Welcome to The Woods + Casa Blanca Villa, a destination wedding experience in North Florida created for couples who want more than a traditional venue.
Your weekend begins at Casa Blanca Villa, a private gated estate just five minutes from The Woods. Accommodating up to 14 overnight guests, the Villa features two primary suites, an indoor courtyard pool and hot tub, gardens, getting-ready spaces, lounges, and room to gather with the people closest to you.
Host your rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering Friday evening. Spend Saturday morning getting ready at the Villa, then exchange vows surrounded by its European-inspired architecture and gardens, or choose one of the ceremony settings at The Woods.
Then, it’s time to celebrate.
Set across seven private acres, The Woods transforms from romantic reception venue into an unforgettable night. Celebrate outdoors beneath the lights or inside The Gallery, our 4,000-square-foot, air-conditioned reception space with soaring ceilings, built-in sound and lighting, and room for dinner and dancing.
As dinner ends, the lights go down, the music comes up, and your wedding flows into our open-air Beach Club after-party. With DJ music, cocktails, lounge areas, and a late-night destination-style atmosphere, the celebration can continue until 2 AM.
Sunday morning, there’s no need to rush goodbye. Gather by the pool, enjoy a farewell brunch, and spend one last morning together before a relaxed 4 PM checkout.
From intimate celebrations to weddings of 200+ guests, your weekend can bring together the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, Beach Club after-party, accommodations, and farewell gathering into one seamless experience.
And between celebrations, your guests can enjoy pickleball, beach volleyball, roller skating, poolside gatherings, and more.
