From the first time I saw the Youngrens’ portfolio of work, I knew I wanted them to be our wedding photographers. Their artistic style was what I hoped our photos would reflect: abundant light, effortless motion, flattering angles, and genuinely intimate moments. The secret to their gorgeous photos is their communication and candor. They were by our side throughout the big day, putting us at ease and cracking jokes, but then somehow disappearing and capturing a moment I thought no one witnessed. Nothing felt staged or awkward, every interaction was highly professional but also like we were hanging out with our best friends. As a result, there are so many beautiful pictures of our wedding day that it’s truly difficult to narrow down our favorites to even the top fifty! Our photos have been shared in countless bridal publications and even by other wedding vendors. The wedding day itself ends so quickly, but to have these photographs forever is the greatest gift.

Just WOW. My husband and I could not have been happier that we chose The Youngrens to capture our special day! The appreciation and love we have for this couple is unreal! They were so professional, respectful of what we wanted our day to look like and our requests for special photos, and they made it so much fun for us. They were just like a part of our family! Since we got married in the winter, we were worried about not having enough lighting for our outdoor portraits so they worked with us to make a Day After portrait session together and the pictures turned out amazing and we are so grateful. They always made us feel so special and we still chat with them a year later! Hiring the Youngrens was the BEST decision we have ever made!! Not only do we have the most gloriously gorgeous photos of our wedding, but they also guided us in so many important aspects of our wedding, becoming our partners in making the day just what we wanted. First they helped us to be present for our wedding so that the photographs would "remind" us of our memories rather than having to "be" our memories of a day we missed in the hustle. Then they captured our joy and created a way for us to transport ourselves back to to those moments we so fully enjoyed. We are deeply honored and grateful to have had them be a part of such a meaningful day. They lent so much wisdom and guidance to us during our planning, and then added positivity, joy, and mindfulness to the day.
