note that we had small gluten-free cake for the bride and groom to cut which was supposed to be then cut for the guests. Somehow that got overlooked even though it was indicated on the BEO. A very minor detail as there were plenty of other desserts, just not GF. I apologized to the groom and the other affected guests. They were very understanding and said they had filled up on the delicious food from dinner and didn’t need dessert! I should have been on top of it earlier than I was. We had 8 females getting hair and makeup done in the bridal suite throughout the morning of the wedding day. The setup for the suite worked perfect for our group. There were two smaller dressing rooms that were used for hair and makeup. The rest of the group hung out in the suite which had plenty of seating, music, a bathroom, and a food serving area. Amanda was very helpful throughout the planning process to ensure that my daughter’s wishes were fulfilled for her day. Amanda was also very visible throughout the wedding day to make sure everything went according to plan! Her communication with the vendors was impeccable and she was pivotal in reducing last minute questions that were directed to the bride on her wedding day. As we saw the temperature for the wedding day rising a few days prior to the wedding (95 degrees), Amanda also accommodated a last-minute request to distribute ice cold water to the wedding guests during the ceremony. Not only was Amanda a wonderful coordinator; she even bartended, served, and cleared plates as necessary to make sure our day stayed on schedule. Amanda was extremely attentive to the bridal suite during the morning of the wedding to make sure we always had everything we needed to remain stress-free! The Willows is the perfect all-in-one venue. Some wedding guests also ventured down to the Fireside for the after party which was an added onsite perk! I would highly recommend The Willows for your dream wedding day!

We got married on November 20, 2021. We were originally supposed to get married on November 21, 2020. Postponing was hard, and the uncertainty was a bit much at times. Amanda, however, was beyond amazing and really helped us through this process! She was very diligent with reminding us of due dates and providing updates, and was easy to get in touch with. When the big day came, she always managed to be there exactly when we needed her, and even helped my mom bustle up my dress prior to the reception. She is a fabulous coordinator. The food was amazing; seriously, everyone was talking about it. Their famous tomato bisque really is that good! The servers were great, and one server even provided the wedding party food during cocktail hour so we wouldn’t miss it. Overall, the day was amazing and absolutely worth waiting for, and I would wholeheartedly recommend The Willows to anyone! Also, the Fireside Tavern is great, we had a little after party at the bar!

From start to finish, Amanda and the rest of the team at The Willows at Historic Strasburg went above and beyond our expectations. We did not look at any other venues (though we did compare), knowing before we were even engaged it was a beautiful venue, fantastic food in the restaurant, and the packages offered are far more inclusive than anywhere else in the region! Amanda is responsive, attentive, and accommodating, and her attention to detail throughout the planning process & day of is top notch. They were nothing but gracious with COVID decisions, keeping us informed to help us make the best decisions for us, & the rescheduling process. Our day itself was perfect - from consistently making sure we (and our bridal party/parents) were fed & taken care of to Amanda's eye for initial placement & rearranging of decorations throughout the evening, everyone went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The food was highly praised by our guests & our other vendors even commented that it was one of if not the best food they've had to eat at a wedding! If you are considering The Willows, you will not be disappointed in your experience & having our wedding and reception here was the best investment we made for our wedding.

What can I say.. The Willows, and especially Amanda, were phenomenal! They know exactly what they are doing and handled the set up, event order, and more for me. There was not a single moment on the day of the wedding that I felt stressed or overwhelmed because Amanda had everything under control. The ceremony and reception venue were beautiful. There are hotels and everything you would need as a guest on site. I'm fact, many of our guests commented on how perfect the location is. To top it all off, the food from the Fireside Tavern is delicious. We've eaten there a few times and have never been disappointed. I would 100% recommend this venue.

The Willows was such a great venue for our wedding reception! The food is incredibly good, the space is beautiful, and the staff were great to work with. Amanda Kramer, the on-site coordinator, was very responsive and easy to work with. She made sure everything went smoothly, and we really had nothing to worry about. The outdoor area where we had our cocktail hour is also gorgeous, and it was a great place for photos.

