Unfortunately Alondra was not a great communicator and canceled our services after we signed our contract. She never sent us an official invoice and after sending us a script and c...
ontract through email she only communicated about payment through the knot website. I do not use the knot very often and am much more likely to respond to emails. She never sent one follow-up email to us about payment even though she communicated our script and contract that way. She handled the situation very unprofessionally and should have tried contacting us through email or phone before cancelling her services.
