We cannot say enough amazing things about The Willows, Peachtree, and Grace! From the moment we started planning, the venue was so accommodating and truly allowed us to make the space and our wedding day our own. We had so much freedom to bring our vision to life, and the venue itself was absolutely beautiful. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service throughout the entire night was just as impressive. We received so many compliments from our guests, and even two months later, people are still talking about the food, especially the desserts! One of the things our guests constantly mentioned was how seamless the service was. No one had to wait in line at the bar which was important to us, and everything felt so well organized and effortless throughout the night. The food and service were such an important part of our wedding experience, and Peachtree completely exceeded our expectations. There truly are not enough words to describe how phenomenal Grace is. From the beginning of the planning process through the very end of our wedding day, she was attentive, organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. She thought of absolutely everything and helped ensure that our day ran as smoothly as possible. As I reflect on our wedding, one of the biggest things I tell everyone is just how calm I felt throughout the entire day. I genuinely felt like nothing had “gone wrong”, and I know that was because Grace was behind the scenes making sure everything was handled. Being able to completely relax and enjoy every moment of your wedding day is truly priceless, and she gave us that gift. Beyond being incredibly talented at what she does, Grace is also personable, funny, and just so much fun to work with. She made the entire wedding planning process enjoyable while always keeping us on track. We cannot recommend Grace enough. She is truly exceptional at what she does, and we feel so incredibly lucky to have had her as such an important part of our wedding!

First of all, the property itself is incredible. From the historic mansion, the area where our ceremony was held and the sprawling hills and landscaping. As soon as you drive into the main entrance, you see the beautiful ponds and fountains with Willow trees around them. I can’t picture a more beautiful view for making your way up to the mansion. Then once you get to the back terrace, you look down and around at the incredible landscape. The grounds have so many plant and tree varieties and are very well maintained. When it came to the food, we were blown away. At cocktail hour, everyone raved about the taco bar and how they wished they could’ve had something on that level at their own weddings. The entrees were a good portion and flavorful, unlike some of the other weddings I’ve been to where the food is bland and dry. But I have to say, the desserts at the end of the night were my favorite. The mini strawberry and cookies and cream milkshakes were addicting. I honestly think I had 7 or 8 of them! The food truly exceeded our expectations and was truly delicious. As for the staff, well they went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we need and all of our questions were answered. Grace and the rest of the PeachTree catering team really made sure that we and our guests were accommodated throughout the whole day. As soon as we first went to visit the venue, Grace helped us envision what our wedding could look like at the Willows in late May and when the time came, it was exactly that and more. On the day of the wedding, all of the staff paid attention to detail. My wife has a food allergy and everyone made sure there was no chance of her getting a reaction which we truly appreciated. The whole staff made sure each part of our wedding day flowed smoothly and helped everyone have a fun time. Even at the end of the night, with pouring rain (somehow it held off till the very end of our reception) they helped us gather all of our belongings and pack them into our vehicles. I can’t thank them all enough for the hard work they put into making sure my wife and I were truly happy with our big day! My wife and I will always recommend the Willows to any couple we know looking to get married!

The Willows is a historic wedding and event venue in Villanova, PA, on Philadelphia's Main Line. The European-style mansion is set in a 49-acre public park in Villanova with a magnificent landscape of hills, trails, trees and ponds. This historic Spanish Revival mansion was built in 1910. Facilities + Capacity The Willows Mansion serves as the gathering point for your event. Situated at the end of a long, winding driveway, the three-story mansion overlooks a sweeping panorama of tall trees, flowering plants, and a picturesque pond. The exterior features a red-tiled roof, smooth plastered walls, wrought iron balconies and a Spanish-style courtyard. Inside the Mansion there is a gracious foyer, dining room, a paneled library. The solarium, with Italian marble terrazzo floor and glass doors, opens onto a curved terrace with a view of the idyllic and serene setting. The Willows holds just one event per day to give couples the time and attention they deserve. The venue accommodates weddings of up to 150 guests during tent season, with smaller celebrations possible inside the mansion during the winter months. . Outdoor ceremonies take place against one of The Willows’ most recognizable features: the curved stucco wall and fountain, framed by the surrounding landscape. Cocktail hour can move through the mansion and terraces. Dinner takes place in a white tent on the hillside, with dancing in the mansion’s light-filled solarium. Services Offered Peachtree Weddings provides delicious high-quality cuisine and full-service event planning at The Willows. All services are personal; all menus, floor plans and timelines hand-tailored and customized so no two events are alike. Packages are all-inclusive with all equipment provided for ⁠— tables, chairs, china, flatware, linens, barware ⁠— and include event coordination, set-up and cleanup. Additional services include: · On-site parking · Event rentals · Lighting and sound · Outside vendors · Bar · Pet- friendly · WiFi Wedding receptions last five hours. The Willows has an event curfew of 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 9 PM on Sundays. An on-site ceremony includes guest arrival and ceremony time, ceremony chairs, staffing for setup and breakdown, and a rehearsal during the week of the wedding. Food + Drink Weddings at The Willows are catered by Peachtree Weddings. Menus are seasonal and customizable, with food prepared largely from scratch in our own kitchen. Offerings range from passed hors d’oeuvres and stationary displays to plated dinners, dinner stations, desserts and late-night snacks. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and we can accommodate a range of dietary restrictions and allergies. Wedding packages include a five-hour open bar, with opportunities to customize spirits, wines, local craft beer, seasonal and signature cocktails. The venue provides all alcoholic beverages as licensed through the PA Liquor Control Board.

