on, our venue was so excited since they all said he is their favorite. They were absolutely right! He brought such amazing energy and had everyone up on the dance floor all night. We didn’t even have to play a line dance to get everybody up. He was extremely well prepared. We had a call a few weeks before the wedding to go over our music requests and he answered all of our questions. My father requested a lesser-known song that was quite long and DJ Anton worked with us to perfectly cut the song to not be too long but to still play a certain part in the beginning and end as my dad requested. Wedding day he was very efficient at setting up. He also double checked with my husband to make sure he had the right version (acoustic) of our first dance song and exactly where to cut it. He was so helpful for keeping our wedding on track. We would absolutely recommend DJ Anton to anyone!

Watching people dance with their loved ones with full romance in eyes was one of the most romantic parts of my full day. Another highlight was ending the night with a full group dance of The Time Warp. 10/10 would recommend. Anton did a great job of understanding our music taste -- we provided a playlist of things we liked but were clear they weren't all must plays. When he deviated from artists on that playlist it was always stuff in genres that we and our guests love. Anton was also SUPER great in regards to being inclusive. We knew he was queer friendly because he'd worked extensively with our venue which was queer owned. Ahead of the wedding though we thought to reach out to him because we'd accidentally received an outdated version of his info form that wasn't as inclusive as the form he uses now. I'm nonbinary, my wife is a trans woman, and a majority of our party are gender non-conforming. Anton was obviously a little surprised when we breached the conversation but only because, presumably, it was the first time he'd worked with a couple with our sorts of requests -- he was INCREDIBLY accommodating, kind, and never made us feel like we were asking too much of him. We didn't want gendered language ("ladies to the dance floor" type comments), it was important to us that our party members were properly introduced, and let him know that my honorific would be Mx. (the gender neutral version of Mr. & Mrs.). Day of he didn't miss a beat, and it made the day all the more special to know we didn't have to worry about being misgendered. Thank you Anton for your awesome energy and your inclusivity!!

At our wedding he kept people on the dance floor and led all of the dances. Anton accidentally skipped over our first dance according to the timeline I provided but worked it in as soon as he realized he missed it. It wasn't a big deal to my husband or I but Anton apologized profusely throughout the night for missing it. Anton continually checked in with me to make sure everything was to my taste. Some of the older folks had a hard time hearing Anton's announcements and my mom missed our cake cutting because she didn't hear the announcement. Overall though, Anton was awesome and I'd definitely hire Then We Danced again!

One of the disappointments is we told him we have a choreographed first dance, and he cut our first dance song short by roughly a 4th of the song. We paid a little less than a grand to an instructor for this song, had one chance to perform it, and than had it cut short by the DJ, which is unacceptable. Also when we were on the phone with him prior to the wedding reviewing our information, we mentioned that we will be having two prayers because my family is Jewish and My wife’s is not. He forgot about the second prayer and I had to yell his name to get his attention and tell him we have a second prayer. Third off, our event planner could not find him on a regular bases during the wedding, and she said he was going to the bathroom almost every other song. We also heard from attendees of the wedding that he was drinking during our wedding. All together the service we paid you for was nothing close to what we expected, our even professional in any manor. I think it is important you are aware of this information, and in my personal opinion, he missed all of the important tasks that couples pay a DJ service for. We would have been better of renting a microphone and using Pandora. If this was my business, I would be ashamed of the service that was provide. If the app would let me give zero stars, I would.
