ThirtyOne:Thirty Events

I am not even sure where to start! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect & it is all because of Miranda! We are still getting multiple compliments on how smooth & perfect our day was & we owe that to Miranda! We did the day of coordination package and started with Miranda about 2 months out from the wedding. Before this though, you have SO many tools on your portal to help you through the planning process & this helped me stay super organized. Even though Miranda didn’t technically take over until 2 months before she still answered any questions I had and was so helpful! Closer to wedding day after Miranda took over I honestly did not feel stressed at all and this was the best feeling! I had multiple people ask me leading up to the wedding and on wedding day how I was so calm and my answer was, what do I have to worry about, I have Miranda! Miranda and her team did not miss a single detail and if anything did go wrong I didn’t know about it and Miranda fixed it! It was also so nice having a bridal assist the morning of to steam dresses & help in any other way needed. Gena was so nice & SO helpful the morning of! If you are a bride to be reading this and debating on a wedding coordinator, DO IT. It was the best money we spent for our wedding and we 10000 times recommend ThirtyOne: Thirty & of course Miranda!

We could not have had our wedding without Miranda and her team. We used ThirtyOne:Thirty for day of coordination services and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Miranda had us fill out a lot of questionaries and asked us a lot of details that seemed overwhelming at first, but those little details are what made everything flawless. I promise you are not thinking of everything that needs to be decided before your wedding! Miranda is a total rockstar and worked so hard. She did more things for us than I can even list (and I’m sure many things I didn’t even notice). I really can’t fathom how we would have done it all without her. Mariah was my bridal assistant and was incredible as well. One of the best parts was that we were also able to rent a lot of decor from Sobremesa, and they handled bringing everything to the venue and taking it back at the end of the night. Simply amazing!!!

We absolutely LOVED working with ThirtyOne:Thirty. We felt so incredibly grateful to have Kayla as our day of coordinator, along with Mariah and Kelly for additional help. Kayla truly is the reason that our wedding day was basically perfect in every way. She was so kind, calm and organized. The portal they offer leading up to the day was so easy and helpful when it came to wedding planning and timelines as well. I would recommend this company to anyone in search of a day of coordinator, specifically I'd recommend Kayla. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for us!!

ThirtyOne events was truly AMAZING! Speaking from someone who was unfamiliar with the industry and did not realize all the details that went on behind the scenes, I do not know what we would have done without them on our wedding day. Miranda was our day of coordinator and she spent so much time ensuring that everything went smoothly; she handled vendor and venue set up, made sure our timeline was on track, and even waited on my husband and I all throughout the day. One of the many helpful things she did was during our first meeting, she listened to our wedding day vision and took notes of things that we wanted during the day of. At the end of the meeting, she created a timeline that aligned with everything we told her so we didn't have to stress about what worked best. During the wedding day, I even had a bridal assistant with me the morning of to steam my wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Miranda and the whole team truly went above and beyond making sure everything went as planned. During the week leading up to my wedding, Miranda made sure everything was on track. She resolved any last minute discrepancies, like realizing we were short on linens. Miranda took charge and ordered extra within a day notice to make sure we had what all we needed. They also do signage and created our welcome mirror and table chart wording, which was a huge relief. ThirtyOne events also has a sister company Sobremesa that took care of our rentals and a photo booth company, Malibooth which we also used. They have tons of recommendations and connections in the wedding industry which is also a major benefit to couples that use them. I noticed that every vendor I talked to when I told them ThirtyOne Events was our coordinator, they had such positive things to say. I can confirm they were not wrong! Overall, if you are looking for a coordinator (and trust me, you need a coordinator!), I would 1000000% recommend them. We are so grateful for all the work they did for us and the peace of mind provided during our wedding planning season of life.

Miranda and her team were the absolute best! We purchased the Modern Package (day-of coordination) for our wedding, and it was perfect. Miranda officially became involved about two months prior to our wedding, but she was superful helpful and answered questions before that. As our wedding day approached, she developed our day-of timeline, took over communication with vendors, and provided us with final to-dos that we may have otherwise forgotten! On our wedding day, her team executed everything flawlessly; the decor was beautiful, her bridal assistant helped the ladies in the morning, and Miranda and her team were always checking in with my husband and me during the day. I highly recommend Thirty One Thirty if you're looking for a wedding coordination team!

I am short of words. My wedding was one of the most stressful events of my entire life. For reasons beyond the overwhelming amount of work it takes to put one together. Miranda was our wedding planner, and to summarize how impressed and grateful we are, here is a quote from my husband: "10 years down the line, we'll think about our wedding and say once again, "Thank God for Miranda." I spoke with 3 potential planners and as soon I spoke with Miranda, I made up my mind her service compared to the price was outstanding to me, and her support was flawless. Miranda and her team were the most incredible help! We planned our wedding in a very short time period but everything we wanted and dreamed of, Miranda made happen! The day of her team helped with setting up our entire venue, picking up food for the girls, and even ran by my sister's apartment when she forgot some signs! I can't count the hours she put into making our wedding weekend go as smoothly as possible, and her and her team worked wonders. Miranda, Alisha, and the entire team at Thirty One Thirty was an absolute joy to work with. We decided to use them for their “day-of” coordination services, and I say this loosely because their services were absolutely not limited to the day of. Miranda was available for any and all questions along the way, and took over all communications weeks before the wedding so I could focus on staying calm, finishing the DIYs, and getting ready to be a bride! They handled all of our behind the scenes, and did so with grace and professionalism. My entire family was so complimentary of Miranda for how she led the team and helped the day run flawlessly. I truly do not think our day would have been anywhere near as amazing as it was without these beautiful humans!! 🤍

Communication was very poor. Last month of my wedding it would take over a week for a response on questions and I would have to continually send follow up emails. Created more stress than if I just handled things myself.

