I was so excited and fell graciously into the role of wedding planner and coordinator, with my daughter and husband whole heartedly supporting my efforts. It was a pleasure to talk with Paul Norman, the owner, who introduced me to Stefania, the lead designer. From the beginning, working with Stefania was like talking with a good friend. I knew the look I wanted to achieve for our daughter's wedding and shared my vision with Stefania. She was always very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. She offered suggestions, examples, and advice. I especially appreciated her patience and willingness to make our wedding florals a reality within our budget and she assured me they would be beautiful! Time flew by quickly, and on the wedding day Stefania and Paul delivered the most beautiful bridal party bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres to our hotel. They were both so nice and considerate, making the delivery early to assure everything went smoothly. When we arrived at the venue, Southern Oaks Plantation, the ceremony and reception flowers were absolutely beautiful! The huge golden urns outside were gorgeous, the foyer arrangement was simply breathtaking, the bride and groom's sweetheart table arrangement was stunning, and the dining table arrangements were very elegant! We loved them all! They exceeded our expectations! You guys are truly masters of your craft and great floral artists! You're the best! They delivered the flowers to the venue at the agreed upon time and everything was perfect! emely overwhelmed. From the first day I spoke to Stefania, she was more than helpful and understanding that this was a huge decision and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I gave her my color scheme and she shot back a few flower ideas she felt would work together. I looked online at what she suggested and my mind was set. We worked together over several days to make sure all I needed was included as well as to accommodate my budget. I appreciated the time she put into me and my wedding and could not have asked for better service. All contact was via telephone and email and she never made me feel rushed or unimportant. She made me feel confident that I had nothing to worry about and she was absolutely correct. My flowers were breathtaking!! Way better than I could have ever imagined. They did an excellent job! The only reason why I did not give them five stars was because of a few minor miscommunication errors that I'm still not sure why it happened. My bridal bouquet had pink ribbons tied to it when my color was purple--Stefania quickly just cut them off, thankfully. While I love pink, it was the color of my husband's first wife's wedding. YUCK! Secondly, when I arrived to the venue, my heart dropped when I saw the floral arch placed outside rather than inside. I'm so glad they pushed through to put it in the right place. They are hard workers, and I certainly want to give them that credit because they did make it all right in the end!

me. Paul basically designed the whole thing with little input from me (I don't know much about flowers), and he nailed it. I'm glad I put my trust in him. He also thought of everything - for example, I had ordered flower petals for the flower girl but not a basket. My sister/the flower girl's mom was supposed to handle the basket. He double checked with me just before the wedding to make sure, and added a basket to the order for me as sis fell through... Also, he had just done a wedding for a friend of mine who had a bigger flower budget, and the creations for them were just jaw dropping. Highly recommend whatever you are looking for. They are true artists.

Our daughter was living in Ohio while planning her wedding in New Orleans, so we needed to scout out the locations, music, vendors, etc. and send reports so she could make the final decisions. Since all we had in terms of wedding flowers were PInterest pictures of what she had in mind (garden roses, hydrangeas, etc, in shades of soft pinks, lavenders, and purples) it was such a relief to find a florist who listened carefully, made practical suggestions, and did his best to make sure the bouquets and boutonierres closely matched her ideas and color scheme. The grandmothers' corsages, flower girl crowns, and MOB nosegays were also shown the same attention to detail and were exquisite. For the reception, we wanted votive candles and simple hydrangeas with greenery for the tables, and once again, Paul and Stefania did not disappoint--the hydrangeas were a very unusual deep pink color, and the arrangements were gorgeous against the white tablecloths. I would certainly recommend Thibodeaux's florist to anyone planning a wedding--but only if you want perfectly lovely flowers at a reasonable price, a delighted bride (and parents!) and the peace of mind that comes from being able to trust your wedding vision to two helpful, kind, and wonderfully drama-free floral artists.

I always told my mom when we were planning that when I was stressed, I just wanted to go sit with Paul and Stefania and talk about flowers! They did our rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception and day after brunch. They are also great at working with a budget and making you get a great bang for your buck! I won't use another florist ever again!

I was the Coordinator for the wedding and Paul worked closely with myself and the bride to ensure that her vision came to life, even making an extra trip to the venue to see if he needed to bring/build something to hang the lights on. These were lights in which the rental company did not provide and were not willing to help us out with. Paul offered to find, provide and hang them at a fraction of the cost of the rental company, truly making the bride's vision reality. They were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, answering many phone calls and texts throughout the upcoming weeks. Finally the day of the wedding, they arrived on time with unique arrangements that exceeded our expectations. They stayed to help us reposition the layout of the tables (which were incorrectly set up by the rental place) so the flowers would not wilt due to the sun and heat. They also arrived with the most beautiful garland I have seen and secured it to our trellis back drop. The bride's dream of an antique garden party with lots of greenery, blush and cream David Austin roses, and brass truly was magnified by their work. I highly recommend them for any event!! They will not disappoint!

The Thibodeaux's team was extremely flexible; they agreed to help us within less than a month and a half before the wedding. Also, I am a very passive bride. I had more "generalized" ideas instead of specific requests. Paul basically took my ideas and made them into a floral masterpiece including the bouquets/boutineers/head pieces/etc. Also on the day of the wedding, we had accidentally asked them to deliver all flowers to the ceremony address instead of the hotel suite, which could have been a major stress/panic trigger. However Paul and his team simply packed up the flowers and delivered them to the bridal suite in no time with nothing less a smile on everyone's faces. We received numerous compliments from guests, and today can't help but to notice the huge, positive difference the flowers make in all of our pictures :) I HIGHLY recommend this team for any floral events; they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

He just showed up with everything perfect and just like we had discussed. The arrangements were beautiful and simple and so was working with Paul.

He even included one more type of flower (can't remember the name) from his own personal garden, because it had a nice fragrance, and my two choices had very little fragrance to them. I was only charged $100 for my bouquet and my husband's boutineer, which I thought was fair. When I received the bouquet on my wedding day it was beautiful. My only complaint is that I paid for a full wrap around the stem so they could include a water tube. However, when I got the bouquet there was no water tube, and since my wedding was on the hottest day of the year, my flowers were looking pretty rough by 6pm. Overall, though I was very please with my flowers.
