that was truly magical. Our biggest responsibility during the entire planning process was saying “yes we like this” or “no we don’t like that”, the T4S team handled EVERYTHING else. They came with a seemingly endless list of vendor recommendations, a wide range of experience with different ceremonies and traditions, and a knowledge of “trends vs. best practices” that kept our wedding “aesthetic” while still being timeless. In our first meeting with Shannon we explained that we had a venue, a date, and nothing else. We needed guidance on everything, from budget expectations to style inspiration, and were in a panic that we didn’t have nearly enough done 10 months out from our wedding day. Shannon immediately put us at ease, gave us the tools to narrow down our vision, and created a plan that would keep us on track. Any stress we felt during planning immediately disappeared after a single conversation with Shannon. We were in constant contact over email with regularly scheduled video calls that increased in frequency as we got closer to our date. She really made us feel like we were the only clients she had and the #1 wedding on her list. When it was time to pin down our event design, Kelly gave us more than we could have ever imagined. One thing that really sticks out about this team is that they not only give you what you need but explain WHY you need it, so you can feel confident about every decision. Kelly walked us through her process from the starting color palette to the final room mockup, with multiple drafts and iterations in between, all based on her experience and our feedback. Even when we had less-than practical or downright impossible design ideas, she was the first person to support the vision, breakdown the core of what we were ~really~ looking for with that design element, and provide an alternate we could be just as in love with while preserving the integrity of the overall design. She has an incredible talent for understanding an event from start to finish and creating a visual through line that translates as beautifully in person as it does in photos. Rafaela served as a silent hero during our planning and an outright star during our day. She was at every meeting and joined us during every walkthrough, getting a full understanding of us as a couple, our priorities, and the vision for the day aesthetically and logistically. When our wedding day finally came, she was right by my side from the moment I stepped into the venue. Through rain delays, updated photo locations, and vendor drama, she not only kept everything together but made sure I was none the wiser about any problems happening behind the scenes. She put out fires that I had no idea were happening while still being incredibly attentive and available to me throughout the day. To say that T4S Productions is a dream team would be an understatement. They make dream weddings come to life, and in our case created the dream from scratch. Working with this team was hands down the best decision we made, we are so thankful to Shannon, Kelly, and Rafaela for being such an integral part in our wedding and we’re now rushing to our next milestone so we can have the chance to work with them again!

, Kelly and Rafaela helped to bring our wedding dreams into reality and created such a smooth and peaceful environment across our wedding weekend. We knew that hosting a two day multi-cultural wedding was going to be a challenge and wanted to find the right vendors who understood our vision and also us as individuals. From our first Zoom meeting to discuss our goals, to the very end of the reception night they truly took our wishes to heart, and executed plans with so much care and professionalism. From managing several vendors, supporting us with coordinating across 2 days, the attention at our on-site walkthroughs and the questions they asked as we got closer to the day of helped tremendously. Our fears that the wedding days would be stressful were quickly replaced with excitement - we truly loved our wedding beyond words, and we have the T4S team to thank for being our eyes, ears and decision makers the days of!
