We had our wedding at the Woolworth this fall and absolutely loved our experience with the venue and the team at the Woolworth. I loved the white brick, industrial feel and wanted a venue that was in the heart of Omaha. We really liked that there were several spaces within the venue, like a space for cocktail hour, the dinner, and the buffet line. I worked with Maddi and she was a dream, she was so responsive to all my emails and helped make our wedding reception everything I dreamed of and more! I highly recommend the Woolworth!!

Located in Omaha, NE, The Woolworth is a modern wedding venue. It sits in the center of the city's Old Market area, adding charm to your festivities. The event space sits on the building's second floor, giving guests a view of the district's cobblestone streets. With exposed brick and hardwood floors throughout, this building offers a blank canvas where to-be-weds can celebrate their love. Every event held at The Woolworth is supported by the venue's staff. They work closely with couples to better understand their vision for the day and help them bring it to life. The space can be customized to suit your design plan, turning it into a setting that is truly your own. The on-site venue manager is a useful resource to help to-be-weds make the most of the site. On the day itself, an event attendant will be available for any last-minute questions. The Woolworth can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for ceremonies and 250 for receptions, along with pre-wedding celebrations. Standing cocktail receptions can also have a larger guest list. Separate ceremony and reception spaces allow for a natural flow of events as guests move from one area to the next. A variety of chairs and tables are available to suit your personal style. In addition, the property also houses a get-ready room and salon for morning-of preparations. The wedding party can also spend time in the building's lower level arcade and pool hall before starting the festivities. The Woolworth event staff has a list of preferred vendors from catering to decor that will be provided to you to help ease your wedding planning.

at it is right in the center of the Old Market. I highly recommend booking your wedding reception here! A large portion of our guests flew in or had never been to Omaha before, so we loved that we were able to have our wedding in what we consider to be the best part of Omaha :) In picking a newer venue, we did experience a few obstacles as far as confirming protocols, pricing, etc., that simply hadn't come up before because it was new, but the team at The Woolworth was responsive, flexible and easy to work with, which solved any questions we had. Brides: The preferred vendors (food & entertainment) you're able to use are excellent. We originally wanted a venue that allowed outside vendors for food and beverage, but using The Woolworth's food, beverage and entertainment vendors ensured everything was seamless, and everything was handled by the vendor folks--no need to rally guests or hire additional services to set up and tear down food set-up. I'm so glad we went this route! One less thing for you to think/worry about. We also had some of our wedding party stay in the Woolworth Lofts, above the venue, which was super convenient. In summary, if you want a wedding reception venue that's beautiful, unique, historic, in the center of "it all" and work with helpful staff--book your wedding reception at The Woolworth.

ral lighting for amazing photos and you are right in the heart of downtown so every hotel is within walking distance which makes it so convenient for your guests. It is such a unique venue and there truly isn't anything else like it in Omaha. I worked with Kevin and Ellen and they were always so accommodating with all of my questions and were always willing to help with anything! This venue is 10/10 and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

From start to finish, I was amazed at how the staff handled everything with us. Highly recommend it to anybody looking for something that is downtown Omaha!

Our venue had canceled on us three months prior to our wedding date so we needed to find something asap or we would have to cancel. We seen the Woolworth online and right away made...
an appt to visit the venue. The Woolworth staff were very organized and understood the situation and came through! they made it a very easy process for us and it is an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL venue. They also had rooms available for us to stay in just above the venue and they have a chapel if needed. The room was very convenient for me as the bride because I was able to use it to freshen up for the reception. Great staff, great vibes 10/10 recommend
