od, every detail was well thought out both the rehearsal and wedding ran seamlessly.  Amy and her staff are friendly, attentive and strive to make it magical for all.  The venue is absolutely beautiful and we had so many comments from friends and family saying how lovely it was.  Amy also went above and beyond by running home for extra thread when there was a dress malfunction :)  Can’t thank Amy and staff enough for all they did throughout the weekend.

They have experienced staff, plenty of decor to choose from included in your package, tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, plates, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, plenty of bathrooms, and separate areas for the bride and groom to get ready in. After my first meeting and visit, I was instantly sold, even after all the other venues I visited. One of the best parts of hosting a wedding here was just the process. They host open houses quarterly where you can narrow down which vendors you would like to work with, which saves a ton of time and money on things such as tastings. Also, they were great at communication which is extremely important and have 3 planning meetings to make the day fit your vision as much as possible. The Budget: Cost-wise I would say it is very reasonable for the pricing here. I did the all inclusive elopement package and I have to say it was an incredible value. Their package included so much and all I truly had to worry about was a photographer, which I wanted to choose myself anyways. The Grounds: There are multiple ceremony locations which is a huge benefit. There are multiple covered/indoor options and multiple outside options. I chose the greenhouse and it was beautiful. The best part about the multiple options was the inclusion of a weather backup option. I didn't have to worry about what I would do in case of inclement weather. The Grounds also have a place to get ready, plenty of parking, a different location for your cocktail hour and hour reception, and a grooms cabin. The Staff and Amenities: Everyone here has plenty of experience with planning and hosting weddings. They handled setup, take down, unpacked/packed the stuff we brought. If you would like to minimize stress of your wedding day, you need a team like this. The venue also has a fire station about 15 minutes away. This is important in case of medical emergencies at your wedding (unfortunately I speak from experience). The Vendors: I was very particular about how I wanted my wedding flowers. They were one of the most important things to me, and Amy made my vision come to life. I chose Confection Perfection for my cake. I am not even a cake person and their cake is delicious. The DJ was okay. I had a very specific song I wanted for my processional and he did not play the exact version of the song I wanted. It's a bit heartbreaking but this is absolutely not against the venue. Lastly, the food is great and there is a decent variety of menu options available. I was very stressed by the wedding planning process, and if I was with any other venue I would have likely cancelled. They are such a great choice I just knew I wouldn't regret seeing it through. I don't know how I didn't come across them sooner, but I'm hoping they gain popularity as time goes on because this is a true hidden gem.

We were particularly impressed by the extensive decoration inventory you get to choose from, allowing you to create your very own unique wedding appearance. Our resulting decor was breathtaking, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that left us and our guests in awe. We were fortunate to have perfect weather on our wedding day, which only added to the overall experience. Our wedding planner, Amy, was extremely meticulous and paid attention to every detail. Her staff at The Willows Farms, was exceptionally helpful and polite, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Amy made the process run smoothly and seamless from the start to finish and she was an absolute delight to work with! We chose the greenhouse for our ceremony, and the pavilion for the reception. Our guests raved at the natural beauty of the location and expressed how pleasurable it was to enjoy the venue's unique characteristics. And let’s talk about the vendors—wow! The food was excellent, our cake was gorgeous and delicious and the DJ kept the energy alive, and our guests on the dance floor. The preferred vendors included in the package really elevate the entire experience and are second to none. We highly recommend The Willows Farms for anyone looking for a one of a kind, picturesque wedding venue, stress free planning process, great value and a lifetime of wonderful memories. We are so grateful for the memories we made there and wouldn’t hesitate to give them five stars!

Ashlyn was so helpful throughout both my rehearsal and wedding days and she knew exactly what to say or what to do to make things run smoothly. The entire staff is so professional and knew exactly what I was looking for when it came to making my wedding so special. They made wedding planning super easy and I will recommend this venue always! The venue has so many different options for photo spots, on site decor, and many included vendors. A huge stress relief was knowing they had plenty of wedding things included such as table, chairs, tableware, decor etc. to use for my day. They truly helped to make my wedding day perfect and so special and I cannot thank them all enough! If anything went wrong, I had no idea and will forever be grateful for my experience here! I had a 10/10 experience and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

y! We found that the Willows Farm had everything we were looking for. Just about EVERYTHING was included! They provided us with vendors for a DJ, catering, cake, and had a whole warehouse of decorations for us to use. Adding our own vendors to the day was super easy. Amy was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Our day-of coordinator was Anna. Anna was the powerhouse I didn't know I needed! When it rained on our rehearsal, she took charge and made sure everything ran smoothly. When we didn't have time to go through all our decorations, she and her team used their creativity and somehow knew where everything belonged without me having to tell them. It was beautiful. They even set up my seating chart mirror hours before the ceremony was to start, helped bustle my dress, and took care of all the after-wedding stress. My husband and I drove off in peace knowing that their team was making sure all our decorations and gifts made it home. The Willows Farm truly went above and beyond for us. Our guests were captivated by the beauty of it all, as were we. I am so thankful God led us to this venue! Best day and team ever.

