As a bride who is very type B and creative, it really helped to have Kim as my organizational hub and partner throughout the process. Every meeting we had gave me clear action items, the timeline became clearer with every meeting, and anything overwhelming me was planned and settled.
On the day, the entire thirty one thirty team was so supportive and on top of every detail. The day was a huge success, and all of my other vendors were recommendations directly from them - so they literally had a hand in every detail. I am so grateful for everything they did to make the day a success. I would hire them again and again and again.

She was the perfect balance of supportive, warm, and direct with her communication so we had realistic expectations. I cannot emphasize how important she and her team were for our wedding weekend! We had some surprises and hiccups along the way and she + her team handled it all with grace and ease so we could be fully in the moment. Kayla made me feel completely at ease. I trusted her team fully, and they delivered flawlessly. She and her talented team brought the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and expertise. olutely essential to the flawless execution of our wedding day, turning potential stress into pure enjoyment. It was important for us to have an event coordinator who has experience with multicultural ceremonies. We had 90 people in our home for a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony and Alisha was able to keep the day going without a hitch.
We hired Alisha for month-of coordination, with many major vendors already secured, she immediately understood and executed our vision to perfection. She didn't try to change our plans but instead enhanced them. Her electronic planning tools were incredibly useful, and the added bonus of their included in-house rental company (Sobremesa Rentals) for decorations was a fantastic perk that streamlined our decor needs.
Alisha proved to be a master of vendor management and timelines. Whenever we had a question about one of our existing vendors, it felt like she was already one step ahead, always having the answer and ensuring communication between all parties. She expertly managed our packed wedding day timeline, making sure everything happened on time, even when it felt like we had squeezed in too much.
Where Alisha truly shone was in her crisis management. On our wedding day, when the bride got sick, Alisha was immediately attentive to her needs. She swiftly corrected a wrong boutonniere for the groom before the ceremony, and most incredibly, when the bride's reception dress was a bit loose, Alisha was able to find someone to make alterations moments before the reception! It honestly felt like we just told her what we wanted, and then it all magically happened without any stress on our part.
Alisha's communication was consistently excellent—responsive within 24 hours and always supportive. She is incredibly professional and reliable. The presence of Alisha allowed us to completely relax and soak in every moment of our wedding day. We felt the value she provided was exceptional. Her deep knowledge and expertise, particularly with multicultural ceremonies, were key reasons we chose her, and she absolutely delivered. ion of what we wanted and had already booked a few of our vendors before working with Kayla but it was reassuring to have someone there to ensure we were on track with our planning. She was also helpful in coordinating meetings and tastings with multiple vendors, being present when able to join on things like tastings and taking notes for us. She was very prompt with her communication which is an excellent quality in a planner, and she would send us reminders for things that we needed to do.
Thirty One Thirty also has a couple of sister companies (Sobremesa and Malibooth), both of which we took advantage of. Sobremesa had so many décor items were able to use for free because of the package we selected. In addition, the Malibooth photobooth was discounted which was a perk.
The week of the wedding was when Kayla really impressed us! She helped bring our vision to life, and everything went smoothly. Kayla was with us our entire wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and post-wedding brunch). She led the rehearsal with confidence, set up the venue perfectly, and assisted with several errands (eg picking up our cake, meals, dropping off rentals, and so much more!) which allowed us more time with friends and family. An added bonus was that she took many behind the scenes photos and videos for us and shared them quickly. We couldn’t have done it without her! We are fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such a great planner and will always think fondly of our time with her.

ional skills are unmatched and she has a wonderful online portal with lots of helpful information and planning tools, then as the wedding gets closer she makes a fantastic master timeline that gets broken down to be distributed to different vendors, family members, and wedding party participants. On the day of the wedding she makes sure the couple is her priority and does everything she can to make sure all wishes of the couple are honored and handles any issues with ease. She made the wedding day run smoothly alongside the other members of her team on site. Two days before the wedding we had an unexpected emergency room visit and she was great at helping keep us calm and immediately starting to game plan what would need to happen if the wedding had needed to be postponed (which luckily did not happen). She was also great at rolling with the punches and helped make our dreams of incorporating our cats & dog into the wedding!
Mariah was our bridal assistant and she did an awesome job. I was super grateful to have her on hand while getting ready in the morning, she helped everything run smoothly and then continued to provide excellent assistance for the rest of the evening.
Additionally, we hired Alisha's team to run our dinner buffet. They picked up our pizza and doughnuts on the way to the venue, they set up our buffet and dessert table, and manned the buffet table. We also knew there would be lots of leftovers and they did a great job of distributing the leftovers to our guests so we didn't waste food.
Overall, all the staff at ThirtyOne: Thirty is fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is getting married!