The Willows was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I had wanted an indoor ballroom with a fairytale feel and I knew this was it from the first time I saw it. We had booked it at the end of 2019 and Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the pandemic up until our wedding day. The Willows had the best food, many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had, the gold decor was perfect for my theme, and again Amanda was the perfect coordinator, so responsive and helpful. I could not recommend this place more, I wish I could get married again to just have another wedding at the Willows!

We looked at lots of venues before choosing The Willows at Historic Strasburg and I'm so happy we kept looking and didn't settle for another venue. The Willows had everything we wanted and more! It was absolutely gorgeous, the food was great,lots of hotels nearby and a bar to keep the party going a little longer. Amanda was great to work with every step of the way and the rest of the staff is amazing as well they truly helped make our wedding perfect!

The first of our four children’s wedding and we were absolutely thrilled with The Willows, our experience was sheer joy. Amanda was not only punctual with return calls or emails, she and her staff were professional, friendly and fun! Everything from the service, to delicious food and wonderful ambiance was superb! Also, wouldn’t be fair not to mention the short walk next door to the Fireside tavern bar accommodating us and overnight guests after the reception even though they close at 10 pm! Lisa and her staff were great! Thank you all, including the Clarion Inn for contributing to a perfect weekend and wonderful experience!

We recently hosted my sister's Covid-delayed wedding at the Willows. The environment, service, and food were top notch. Amanda, the event manager was fantastic. And, the venue was very flexible in managing the evolving pandemic and its impact on their customers. I would highly recommend the Willows.

The Willows was the perfect place for our wedding reception. They made planning our reception super easy and were always patient and understanding with our many questions during the months leading up to the wedding. They were also flexible and genuinely did everything they could to make our day special (including serving my husband french fries with his meal even though it wasn't on the official reception menu). When our big day arrived everything ran incredibly smoothly and was well organized. Once we arrived for the reception I didn't need to worry about anything! My husband and I were well looked after during the reception as were our guests. The food was delicious and the staff even packed us up some to enjoy later. They also handled all the clean up meaning we could enjoy every second of our fun night right until the very end. I can't say enough good things about this venue! They were wonderful.

Worth the wait! #BLTN2021 (Better Late Than Never). My husband and I have known each other since high school. We spent decades almost dating and then not. Finally in January 2018 we began dating and were engaged in November, 2019. Our wedding was to be 8.14.2020...well COVID made us wait an extra year. While we had already wed legally, we were very anxious to have our ceremony with friends and family on 8.13.2021. The Willows was WELL worth the wait. We had a magical experience that was one we nor our guests will soon forget. The venue was gorgeous. Our event coordinator from the Willows, Amanda, could not have been more helpful, patient, and thorough. She has an eye for detail and made me feel like ours was the only wedding the Willows was concerned about...I know that to be untrue, but what an amazing level of care and personalized attention was lavished on us. I simply can't say enough about the beauty of the venue, deliciousness of the food, and attentiveness of the service staff and their coordinator, Amanda. We were told over and over as our guests headed out that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended...while we would like to take the credit, it was due to the professionalism and unparalleled commitment to excellence of your venue, The Willows at Historic Strasburg.

Amanda and the entire Willows Team was amazing throughout the entire process. After originally having a date set in November of 2020 to cancelling and then rebooking on our 1 year anniversary. She kept everything organized and professional and organized. Dropped off our decor the day before event and 2 hours later had 75 percent of everything set up and looking better than we could of imagined. She handled an issue we had with a vendor and was resolved by 10 am the morning of our event. She was attentive throughout the day to my wife, myself and our entire bridal parties needs throughout the day. She was great with food allergies, and making adjustments so that all our friends and family could enjoy. We even had a friend who could never eat at weddings because the food always contained gluten but ours was the first wedding she could actually eat, and enjoyed the entire plate. We are so happy that we chose this as our venue. It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue in the Lancaster area.

Everything about the Willows was perfect from the start. Professionalism, kindness, responsiveness, fabulous food and the list goes on. The staff that worked the event made everything run like clockwork. Amanda was absolutely phenomenal. She kept us on target leading up to the event. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with everything.

