This and That Pros

A reassuring force amidst near chaos It was probably a bad idea for me to plan my sister’s wedding while living 600 miles away from the venue, house hunting on the other side of the country, and holding down a full time job. It was also probably a bad idea for the usual suspects to haze the poor groom into taking so many shots he lost count the night before. Very few things went according to plan, but April was a calming force throughout. We had to scrap the reception program and replace it with something else suggested by April on the fly. She and her staff rolled with the punches and helped make it look like it was all mostly under control. She also gracefully dealt with some very onerous venue staff to get us packed up and out on time. April handled things with an equal measure of patience and flexibility. In the end, bride and groom were happy and the guests had fun. Thanks to April and staff for everything! Couldn’t have pulled it off without y’all.

Just celebrated my 50th with a Full OPEN Bar and Day of Coordinator (April) April and her team were very professional, great interaction with our guests & prepared. We allowed the Bartender to have full control as she was creating “delicious drinks” with what alcohol we provided - truly artistic! We were also please with April as the DOC as she contacted all vendors to make sure that everything was ready to go for our big day, she assisted with setup, communicated with the venue when needed... Thanks again for making my event one to remember!
