I am an entrepreneur and hair and makeup artist based in the Chicago land area where I was born and raised. I am a full time speech-language pathologist and a freelance HMUA. I had been inspired by hair and makeup at a young age through dance classes. Since then, I turned a hobby into a business! I enjoy being a fraction of a couple's big day as I glam-up my brides. Regardless of the event (i.e., wedding, photoshoot, baby/bridal shower) I strive to achieve TheLook of my client's desires. I am looking forward to being a part of many more special days!

someone I trusted and felt completely at ease with throughout my wedding celebrations. Since I had an Indian wedding, I booked Rainu for multiple events, and she was amazing every step of the way. From each pre-wedding event to the wedding day itself, my hair and makeup were absolutely beautiful. She took the time to understand the look I wanted for each event and made me feel confident, elegant, and the best version of myself. Rainu is professional, kind, incredibly talented, and so easy to work with. She helped create a calm and relaxing atmosphere while I was getting ready, which meant so much during such a busy and exciting time. was doing and the amount of time it would take her to complete my looks. For some context, the timeline was my biggest concern in having a successful wedding day. Every time I made changes to my timeline, Rainu was very understanding and reassuring that the changes I wanted to make were feasible and would be accommodated without impacting the flow of the schedule. She worked fast and diligently with the limited time I gave her and still executed perfectly. On that note, she absolutely nailed both of my looks! I used Rainu’s services for hair, make-up, and outfit for both my wedding and reception looks. There was not a single thing that I would change about the looks she came up with. She made me feel and look like an enhanced version of myself. She was honest with feedback when I suggested certain things and open to changes when I requested them. A week later and I am still getting non-stop compliments on both of my completely different looks. I have already recommended her to several friends and family members who have weddings coming up. I, myself, cannot wait to work with her again on future events! As a side note, she also doubles as a seamstress and helped my husband fix his pants after someone ripped them!

eautiful hair and makeup. After doing an overpriced trial with a local HMUA in the area of my wedding, I decided to fly Rainu out because I knew her work was good from my engagement. She was so flexible, accommodating and put in the extra effort on the day-of to make sure I looked amazing. I received so many compliments on my looks and also felt so confident and loved my pictures. She had listened to all of my inspo and ideas for my hair and makeup but was also able to adapt on the day-of based on how everything actually looked on me. Her pricing is very reasonable and she was great to work with. I was very happy with her services.

She has different packages to choose from which I thought was priced fairly as well.
