Thicket Creative is a wedding floral design service based in the Chattanooga area.
I approach every wedding as unique with my background in fine art guiding my eye for color and design. I love helping create florals that reflect the personality of each couple, so if you want joyful and memorable flowers that will catch the eye of your guests and make your wedding stand out, that is exactly what I'm here for.
Thicket does varying scale events, but the focus is always on sustainability and making our contribution to the event truly personal. Blooms are sourced locally whenever possible, and no single use containers or products are used in the designs. My goal is to let the blooms shine and retain their natural beauty, so my design style leans towards the organic and wild, with a deep appreciation for the colorful and the unusual. While I do not have a minimum, my average wedding is around $4,000. I also offer full seasonal packages from April-September that are fully a-la-carte.
Thicket Creative is available for travel. We regularly do events in Atlanta and Chattanooga but are available for surrounding areas as well.

ding, and we had a combination of beautiful peonies, daffodils, delphiniums, cosmos, poppies, and more in our floral arrangements. I love flowers but get overwhelmed by decisions and get be indecisive, so booking the seasonal floral package was perfect for me. I know I could trust Evan to put together something beautiful. My favorite part of the flowers for the weekend was the beautiful delphinium and peony arrangement creeping up the stone pillars at our ceremony altar (a floral design completely envisioned by Evan). I will upload more photos once I have them, but I am so happy with the results! Also, weddings are so full of waste that it felt lovely to have one aspect be local and sustainable. I loved the surprise of seeing what Evan and her team came up with day of!

Our florals were gorgeous and they got so many compliments from guests. I loved my bouquet, all the lanterns and table decor she utilized as well as my asymmetrical arbor florals. te. When we first spoke to her, she asked us thoughtful questions which made us understand what we actually wanted at the wedding. We wanted greenery and succulents and Evan helped add a much needed splash of color to our mostly green decor. She incorporated succulents in the bouquets, boutonnières, table arrangements and the wedding arch! I still have some of these succulents and they are thriving! She was so coopoerative and willing to work with us! She met us a week before the wedding so we could give her some handmade ceramics, and she made our vases look gorgeous with her arrangements. She also made sure to work within our budget and make the venue look spectacular!
