loyee called her and she "had to leave for an emergency and was so sorry" which would totally be understandable had someone reached out to us regarding the inconvenience. We were given the head sales rep's email to reschedule our tour, and I emailed her immediately. Granted there was a weekend in between now and then but it has now been days since we went it and no one has reached out to us. No email response, no message from the original rep, nothing. I find that very unprofessional. I'm more than understanding but communication needs to be there in order for that, and unfortunately in our case, it wasn't at all.

hey’d stop returning our emails. This was very frustrating. Also things would fall through the cracks and they’d have to get repeat info from us. This made the planning process stressful. Luckily Lori was the final coordinator we worked with. She was very helpful and responsive and compensated us for our trouble with discounts or waiving fees altogether. The day of went great except for the hotel key cards had issues and after our long wedding day we couldn’t get into our room which was very frustrating. Also the day after our wedding, Lori wasn’t in and we didn’t get help we needed for the day after. The food also took a while to come out during the reception and the bread came out after the entrees which was annoying. All in all not the best but Lori helped out a lot.

in as our coordinator late in the planning process due to unforeseen circumstances out of anyone's control, but we couldn't be happier that we ended up having her help! did t meet u til almost 1 month before our special day. Laurie our new caterer was awesome. She helped us through everything we needed and was there with me every step of the way. The only complaint I would have is that my guests complained that the wait staff was trying to take food before people were even finished and clearing tables when people weren’t even done. the food was hot and delicious, even at the far tables. The venue was set up according to our specifications and it looked beautiful, we had uplighting behind our table and draping on the ceiling. Our tables were set exactly as we asked and looked awesome. The courtyard was open for the length of the reception and the area outside the ballroom was set up with the bar. We heard the bartenders were somewhat short with some of our guests, but other than that we had no complaints. Rooms were available for out of town guests and we even had guests book a room that night with the wedding rate.