We held our rehearsal dinner at the Fireside Tavern and everything was wonderful. I worked closely with Amanda and she was great to work with. She was very quick in responding to phone calls and emails and clearly answered all of my questions. The banquet room is very nice and the food was delicious. We had dinner scheduled for a certain time but once we got there realized we could have it served 45 minutes earlier and Amanda ensured this which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a rehearsal dinner. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back here to eat in the restaurant as we have never been here before but have heard good things from several friends and family.

We can not say enough about Amanda and her team at The Willows! From planning to finish Amanda’s attention to detail, friendly demeanor, thoroughness and organization helped keep us on schedule and ensure nothing was missed all while making our big day unforgettable! Everyone commented on how good the food was, and the beautiful and warm decor and lighting. Service was great during the bridal suite moments getting ready and through the reception. We had a small intimate ceremony with just immediate family followed by a large reception if 135. We had a few requests such as a surprise 70th birthday cake for my dad which Amanda had everything scheduled and accommodated, to some other requests which Amanda and the owners accommodated as well for additional costs even though not done previously. Amanda also took control and redirected the rehearsal from officiant when things started to get off track (thank you!). Most people getting married have never given a wedding before so it can be very overwhelming and stressful. Amanda and her team helped us through a lot of the decision making, assisting us with suggestions and direction that was invaluable due to her expertise. It was a big help! We were even asked the number of rooms staying at the accompanied hotels so the could staff the tavern fir our afterparty appropriately! I look over well after the wedding and there’s Amanda checking with the bartenders! If only we could have bought her a drink! Everyone said our wedding was one if the best they had been to and The Willows and Amanda and team were a huge part of that! Thank you all for making our day unforgettable!!

My daughters wedding at The Willows in Historic Strasburg turned out to be fantastic. This was our first one so we had no experience and no one in the family to recommend any venue. The Willows reception room has an elegant feel to it at night. The fireplaces were lit and lights on the mantle to give it a further feel of elegance. Everyone raved about  the food and service by all. Our contact, Amanda, was so helpful in the planning stages and we relied on her experience and guidance a lot. In addition, while Amanda manages the whole event she is not just a manager. She roles up her sleeves and does whatever is needed. She cleans up, she takes drink orders and delivers them, adding to really good service! As an added bonus is the fact that there is a tavern on premise to go after the wedding and 2 hotels within 100yds walking distance for out of town guests, etc. In short, we made a great decision!

Amanda, Mike and Bridgette were amazing to work with. Day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything, they were right there making sure everything was perfect! The decorations with the gold Christmas theme worked absolutely perfect. The room looked gorgeous. The food was very good. Amanda and her staff took care of all the details and displayed our desserts perfectly as well. we are still in awe of how incredible, magical the day was for our daughter!

Once the venue was selected, I contacted The Willows. Within a few hours our rehearsal dinner was booked! Amanda was so helpful on the room selection and menu suggestions for our special event. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Compliments to the chef, the food was absolutely amazing! Our guests were very relaxed in the atmosphere that The Willows provided. This was a perfect beginning for our son and daughter in law’s new journey. Thank you to the staff for adding the perfect touch!

We cannot sing enough praises about this venue! From the beautiful appearance of the grounds to the friendliness of the coordinators, we felt taken care of from the moment we stepped in for a visit, and that never changed leading up to -- and through -- the big day. Our coordinator, Amanda, is an excellent, attentive resource who ensured that we were satisfied with every step. Our guests raved about the ceremony site and the ballroom, and the staff flawlessly incorporated our decor to create the ambiance we dreamed of. They constantly attended to our guests throughout the reception, from offering more drinks to cleaning up in a prompt manner. As an awesome bonus, they waive their rehearsal dinner room fee if you choose to get married there. With two hotels on site and delicious food, taking advantage of this added perk ensured a simple, convenient weekend for our guests. We wouldn't have changed a single thing about our experience, as The Willows ensured that our marriage started off on the best possible foot.

