The Wilmington Inn

Charlie and Megan were fantastic hosts for our wedding and wedding party for the weekend. Everything was beautiful and perfectly coordinated from start to finish. Megan walked us through every step with patience and clarity and we thought overall we couldn’t have possibly had a wedding more perfectly suited to our vision. Our guests also had a wonderful experience at the Wilmington Inn and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

We got married at the Wilmington Inn June of 2022 and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We rented out the whole place for our families, and they loved staying there. We hired Megan as our planner as well and she was amazing. She really guided us through the entire process and it was so helpful to have someone connected to the venue helping us with the planning process. She advocated for us with our vendors and really helped us feel so special throughout the whole weekend. Charlie was awesome in helping everything run smoothly. Both were so responsive throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding, and we're so, so grateful to them for a truly magical weekend. We highly recommend the Wilmington Inn!

My wife and I were married here and had an amazing experience. The inn itself is beautiful, cozy, and charming, giving us the exact atmosphere we were looking for. Megan was a huge help from the the very beginning, guiding us through the planning process and handling questions and requests from eager parents with professionalism and patience. Day-of she made sure we were fed in the morning, helped wrangle family and vendors, and made sure everything was running smoothly on a day where rain made things challenging. Charlie was equally amazing, serving bar throughout the weekend, sharing stories, and surprising us by building a new chuppah for our ceremony! Both of them were so warm and accommodating throughout the entire weekend that we can't imagine what it would have been like without them. We definitely plan on coming back for a ski weekend in the future!

If I could give a 200/5 star review, I would, because it is well deserved! Megan and Charlie are hands down the most amazing people and provided us with the perfect wedding venue! The inn is clean, charming, beautiful, comfortable, and so peaceful. Megan was there every step of the way providing insight on things to do (or not do!), vendors to use, there at the crack of dawn to prepare everything, and making sure everything ran smoothly just as I imagined. Charlie made the property looked stunning, stayed up all night with us, and made everyone feel right at home. We received non stop compliments from guests, and we still are, on what a picture picture venue we picked, how homey it was, and what a pleasure the entire staff at The Wilmington Inn were. I could not recommend The Wilmington Inn and Megan and Charlie more! If you are looking to get married in Vermont I highly recommend you contact Megan and Charlie because they will make sure your wedding goes just as perfectly as mine did! We cannot wait to come back and spend more time at The Wilmington Inn!!