Day of, as soon as the bridal party arrived there was a troop of staff ready and willing to help cart all of our belongings up to the bridal suite. Amy checked in several times as she got everything ready that we had agreed upon, keeping everything running to schedule. The day went off without a single hitch (at least that I was aware of! Every single staff member was respectful, helpful, and absolutely on top of everything. Especially Drew-an absolute stand out in terms of enthusiasm, helpfulness, and execution. Drew gathered appetizers and drinks for my new husband and I, following us during post-ceremony photos to make sure we were taken care of. Many of my family members and guests have commented to me how welcome they felt and the helpfulness of The Willows staff. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful ornately carved pieces, not to mention the greenhouses. Again, we received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Overall, The Willows Farm helped deliver the wedding of my dreams, and I wouldn't change a thing!!

nitially toured the venue last year to the end of the night of the wedding. The staff was incredible and took care of us every single step of the way. And on top of all of that, the venue and grounds itself are absolutely breathtaking. I can’t recommend this venue enough for your special day. Drew one of the staff took care of my husband and I and made sure we were fed and had drinks at all times. The other staff who I unfortunately did not get their names were incredible too. All around an amazing experience and I can’t recommend this venue enough. All of their recommended vendors were also fantastic. Grizzle photography, Club Rhett DJ, Events by Dezine catering and bakery are fantastic vendors that also made for an unforgettable day.

verything went flawlessly was much appreciated! As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t have asked for more. Planning was so smooth and easy with Amy’s guidance and organization. We used all of the on-site vendors with the exception of our photographer. The food, entertainment, flowers, etc were exceptional. It was the first of three venues we were to tour but after a few short minutes, we made our decision and I’m so glad we did. It was stress-free from the first day until the final car left the ceremony. The food was amazing, the DJ was fun with a great personality, the servers and bartenders worked nonstop and everyone on staff was helpful, engaging and so nice to each and every person that attended. The packages are various levels of all-inclusive, so there is literally no stress when planning for different vendors. It is incredibly easy to use a vendor off list, and even easier to use a vendor on list. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the day. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this venue. 1000000/10, definitely recommend.

ood to be true. It was not! Last month we celebrated the wedding of our oldest daughter to the “Love of her Life” and it was just plain AMAZING. First off, the package options sold us on The Willows Farm. It includes everything that you want and need, always with ala carte options to spare. Amy handled all of the coordination throughout the year. We had a timeline that included exactly what we wanted, and they handled any last second changes without question. It truly was wonderful, and we had so many compliments from our guests as to the venue, the food, everything about the wedding. Thank you Amy, and the Willows Farm staff, for making that day “stress-free” and wonderful!

The Willows Farm had 2 open houses every year, and we were lucky to be able to attend 3 of them. At the open houses, we were able to taste the amazing food by Events By Dezine, taste different cake options, visit the two DJ booths, and so much more. The Willows Farm also had a full room of decorations to choose from which made the planning process so easy. We chose to have our ceremony inside the Pavilion, which has an amazing chandelier in the center and beautiful windows overlooking the small pond. Cocktail hour was across from the Pavilion at The Willows House, and the ceremony space was flipped for the reception in under an hour, so we had plenty of time to take bridal party photos, family photos, and couples photos. The venue has amazing photo opportunities including near the willow trees, as well as the outside ceremony location and pond. If you are looking for an affordable, classy, and beautiful wedding venue that has everything you could ever think of, The Willows Farm is the way to go.

Willows Farms because it was just perfect. It was the fairy tale wedding my daughter wanted. Amy did a great job communicating throughout. Always answered our questions and accommodated exactly what we requested. Food was delicious and the cake was scrumptious (Jill Cakes). DJ was professional and on task. Photographer Abbey Williams is simply amazing and Zach did a superb job with the video!Staff helped us load our things we had brought and the extra food and cake was packed and loaded for us too!