On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch, and I was able to enjoy every moment without stressing about logistics. Miranda went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and making sure we had food and drinks. We utilized Sobremesa (their sister company) for rentals and had such a great experience. We have received a lot a compliments on our vendors and how perfect the day was and we 100% owe that to Kayla. There were so many tools to utilize while planning and checklists to make sure anything and everything was covered. We truly have no idea if anything went wrong because Kayla was behind the scenes making everything perfect! We had so many people ask leading up to the wedding if we were nervous or stressed out and I could always confidently answer that I wasn't. We felt prepared and like we had everything covered or a list of final things for 30 days out that the week leading up we didn't have to lift a finger. My bridesmaids LOVED that we had an assistant morning of to steam dresses so we could all hangout - Kelly was no nice and helpful morning of making sure we were all taken care of. My number one advice to any bride, if you don't want a full planner get a day of coordinator. You will not regret it.

was & we owe that to Miranda! We did the day of coordination package and started with Miranda about 2 months out from the wedding. Before this though, you have SO many tools on your portal to help you through the planning process & this helped me stay super organized. Even though Miranda didn’t technically take over until 2 months before she still answered any questions I had and was so helpful! Closer to wedding day after Miranda took over I honestly did not feel stressed at all and this was the best feeling! I had multiple people ask me leading up to the wedding and on wedding day how I was so calm and my answer was, what do I have to worry about, I have Miranda! Miranda and her team did not miss a single detail and if anything did go wrong I didn’t know about it and Miranda fixed it! It was also so nice having a bridal assist the morning of to steam dresses & help in any other way needed. Gena was so nice & SO helpful the morning of! I promise you are not thinking of everything that needs to be decided before your wedding! Miranda is a total rockstar and worked so hard. She did more things for us than I can even list (and I’m sure many things I didn’t even notice). I really can’t fathom how we would have done it all without her. Mariah was my bridal assistant and was incredible as well. One of the best parts was that we were also able to rent a lot of decor from Sobremesa, and they handled bringing everything to the venue and taking it back at the end of the night. Simply amazing!!!

Miranda was our day of coordinator and she spent so much time ensuring that everything went smoothly; she handled vendor and venue set up, made sure our timeline was on track, and even waited on my husband and I all throughout the day. One of the many helpful things she did was during our first meeting, she listened to our wedding day vision and took notes of things that we wanted during the day of. At the end of the meeting, she created a timeline that aligned with everything we told her so we didn't have to stress about what worked best. During the wedding day, I even had a bridal assistant with me the morning of to steam my wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Miranda and the whole team truly went above and beyond making sure everything went as planned.
During the week leading up to my wedding, Miranda made sure everything was on track. She resolved any last minute discrepancies, like realizing we were short on linens. Miranda took charge and ordered extra within a day notice to make sure we had what all we needed. They also do signage and created our welcome mirror and table chart wording, which was a huge relief. ThirtyOne events also has a sister company Sobremesa that took care of our rentals and a photo booth company, Malibooth which we also used. They have tons of recommendations and connections in the wedding industry which is also a major benefit to couples that use them. I noticed that every vendor I talked to when I told them ThirtyOne Events was our coordinator, they had such positive things to say. I can confirm they were not wrong!
Overall, if you are looking for a coordinator (and trust me, you need a coordinator!), I would 1000000% recommend them. We are so grateful for all the work they did for us and the peace of mind provided during our wedding planning season of life.

As our wedding day approached, she developed our day-of timeline, took over communication with vendors, and provided us with final to-dos that we may have otherwise forgotten! On our wedding day, her team executed everything flawlessly; the decor was beautiful, her bridal assistant helped the ladies in the morning, and Miranda and her team were always checking in with my husband and me during the day. I highly recommend Thirty One Thirty if you're looking for a wedding coordination team!

engagement and wedding planning, I also got pregnant and had a child, so having someone take care of so many wedding details so I could also focus on my other life events was so helpful. Overall, I don't feel like I stressed about our wedding day too much. On the day of, having someone come and steam all our dresses, and knowing that we didn't have to do any setup at the venue, allowed me to truly enjoy the day at hand. And the venue (Rogge family Vineyard in Raymore, MO) looked GORGEOUS. I didn't have to do any work. I am so thankful to Alisha and the team for helping to make our day so wonderful and while I hope to never throw another wedding again, I would recommend them over and over to anyone who asks.

take over, my every stress was gone. Now she was the one our vendors contacted and my email was no longer blowing up. She asked every question for every possible scenario so that we had literally nothing to worry about by the time our wedding day came. She set up all our last vendor meetings so all we had to do was show up. Thirty One: Thirty use an amazing online portal to track every detail so nothing gets missed. Our biggest goal in hiring a wedding coordinator was that we and our families wouldn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day and Amy made that happen for us. We and our families just got to enjoy the day and celebrate! If you've ever "worked" at wedding, you know how amazing that sounds. I'm not sure this review even captures how grateful we are to have hired Amy and ThirtyOne: Thirty so all I can say is, do it, hire them!!
