e worked with Annemarie on planning and she's an outstanding event coordinator. Our wedding day was perfect, almost entirely due to our venue choice. We had a great getting ready space. We felt welcomed and were even provided breakfast and lunch while we were getting ready. We had a room flip, and the ballroom was beautiful for both the ceremony and the reception. The food was excellent. The club's preferred vendors (DJ and photographers) were amazing, and the entire staff was professional and very attentive.

Had our ceremony outside and it was so nice to have refreshing, chilled infused water for our guest. The golf charts shuffling guest from parking to ceremony and then to reception was a definitely was a great service to have, especially for the elderly. The bridal room is absolutely beautiful, spacious , and comfortable. Can’t say enough about the wait staff, very efficient, gracious, and professional. There were a lot of moving parts, the where, when, and how but as the host, none of it fell on my shoulders. All was taken care of so I could relax and enjoy the celebration.

Outside of the amazing and wonderful staff you get to work with, the venue itself is beautiful. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and it absolutely exceeded our expectations of having a classic and timeless wedding. Pictures turn out amazing on the golf course with the setting sun in the background. As the sun sets, inside the hall turns into a spectacular places where the vibes give off an ambiance that should be experience in person. And the FOOD. The food is hands down amazing. As a bride who didn't want to do too much planning, only having to figure out vendors for music, florals, HMU, and photography was a huge selling point for me. I cannot recommend this venue and their staff enough. They helped my wedding dreams come true.

Annemarie is a blessing to all of those around her and she is absolutely AMAZING at her job. She consistently went above and beyond - special ordering a "local" beer for my husband's family, cutting my Mother's dress, and letting me borrow her (very cute) jacket since it was cold outside. The Woodlands Country Club was the best choice for our wedding reception - the venue is beautiful and Annemarie is the best of the best!

They were always cheerful, reassuring, and tireless in fielding our questions and guiding us through the planning process. Their knowledge and expertise contributed immeasurably to the success of the wedding which far exceeded our expectations! We also want to give high praise to all of the staff for their professionalism and graciousness. The food was wonderfully prepared and delicious! It's not easy preparing a plated dinner for a large number of guests, but the results were outstanding! Despite having a few obstacles to contend with, like an unexpected windstorm, all details were superbly managed. We always felt assured that the day-of coordinators had everything under control. They made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding a day that will always be remembered with great joy and gratitude.

emarie McKay and Lindsey Williams, the entire process was not only easy, but fun! These ladies walked us through each step, helped us plan a few fun surprises, and had great ideas to help the day run smoothly. They were excellent at communication and were available immediately to answer any question we had during the entire planning process. The bridal party chose to get ready in the ladies locker room (which is way nicer than it sounds), where we were well taken care of with breakfast, coffee, and lunch. Annemarie and Lindsey coordinated the drop off and pick up of all of our items being provided by other vendors; we didn’t have to do a thing! Once we arrived from the ceremony, Annemarie and Lindsey (who went above and beyond in every way all night!) even traipsed across the golf course to deliver waters to the very thirsty bridal party while they were having photos taken. The whole evening was perfection…the food was fabulous, the bars were fast, the staff were extremely friendly, quick and service was great. Everything received rave reviews from the appetizers, dinner, bananas foster bar, and even the late night breakfast tacos! The cake is included in their wedding package and Lisa made a gorgeous and delicious one! The ballroom and fireplace looked stunning (thanks to our wonderful florist, Krissy at @ThistleDoNicelyHTx). We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The large patios and outdoor fireplace were perfect for cocktail hour on our sunny February evening and the ballroom was gorgeous. This was truly one stop shopping and again, everything was made even easier and stress-free, solely due to Annemarie and Lindsey.

Next, the food. When I go to a wedding I normally don't expect the food to be that great, but this food is amazing. We did the food stations and really enjoyed everything we ate. The biggest food critics in my family still rave about the food (especially the pasta bar). We had an open bar and I would highly recommend. The bartenders were amazing and they were so fast that our guests rarely had to wait in a line. Last but not least, the venue was perfect. We had our ceremony outside and it was beautiful. There were so many photo opportunities and we loved the natural greenery. The reception was inside and everything was done so nice. We had a simply amazing experience. My only regret is not writing this review sooner.

Each staff member, department, and component of The Woodlands Country Club exhibit the definition of professionalism. Annemarie is warm and a delight to work with. She was quick to ask and answer questions throughout the entire planning process. It was evident at every point in the planning that her goal was to meet our every desire and vision for making our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day perfect. She helped us with vendor communications and provided her expert advice which we so appreciated. The country club affiliates with the best artists in each given offering, such as flowers, cakes, staging and décor. We cannot say enough about the beautiful Country Club appetizers, meals and drinks served with spot on professionalism. The food and drinks were fantastic in taste and elegance. The service from personal meal and drink service and delivery, table attendance throughout the meal, and personal warmth of the servers was fantastic. The entire wedding planning process and the gorgeously elegant outcome, exceeded our goals and expectations. The Woodlands Country Club is beautiful and highly recommended for your wedding and/or event.