ator. As a queer and trans couple, we felt seen, affirmed, and safe throughout the whole process. We got compliments on the venue the whole day. Even my dad (a retired professional chef of 30+ years) complimented the food multiple times. The burrata bar was a dream come true, and the custom mocktail Peachtree made for us was one of our favorite parts of the wedding and people are still complimenting it weeks later. Peachtree was also incredibly accommodating of our unique requests. When we toured the Willows, we fell in love with one particular part of the property for the ceremony. Even though no one had done their ceremony there before, Grace and Peachtree made it happen flawlessly. And, when we wanted to do the ceremony outdoors in 30 degree weather, no one batted an eye. They also created a second dining room for us so that our more COVID conscious guests had a safer space to eat. Grace was a dream. She always followed through on our questions, she made all our requests happen, and our day went off without a hitch. You can’t do better than the Willows, Peachtree, and Grace- truly a dream team.

event coordinator Grace led us through everything from our first tour to the wedding night. She made the planning process clear and easy and was with us for every step. She always answered our many questions and emails quickly and gave amazing advice and suggestions on everything that we had no idea about. Grace listened to the vision that we had and made everything a reality and even better. Our dignitary Ashley made us feel special from the second we arrived on the wedding day. She brought our wedding parties everything that we needed while getting ready in the suites, was on her hands and knees setting up all of the little details throughout the venue, had a drink in each hand for us when we reached the end of the aisle after the ceremony, made sure that we got a piece of every appetizer and dessert, and was there for us throughout the whole day. The venue and the setting that it provided for our wedding is beautiful. The photos from our ceremony look amazing, and the property provides so many good spots for portraits. Our guests loved taking pictures all over. The mansion, patio, greenery, and pond are amazing backdrops that make everything feel luxury. The food was amazing and all of our guests kept complimenting how good it was and how all of their allergies were accommodated. The bartenders were able to make a unique speciality cocktail that we requested and made it so well that it was the unexpected hit among our guests. They even got the fixings to make dirty martinis, both of our mom’s favorite drink, when it wasn’t on their menu. The one and only thing that disappointed us about our wedding was the low volume of the music during the reception. They tell you from the beginning that there is a strict noise ordinance and that the speakers won’t go above the set volume, but we didn’t think it would be an issue. We had 92 guests and you could barely hear the music on the dance floor. A few guests asked the DJ to turn it up and he said that it was as high as it would let him. Dancing wasn’t the most important aspect for us, but may be a bigger deal if it is for you.

We had about 120 people, and the space made it feel intimate. She spoke with all of our other vendors for us to coordinate times and details. The food is outstanding, the venue is gorgeous regardless of the weather, and the staff is extremely professional and pleasant. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Though we were nervous at first about there being one exclusive caterer and an assigned day-of coordinator, everything turned out wonderfully. The Space: The Willows is simply a gorgeous setting at every turn - each room, the landscaping, the grounds. Thankfully we were able to pull off Plan A, getting married in the courtyard, but it was extremely important to us that the backup plan be just as beautiful, and it is! Though we're grateful we didn't have to use it for the ceremony, the Solarium being empty meant we were able to get ready there with tons of natural light and beautiful tile. I loved the variety of spaces we were able to use for portraits and family photos. The views, and the drive in, really set the tone. The Food: Food was my wife's number one most important line item when it came to our wedding, especially having been served less than ideal meals as vendors and seeing the same things over and over. Multiple reviews of Peachtree told us what we needed to know, and we were confident about the menu options. During the tasting, we were a little thrown off because there weren't many items that we loved, but our coordinator reminded us that they're choosing things to present that you wouldn't have necessarily chosen on your own. Our wedding day food was truly unreal, hands down the best wedding food I've had. All our guests were RAVING about it, too. The Staff: We can't say enough good things about the staff at Peachtree/the Willows. We got so lucky to have the team we did, who told us repeatedly that we had amazing guests and the vibes were high. Namely, George, Karen, and Steph made our big day possible. At the end of the night, our hotel shuttle forgot about us, so my wife and I also were able to chat more with the staff, and they genuinely all seemed so happy to be with us. This was absolutely a highlight of our day. We couldn't be more grateful to have found the Willows!

received many lovely compliments. As the couple, our day was easy breezy. We were kept informed as needed but we mostly just got to enjoy our day after 1.5 years of planning. Stephanie was so helpful throughout the planning process and on the day. She was always responsive, very knowledgeable, and she was fun and fit into our crowd perfectly. She also went above and beyond with the personalized touches and had a little something to surprise us on ur day! We also had the lovely George attend to our every need while we got ready in the bridal suite and he made everyone feel very special and relaxed! We are so grateful we chose Peachtree and The Willows for our wedding day and are lucky to say that we wouldn’t change a thing :)

mely competent in dealing with multiple unexpected situations due to the weather! She knew just what to do and handled it all beautifully. The day of the wedding the forecast called for wind, rain, thunder, and high humidity. We felt somewhat deflated in mood, but Stephanie came to the rescue with multiple ideas and solutions that turned out even better than we hoped! She executed these decisions without any fuss and navigated smoothly and on time. She even had the florist set up flowers outside during a very brief moment of sunshine so we could get photos! Then the flowers magically went back inside for the ceremony. We are “foodies” who expect the highest quality hors-d’oeuvres, dinner food, and wine. We were very well satisfied with all of it and the loveliness of the venue! Their catering charges include their priceless, dedicated Event Planners, which made all the difference! The venue is so lovely, you will not be disappointed, rain or shine.

We had an all-vegan menu that our guests have been raving about all week, and the tented reception space was warm and vibrant even though it was an unexpectedly rainy day. As such, we ended up having our ceremony indoors in the solarium, and listening to the rain softly falling on the skylight windows that span nearly the entire ceiling turned our wedding into a truly dreamlike experience. There's really not enough I can say about this place and the wonderful people who run it!
