didn’t have the chance to catch such as my maid of honor and her husband dancing outside. He captured every aspect of the night that was so precious to us without any directions which let me relax. He was very timely and always open to communication. The photos were of stellar quality and my family raved about him for weeks after the wedding. He was incredibly kind and personable as well as very reasonably priced for all of the wonderful things included. He made copies of all of the photos on a DVD with music (that made it look like a movie cover!) and flash drives with photos on it for my husband and I as well as ones for our parents so everyone got them all without tons of emailing back and fourth. I could not have been happier with my experience! I cannot recommend him enough!

e wedding he captured all the important moments without being in everyone’s face, and often without us even noticing he was there! His creative use of light and framing created some really amazing photos! We were looking forward to sunset silhouette photos, but had a very over cast day. He managed to recreate the photo effect we wanted with creative back lighting! He has you pick the photo poses you want before the day, so he can make sure to create the look that you want for your photos. His price was very reasonable, and he gets the photos back quickly, and you get printing rights to all of your photos at the end. Overall, we were very satisfied, and highly recommend Brian!

ate and very hot weather. He was early was extremely friendly to work with kept his cool the entire time and was great at catching the moment as well as improvising with the surroundings. He also stayed late to get extra shots for us. When I was trying to find a photographer in the first place, I saw many had shot limits and seemed very restrictive. I am so glad we had such a good photographer because a lot of family was unable to attend and the Zoom meeting we set up didn’t work, so the photos were very important. just the two of us. We did still want to have a photographer even though we did not do a big wedding. Brian made our day feel just as important as anybody else’s. He was invested in making sure that we took all of the pictures and poses that I asked for and even went and scoped out the area for good places for our photos before hand. He also made a print out of the poses I sent to him and mapped out where he thought were good locations for each shot. He was very quick in getting us our edited photos and we were blown away with the quality and beauty of each picture. I loved them all so much that I am having a hard time deciding which ones to have printed to go in frames! e unplanned moments as they arose. It was great to have the session with him ahead of time to become at ease with the camera. As we are living out of the area, we appreciated that he worked with our schedule and made suggestions on where to take pictures. Our main event was at the Obici House in Suffolk and we love the beautiful pictures we have at the venue - including the river at sunset. We were delightfully surprised to get preview images of our photos so soon - they came in batches within 2 weeks later and were a treat to open and share. Our final photos were available soon afterwards in very nice keepsake packaging for a DVD slideshow and USB drive.

t night and we booked him immediately. All of his packages were reasonably priced. We scheduled our engagement session which included our 6 year old daughter. Brian made sure she was in important shots and made her "his assistant". We received the photos very quickly and they were amazing. It was hard to choose which ones to print for our collage. Brian contacted us before the wedding to go over last minute details. He was thorough and made sure all our requests were noted. Our wedding day, Brian arrived early and started right away. He was a machine. Getting all the photos and poses on our list. During the ceremony, I did not even see him, but he got great shots. The whole night Brian was capturing special moments. Five days after the wedding, we received the first photos in our gallery. Brian had all our photos loaded in less than 2 weeks. He met us close to home to drop off our DVD and flash drive. These had over 300 pictures that we had not seem. The pictures were breathtaking and I was crying. Thank you Brian for capturing our special day. You truly are the GREATEST.

As we left, my (now) husband turned to me and said “So we’re definitely booking him, right?”. Brian emailed us the next day with his quote, which was very reasonable, and a contract. We booked right away. Our package included an engagement session, so we could get used to being behind the camera. I sent over some inspiration photos per his request ahead of time. The day of our shoot, Brian got there early to walk around and find the best spots for the photos. He helped us figure out how to pose and look natural like we wanted. The photos turned out awesome, we’ve gotten so many compliments. For our wedding, Brian called me a week out to confirm all the details. He showed up to the venue early again to walk around and scope out the best spots. He was very helpful, and not at all pushy, making sure we got all the photos we wanted. Throughout the night, I noticed that Brian was perfectly blending into the background, while still always being in the right place at the right time to capture every moment. This was super important to us, because we didn’t want our photographer in our face the whole night. We told him we wanted mostly candid shots and he did an outstanding job. Our photos came back quickly and we are so pleased with them! We also received a beautiful DVD set to music with all our photos, as well as a copy of the photos and the DVD for each of our parents. I would highly recommend Brian for your wedding, engagement session, or any other photography need!

e an impromptu wedding on the beach with our dogs. Brian beautifully captured that day, despite the fact that it was extremely humid outside. Then came to our wedding out in California - not only did he offer to come all the way from Virginia Beach for no additional cost to us - the day after the wedding he invited us to do an additional day of photos at no extra charge. We cannot say enough about the quality and even quantity of photos we received. Everything with Brian was simple but elegant and that's exactly what we needed.

