Thinking Paper LLC

my invites together and know I am very specific and didnt just want to pick something out of a book. I had been to a few vendors before deciding on thinking paper and they had the best work and honestly picking from a book of generic invites was not much more inexpensive than having exactly what I wanted. I had a few problems in the process. My envelopes printed crooked which was VERY stressful but that was fixed rather quickly. I also felt that a lot of my decisions in the design had to be rushed because I did not get the designs as quickly as I would have liked. There were a few other issues were a few invitations had a missing picture or ribbon and that was fixed quickly as well with the pieces being overnighted to us. Also I incurred some costs that I was not initially aware of. I got many design rounds for the invitation design included in the price and assumed the same would be done for each step, then it was explained to me it was not. Also I made some errors myself that I had to be charged for, and I felt those charges were a bit steep. However I did understand this is a business and maybe a small design to me might take more time then one would expect? I think since this was a fairly new business and was rapidly growing there were a few kinks that I imagine have been worked out or close too it. I know Trish has hired an assistant Ali so she can work more on the design process and less of the business end. They are both very professional and good at what they do. I think I struggled because I am very specific and organized and felt overwhelmed and rushed. Also in doing custom invitations you can literally control everything which can get overwhelming. I would recommend Thinking Paper to others but do not recommend trying to do everything through email. Either call or go in person. It was very difficult to describe things and get things accomplished through over 100 emails! Also I had my escort cards and programs done to match my designs and everything was truly gorgeous.