Amanda and her team at The Willows were absolutely fabulous to work with!! A 5 star rating doesn’t even do them justice! From the very first meeting we had with Amanda over a year ago up until the very last minute of our reception, she was there to help and went above and beyond our expectations and then a little bit more. From the littlest of details to the biggest, she and her team were there every step of the way. I wish we could get married all over again so we could re-live every second! The professionalism, the food, and the entire atmosphere at The Willows was excellent and I’m so happy Amanda and her team were a part of our special day and it truly is a day we will remember forever! We had an excellent experience at the Willows. The food was amazing and the venue is beautiful. Amanda coordinated all aspects of the reception flawlessly. She was available to us for many weeks leading up to the wedding and was onsite the entire day of the reception to make sure everything flowed without any difficulties. The Willows at Historic Strasburg is a wonderful and beautiful wedding venue. My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at The Willows at Historic Strasburg. We were so impressed with how kind and helpful the staff and wedding coordinators, Amanda and Erin, were. Amanda and Erin were more than willing to help with questions and details regarding our ceremony and reception. They were constantly making sure that our wedding day was perfect! Additionally, the food at the wedding reception was delicious. Our wedding guests said nothing but positive things about all food options offered at the reception. Amanda and her assistant were both a pleasure to work with and were consummate professionals. They do it all - from helping on set-up day to overseeing the reception and all its moving parts. They were very organized and their staff is fantastic. In my dual roles as the Mother of the Bride and Decor Designer, they made it easy for me to do my job AND enjoy my daughter's wedding! The bridal dressing area is especially nice, with a big fireplace and lots of seating. The venue is very pretty, and has ample space for guests to mingle without feeling they are on top of one another. The courtyard area with the gazebo was gorgeous with its tasteful plantings and pots. The food was delicious and plentiful, and we really appreciated the server bringing appetizers to us outside as we were getting pictures taken. Many attendees expressed that this was the best wedding reception they had every attended.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Willows! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL grounds inside and outside! I barely had to do any decorating because it’s already so beautiful! They do everything for you, no stress of setting up or tearing down! The food was absolutely amazing! Definitely worth the price! Every single one of our guests loved their food and the service. We were told it’s been the best wedding our guests have been to. We truly believe it was all of The Willows doings! I barely did anything, everything ran smoothly except a little rain on our wedding day! Besides that Amanda was such a blessing & will help you with anything you need! My husband & I plan to go to the restaurant attached every year for our anniversary! Also, try their tomato soup!! We hate tomato soup, but loved loved loved theirs! Nothing but positive things here!!!

To say the Willows met our expectations is an understatement. We had over 140 people in from around the US in for our wedding and everyone raved about how incredible the vibe was and how delicious the food was. Amanda made it a point to check in with us throughout the night and she was extremely attentive to all of our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend the Willows to anyone and everyone! By far incredible choice to have them as our reception venue!

What a beautiful venue! The Willows exceeded my expectations. Their facility was the perfect spot for our ceremony and reception. Their staff was on top of everything. The evening went smoothly. Everything had been cleaned up and boxed up before our eyes. It was seamless and efficient. I do have to thank Amanda who came to the rescue when my mother in law's dress would not zipper. She carefully secured her dress with safety pins so that she could enjoy the evening. Many many thanks to the staff at the Willows!

From the initial online inquiry to the last moments of our wedding reception, Amanda and the staff at The Willows at Historic Strasburg were undoubtedly professional and extremely helpful! I can not recommend this venue enough to engaged couples that are searching for a classy and timeless venue! Our guests still haven't stopped mentioning to us about how delicious the food was, quick and friendly the service was, and stunning the ball room looked! Additionally, we had a couple handfuls of family and friends from out of town traveling for our wedding day, The Willow's has two affordable hotels that are extremely walkable from the venue, very helpful for planning! We had our wedding at The Willows at Historic Strasburg on October 13, 2018. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and can accommodate wedding parties of all sizes. Our ceremony took place in the court yard, which wound up creating spectacular photos! The reception was held inside, which was also beautiful. The space inside offered enough room for all our guests to enjoy their dinner, including a huge dance floor. Speaking of food, this was one of the many things our guests raved about, and continue to do so. While we could go on and on about the venue itself, words cannot describe our gratitude for our Coordinator, Amanda Kramer. Her level of professionalism and responsiveness is outstanding - from the early days of planning to the actual wedding day. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and made everyone feel welcomed and at home. We can’t thank everyone at The Willows at Historic Strasburg enough for making our day so special!