Once, the day grew closer Brian took his time to come meet with us and walk the property that we were getting married on. The day of, he came early, remained calm through the chaos and made sure every shot I had requested was taken. There was a big storm coming right after our ceremony and this cut our photo time down. By the time the storm passed, I rushed the rest of the pictures along. Because of that, I did not get the bridal shots or pictures of my husband and I that I wanted. I let Brian know how pleased I was with the rest of the pictures and asked if he would be willing to retake them. He was more than happy to come back out months later to retake our portraits. This meant the world to me! He provided many edits and printable options of every picture. He also made a zip drive for each set of our parents. and and I booked our photo shoot about two months out. When our date came close, Brian checked in to make sure we were still good for the scheduled shoot. He was at the location early and his personality is just what you need to get the job done. He has a sense of humor but is ready for business when you are. His angles are amazing and he was great to work with. If you’re looking for patience and kindness but great quality at an affordable price, you’re in luck. You absolutely get the whole package when choosing this company. I ended up asking him to retake some of the bridal shots after our initial shoot and he came back with the same energy at a reasonable price. My only regret is that I didn’t book him for our wedding day on the beach. We will use his company for our family and first born photos. This was a great experience especially considering the fact that I hate taking pictures. I am not photogenic but you can’t tell with the angles and poses he chose. Not only are our photos amazing, but Brian himself was super accommodating. During our wedding and reception, we made several special requests, and Brian always found a way to fit in our requests with grace, professionalism, and an eagerness to make our special moments memorable. Brian even stayed longer than our contracted time in order to fit in a special photo we requested in front of The Williamsburg Inn. We really appreciated the special attention to detail because this photo is absolutely stunning – the lighting and background make our picture look like it belongs on the front cover of a wedding magazine. The extra time and attention Brian gave to capturing all the special moments in our wedding and reception are truly appreciated – and can not be understated as the BEST decision we made. You might think a photographer like Brian from Thirty-Three photography would be at the top end of your photography budget. Let me reassure you – this is absolutely, not so. In fact, Brian was the most reasonably priced photographer among everyone we interviewed. Even several of our guests mentioned things like – "You must have paid a ton for your photographer, " and "Your photographer must be really pricey!" – because he accommodated several special requests. I told them – “No! We didn’t pay a ton! We just got lucky enough to pick the right guy!” That is VERY true! It comes as no surprise to me that Brian has won the “People’s Choice” awards many years in a row. He is THAT good! So… Yes! eive. Throughout the entire process, Brian went well above and beyond our expectations, from our engagement shoot to after the wedding. He made my husband and I feel comfortable while having our photo taken during our engagement photos and made sure we took photos of each of the poses we wanted. Brian stayed in contact throughout the months leading up to our wedding date, making sure we were familiar with when he would arrive and what we should expect on the day of. To my surprise, Brian was one of the first vendors to show up, which allowed him to take photos without the distraction of the other vendors setting-up. He worked around the wind and overbearing sun in our photos, but most importantly maintained his patience while working with our rambunctious bridal party. Some of our favorite photos from the day include sunset photos, which were taken during a short and light rain. The colors of the clouds with the sun shining through came out even better than many of the sunset photos we saw for inspiration online, thus proving Brian is incredibly experienced and makes every scenario work out for the best. He managed to get so many great shots during our wedding from varying angles I don’t know how he got from one spot to the next so quickly. Unless he was telling us where to stand for a specific pose or rallying folks together for a photo, you barely noticed he was taking photos the entire night! Even after the wedding, he emailed us a week later with the first set of photos to view and continued to keep us up to date with his process. We received our final photos in the mail less than a month after our wedding! We didn’t hire a videographer because we knew Brian would capture everything we wanted to see afterward. He did a great job working the photos into a DVD and we can’t wait to share our photos with friends and family!

am actually from Texas and have never been there before so he called me and we talked for over thirty minutes on two different calls about what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions as well. He was very personable and I really appreciate that level of attention and detail since I was unfamiliar of the location. Not only did he provide great customer service, but he did so with very reasonable pricing. In fact, he had the lowest rates of any photographer I found. He also provides you with full size photos and resized photos that you can use to post to social media. I have attached a couple of the resized photos to make sure they are compatible, but the full size look even better! Overall, he is a really great guy who goes the extra mile to make sure he captures exactly what you are looking for!

on the wedding day. He was quick to respond through both email and phone, and made sure to schedule a time to touch base a week before the wedding to make sure we nailed down all the details. Brian did not miss a moment on the wedding day by starting at our "getting ready" location, then to the church for the ceremony, and lastly at the reception (all of which were 25 minutes away from each other). He made sure not to miss any special moment, while also capturing all the little details in between. He puts a great amount of time, work, and creativity into all of his photos. You will not be disappointed with Thirty-Three Photography!