The venue itself was STUNNING! We had our ceremony at the venue and it was seamless between the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception. We got so many compliments on how delicious the food from our guests after the wedding. Along the planning process, there was an open house where you could go and do another walk through of the venue with vendors set up which was really nice. The fact that the venue included not only the day-of-coordinator, the linens, the food, the bartenders/alcohol, and the cake was honestly a gamechanger and made the wedding process so much less stressful. I could not recommend this venue more and it was the best money we spent and was awesome bang for your buck.

g to life. The venue itself is in a great location, it is absolutely beautiful, and the fact that there is the option of an outdoor or indoor ceremony was a huge plus. As a side note, we did not have a wedding planner- but with all of the included/suggested vendors and Brooke acting as our day of coordinator, planning the wedding was made so much easier! It was a huge relief for myself, now husband, and mother when we officially signed our contract with the WCC! The rehearsal and wedding day carried on so smoothly and perfectly from one event to the next. Brooke really knows her weddings! Brooke was also incredibly helpful answering our many questions during the planning process, and she handled all of our last minute guest count and scheduling/planning questions with ease and patience. We are forever grateful to Brooke and the WCC for all they did to make our wedding day a dream come true! You will be well taken care of and have a phenomenal experience with the Woodlands Country Club, no doubt!

Woodlands Country Club goes above and beyond to make your wedding day personal and delightful! The wedding was beautiful with the lakeside view, food presentation and taste was excellent, and the reception venue was wonderful. This is an all-inclusive package gem and totally worth it! I highly recommend this venue to meet your wedding dreams!

thing was perfect. Annemarie, the event coordinator, was helpful and easy to work with; she was in attendance the entire evening to make sure everything went well. In the months leading up to the event she was always available and helpful and I relied on her expertise when selecting other vendors, such a DJ, photographer, videographer, etc. After attending the Bridal Extravaganza at The Woodlands Country Club several months before our event I added a 360 degree photo booth and furniture along the dance floor. People told me that it was the best wedding reception that they attended as it was fun and exciting. The food was good, the service outstanding, and I would highly recommend Annemarie and this venue.

also very impressed by all aspects of the style and execution of the wedding. Annemarie at WCC is just incredible. She was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions via emails and coordinating on our big day. The reception hall is a great backdrop for a modern wedding, especially in the Spring and Summer, with its giant windows, enabling great natural light during the first part of the reception, and a large patio (with string lights available) for guests to enjoy into the evening. If you're having a smaller or mid-sized wedding, be sure to work proactively with WCC to ensure you can hit the minimum with having to add-on a lot of extras. We would recommend the WCC to anyone and will always have our beautiful day at the WCC to remember fondly.

ful, nice, and extremely patient! The weather was not cooperating on our wedding day and she was very flexible letting us wait until last minute to move the ceremony indoors. All of the vendors that we opted to use through the venue were fantastic and it made the day so easy and stress-free!

The indoor/outdoor facility gave us peace in case it rained or was too cold to have the ceremony outside. They have a plan and solution for everything!

She helps with coordination of vendors and the day of to smooth things over for you, and was the biggest help in the months leading up to the big day. Always reachable by email or phone, asking me if I had thought of "xyz" which was helpful as I usually hadn't! The venue has a couple of different options for ceremony and the reception hall is gorgeous. Food, bar, linens are all included in your package which I loved not having to coordinate those individual vendors. Food is delicious, we still have people who bring up how good their dinner was! All you have to take care of from a vendor standpoint is photography/videography, music and florals. All in all would highly recommend this for your big day :)

cookie cutter wedding. Everybody raved about the food and all the special touches that this venue helped us to create! We had issues throughout COVID and it poured on our wedding day and yet it went as smooth as possible with no issues! Annemarie even made sure my parents had time to sit down and eat! She took care of it all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

e our wedding date. Annemarie was the easiest of all of the vendors I was working with. She is quick, efficient, and frankly just good at what she does. She knows what she is doing and is not afraid to offer her opinion which was always a good one in my experience. I recommend going with the preferred vendors on the country clubs list because Annemarie and the country club team works with them often enough that it makes it easier on their end to communicate and vice versa. As the bride it was comforting to go to my linen vendor or cake vendor and hear them say "oh yes you are with Annemarie? We know her! They do a wonderful job" I cannot say how thankful I was for the country club wedding experience with Annemarie every detail (that I noticed haha) was accounted for and I know that was due to Annemarie's careful attention to detail and her years of experience.

ve my reception there! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Annemarie is incredible at her job. She is so helpful and patient, especially during all of the re-planning that we had to do during this crazy covid time. Really, we re-planned our reception 3 times and Annemarie was very patient every single time. She worked with all of our vendors to help get new plans and quotes for all of our changes throughout the uncertain covid months. I could go on and on about how helpful Annemarie was throughout the entire process. She made planning the wedding as stress free as possible. She has really great ideas and contacts so the whole process was very easy. The country club is gorgeous too! They have many really pretty places for pictures. Even after our wedding, Annemarie held onto a few items for us (for a month) that we left at the country club the night of the wedding (oops!). I would 10/10 recommend this as a wedding ceremony and reception venue!
