In addition to using the Wobbly Wagon at our reception, one of its owners (Natalie) was our day of wedding coordinator. She was EVERYTHING we never knew we needed. We had productive meetings with her leading up to the big day (both in person and via zoom) and are so thankful for great recommendations she made for our venue set up and flow of the evening. She is incredibly sweet, fun, and such a hard worker. She kept the pace of our special night perfectly and my husband and I didn’t worry about a thing. She put us at ease and we can’t thank her enough. Natalie and the Wobbly Wagon/it’s bartenders are a 10/10 - grab them for your special event if you can!

uests and for us. Natalie and her husband are some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met, and were so great in answering all our questions leading up to our wedding day and making sure we had everything we needed. They’re the absolute best!

y just wanting to know what drinks would create the vibe we wanted. And it worked! We had an amazing warm summer afternoon with margaritas, aperol spritzes, coronas, lemonade and more. Their shopping list was perfect and ensured we didn’t have crazy leftovers. Now on to the vibes- SO FUN to have them as part of our party. Multiple guests commented on how great it was to have them there, it made what was already a fun afternoon feel even more like a party with just awesome people around. They worked with us to have a bar too since we didn’t have room for a trailer (if you have this constraint as well- then you’ve found your answer right here). They decorated the area, it was adorable. No regrets. They cleaned up seamlessly- I didn’t even notice! Now as a bonus, we worked with Natalie for day-of coordination as well. I can’t say enough what a great decision this was. She was honestly everything we were hoping for and more. She handled problems that I still don’t even know exactly what they were (something with our food vendor and parking? Idk!). That’s a success! I know there was some stress involved there and I had nothing to do with it, everything was just handled- I was just partying and getting double margaritas from the bar! Every time I saw her I thought - should I check in? But she would give me a thumbs up and I was just on my way. She was on top of it. Again, the following day, the subject of MULTIPLE unprompted conversations with guests had the theme of “Natalie was awesome.” She proactively made sure people knew when food was ready, when their shuttles were arriving/departing, how they could help if they wanted, and more. (One of my friends even said he wished he had hired Natalie for his wedding - haha!) If I could recommend anything, it’s hire a day-of coordinator and hire Natalie and the Wobbly Wagon. They exceeded all of our expectations. There’s no way you’ll regret it.