We had the privilege of working with Miranda from ThirtyOne Thirty for our wedding and when I tell you we couldn’t have done our wedding without her, I mean it. She was such a joy to work with, and she kept us sane in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding. Since we were planing our wedding from out of town, Miranda was also our eyes and ears on the ground in KC. Having a day-of team took so much stress off of us, and our families, since we knew Miranda had everything under control! I’m so incredibly grateful to Miranda and her team for making our day so special. It wasn’t just our day but the whole process leading up to it. Even though it was day of support I felt supported the full 9 months of planning. From the amazing tools they provide to help coordinate and plan, to the timely responses via email on recommendations it was all great. Leading up to the day and on our special day I knew everything would fall into place. The space looked beautiful, my wedding party knew what was expected of them and where to be as well as our family. I’d recommend them a million times over!

Hiring a wedding planner was the best decision I made while planning my wedding, and hiring Alisha and Thirty One Thirty was by far the best planner I could have hired! During our engagement and wedding planning, I also got pregnant and had a child, so having someone take care of so many wedding details so I could also focus on my other life events was so helpful. Overall, I don't feel like I stressed about our wedding day too much. On the day of, having someone come and steam all our dresses, and knowing that we didn't have to do any setup at the venue, allowed me to truly enjoy the day at hand. And the venue (Rogge family Vineyard in Raymore, MO) looked GORGEOUS. I didn't have to do any work. I am so thankful to Alisha and the team for helping to make our day so wonderful and while I hope to never throw another wedding again, I would recommend them over and over to anyone who asks.

5/5 stars doesn't even begin to reflect how truly phenomenal ThirtyOne: Thirty Events is. It's more like 100/5 stars. We used the Modern package and from the moment Amy came in to take over, my every stress was gone. Now she was the one our vendors contacted and my email was no longer blowing up. She asked every question for every possible scenario so that we had literally nothing to worry about by the time our wedding day came. She set up all our last vendor meetings so all we had to do was show up. Thirty One: Thirty use an amazing online portal to track every detail so nothing gets missed. Our biggest goal in hiring a wedding coordinator was that we and our families wouldn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day and Amy made that happen for us. We and our families just got to enjoy the day and celebrate! If you've ever "worked" at wedding, you know how amazing that sounds. I'm not sure this review even captures how grateful we are to have hired Amy and ThirtyOne: Thirty so all I can say is, do it, hire them!!

Alisha Richardson and her team made our wedding planning journey fun and painless. Their attention to detail, quick response, and professionalism demonstrated at ThirtyOne Thirty was unmatched. Alisha was the best wedding planner for what we needed. She was also an asset in helping us find the perfect match for our other vendors. Alisha was amazing! From the first meeting, where she listened to our vision for our reception, to the last moment of the magical evening, Alisha was exception, and so easy to work with! We needed help with most of the planning, and Alisha provided outstanding options for every aspect of the event. She was mindful of our budget, but was able to find the perfect vendors to make our day special. Throughout our planning sessions, she was there to assist wherever necessary. We had a grand, unique vision, and through her creativity and the vendors she works with, we were able to plan the most amazingly "us" reception. She never batted an eye to the things we dreamed. And that speaks nothing of the day-of care and organization she provided for us. When planning events or parties, I'm usually the one that worries and feels like I have to be involved in every aspect of the actual event. I worried that I would not be able to let go and enjoy the evening! Well, that could not have been farther from the truth! Alisha took such good care of everything during the reception. She had the timeline organized and the flow of the evening was truly magical. I didn't have to worry and enjoyed one of the best nights of my life with friends and family because I knew Alisha was there to take care of anything that came up. She is as professional as they come. She treated us like family. I can't say how grateful we were to have found her. She made our night more than we could have ever dreamed! Thanks Alisha!

We hired Alisha and her team to help with our non-profit fundraising event! And we could not recommend ThrityOne:Thrity Events enough. As a smaller nonprofit, the work of the lead planner, Miranda, was above and beyond. She was quick to respond to emails, and overall, the communication was amazing. I never once felt like our event wasn't prioritized. Her team remained calm and collected throughout the entire day which created a peaceful environment for everyone else! At first we were not going to have a wedding planner, and then we decided to hire a day of coordinator. It was the best decision EVER. Hailey was a life saver and I don't know how we could have had the day without her! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly!