Our son's wedding was this past weekend and we held our rehearsal dinner at the Willows. From the first time we met with Amanda Kramer and her staff until the end of the rehearsal dinner evening, we were treated like royalty. They were always prompt with responding to any questions or changes. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very elegant. Over all the dining experience was wonderful and Amanda and her staff were amazing. Obviously, I would highly recommend having any event at the Willows or the Fireside Tavern!

Anne Marie T. Our son and daughter-in-law planned their wedding at The Willows, and we followed suit for the rehearsal dinner. To say it was superb would be an understatement. The food was on point, and the service was impeccable. The venue itself is charming and cozy with just enough pizazz. Amanda was so attentive that we were convinced there were two of her, as she was always at hand. Service from the rest of the staff was equally wonderful. We continued the celebration at the Fireside Inn where were again met by a warm atmosphere and above-board service. We cannot express just how wonderful our experience was and highly recommend this venue.

The entire staff we worked with at the Willows were friendly, accommodating and very professional. The venue was perfect for the rehearsal dinner we hosted. There was plenty of room for all our guests and the food was absolutely wonderful. One of our most difficult decisions was which menu items to select because they all looked really good. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place for any activity they wanted to host.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with. We had to make last minute changes due to the chapel being relocated we were to have our ceremony in and she was able to accommodate us. She was patient and very helpful even when we had to make the decision to move our outdoor cocktail hour inside due to the rainstorm. They were very accommodating about all of our allergies for our guests as well. Definitely recommend.

I can not say enough about the Willows at Fireside Inn. Amanda made our daughter and son in laws dreams come true. And yes this Mother of the Bride is elated. From start to finish our experience was a 10!! The owners were great, the food was wonderful and we even had the buffet. We have had so many compliments and asked how we found the Willows. Thank you Amanda for giving us so much of your time. Our guest even complimented your efforts. The outside and inside is beautiful. The best Memorial Day weekend ever!!

The Willows was all we could imagine and more for our wedding reception. Each detail was followed and we had a great experience! The food is beyond amazing as well as the service. Amanda was awesome to work with and quick on response with anything we needed.

We had an amazing wedding day, especially thanks to Amanda! From the first time we met with her, she was incredibly helpful and prompt in answering any questions via email or by phone. Amanda went above and beyond on our wedding day, as we needed to move cocktail hour inside the day of our wedding. She is attentive and thoughtful, she even sent a tray of h’ors deuveres out to our bridal party while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour and she noticed immidiately when I had frosting on my dress from cake cutting! The Willows was in the process of being renamed during our wedding and was renamed 3 months prior to our wedding day. It is a gorgeous, whimsical ballroom, perfect for any couple searching for a elegant wedding venue! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how AMAZING the food was! We opted to have a buffet, and food was excellent. The Willows is a very accommodating venue, I was able to add everything I wanted to our wedding day to make it special and unique. We feel very fortunate to have had Amanda as our wedding coordinator and are so thankful we chose The Willows as our venue!

We had our rehearsal dinner and our reception here. Amanda was amazing and took care of everything!!! She was very responsive to any questions that I had. We arrived a little before we were expected at the reception and we were brought food and drinks while we were taking pictures in the garden. The food was fantastic!!!!!! We had several people tell us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Everything was perfect!!!!

We loved the Willows! Amanda was great throughout the whole process: planning, tasting, actual event, etc. She was responsive to all needs and unphased by any little changes or unexpected happenings. The food at the Willows was one of the things my guests are still talking about, three weeks after the wedding. I am so glad that this was the wedding venue we choose. We will go back again to the restaurant