In a few short words, Alisha and her team at ThirtyOne: Thirty Events, were a GOD SEND. Our original wedding date was set for during the the pandemic, so we were forced to move it back a few months. We hired Alisha and her team after we had to move our date, and it was the best decision we made. They were so professional and organized that it made the wedding go so smoothly. They were able to keep our bridal party and families so organized that we were able to actually enjoy our day. There were so many aspects of our wedding that we had completely forgotten about, and Alisha made sure we had all of our bases covered, and were 100% prepared for anything. Naturally we had a few crisis' come up, but Alisha handled them so quickly that I didn't even hear about them until after the wedding. BOOK THEM, you will not be disappointed !

I could cry writing this review of Alisha and her team at 31:30. She made sure everything was perfect and never dropped the ball. We utilized her planning services on 3/14/20 during the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. With many last minute changes and admittedly freaked out bridezillas, Alisha adapted quickly and maintained a level head. Although she was technically only our day-of planner, we met with her 3 times prior to the day and had many formal and informal texts/emails leading up to the day starting at about a year out. I could go on and on about all she did to make my wife and I feel secure on our day of, but I highly encourage you to see for yourself. Set up a consult now! You will not regret it!!!

I am a very unorganized person who is also the queen of procrastination and stress. That being said, Alisha Richardson and ThirtyOne: Thirty Events was a HUGE lifesaver. Alisha performed above and beyond what I could have ever asked for as my wedding planner and my wedding was a dream I never wanted to wake up from. My husband and I came to her with a vision and she brought it to life. Accommodating and professional, she put my mind at ease and took the heavy load of planning this huge wedding off my shoulders. Alisha, the owner of ThirtyOne:Thirty Events, is AMAZING! I booked day-of coordination because I didn't think I could set everything up at our wedding and have enough time to get ready. I picked ThirtyOne:Thirty Events because they offered the cheapest package out of all the coordinators in the area, but after working with Alisha I can confidently say they are under charging for their services! Alisha and her assistant were present at my wedding venue from the time they opened the doors to the time it closed (~12 hours) and put so many hours in to discussing all of the details with me so that everything was set up EXACTLY how I wanted. This was BY FAR the best wedding decision I made. My wedding was PERFECT because of Alisha.

Kim was so wonderful! She helped us plan our wedding while we were living in California and we are so glad we chose Kim. Kim had so many connections and great recommendations for us since we did not have the time to go see and talk to all the vendors. Hiring Alisha for the full wedding coordinator package was the best decision Pete and I made in planning the wedding. In addition to being creative (she added several amazing ideas to our reception!), kind, generous and organized, she is hilarious! We actually miss meeting with her now that the wedding is over. Her vendor recommendations were all people she thought would be a good fit for us, and they were all perfect. She so generously allowed my bridesmaids and the moms and I to get ready in her beautiful office space. She went above and beyond on every aspect of our wedding. Alisha is the BEST! Hire her today. Alisha was the third event planner we interviewed. My daughter chose her. I was hesitant because she was so young. I'm so THANKFUL I agreed with my daughter and hired Alisha. She is wise and mature beyond her years. From day one she was organized and thorough. There was NOTHING she missed or overlooked or messed-up. Alisha has amazing referrals. We used the florist, DJ, seamstress, makeup artist and printer she recommended. The supplies we rented from her relieved time and stress. We had terrible issues with our event space. Alisha handled everything until after the wedding. She ensured we enjoyed our daughter's evening. The Monday after the wedding, she joined my husband on a conference call with the vice president of the venue to discuss the problems. When my son plans his wedding, I hope my future daughter-in-law will choose Alisha to plan their wedding.

We cannot thank Alisha enough for all that she did. She was there every step of the way and made our wedding day absolutely amazing. I was surprised when my daughter told me she wanted to hire a wedding planner. She is very organized and a planner herself. What a great investment it was though for us to not worry about anything leading up to and the wedding day itself. My husband and I cannot recommend Alisha enough. From day one she has been fantastic to work with. We decided to work with her because she was down to earth, extremely responsive, and we felt like she was super supportive of our vision. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but it felt like she was much more involved in the process than just the day-of. On our wedding day everything went flawlessly and we really credit that to Alisha. When my husband and I were deciding to whether or not to use a wedding planner, he had his doubts and wasn't sure if it would be worth it. Kim was truly a blessing!! From the very first meeting to the wedding day, Kim had our best intentions in mind. She was professional, responded promptly to emails, and never made me feel pressured when it came to design ideas for the ceremony and reception. We had Kim as our day of coordinator, she did a great job making sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be and everything was set up. Kim and her staff did a great job flipping the event space from the ceremony to the reception.

I was referred to them by a friend who used their day of coordinator services and rentals. Originally I thought we just wanted to do rentals for centerpieces, but quickly found that Alisha’s day of coordinating services were a must. Alisha reached out to all of our vendors ahead of time, helped us figure out what all we had left to plan, made us a timeline for our rehearsal and wedding day, came to final meetings with us, and went above and beyond with making sure everything went smoothly the day of (I’m sure I’ve left out something-she just did so much!!).
